R&R renovated our stairs, and we could not be more pleased with the way they came out.

We renovated our house from the ground up. The stairs were the last thing that had to be done. I and my wife are very particular individuals and to be frank, are difficult to please.

I contacted R&R after researching and calling serval companies who do this type of work (stairs). They have a very high rating and they are also local, both of which I was wanting before going forward.

Raul came by to give me an estimate/bid for the work that I was requesting. He listened carefully to everything we were describing and then told us he would need to fabricate everything but the spindles.

We wanted end caps on the last 5 stairs, 2 new newel posts, and a new handrail on the top landing along with another handrail running from the bottom to the top of the stairs. We wanted that handrail going up on the left side running from the newel post to the top of the stairs in a continuous run.

We wanted the spindles to be hand rubbed bronze in color and solid not hollow. We wanted everything to be fashioned in a square in shape out of red oak.

Raul did not ever try to tell us that all that we were asking him to do was not a "good idea" or not possible account it wasn't available or simply wasn't done etc. (as another contractor had done). He let us design the stairs we wanted and then he built them. He managed to bring our vision to life within our home. That to me is a craftsman. Alex is also an amazing craftsman as he will not settle for anything less than perfection, he is amazing!

We couldn't be happier with the finished product and are so glad we had R&R do this work for us, It is always money well spent, when you get exactly what you had visualized in your mind brought to life in your home.

R&R has remodeled my bathroom and added a shower. They have also remodeled my fire place and built me a custom dining table. Designs were created beautifully and came to life in a timely matter. Their communication was great. I highly recommend their services!

R & R completed our master bath remodel. We took a leap of faith because we wanted to support a new, family owned business. We met with the owner and interior designer to share our vision. Mayra was great at listening to what we wanted, helping us choose the colors and materials. They guided us in choosing some upgrades to insure we would get lasting results. The craftsman were polite, professional and good at what they do. The project turned out as we expected. The only reason I gave them 4 stars and not 5 is that the project took twice as long as expected. We will use R & R again on our next project.

R&R did a great job on my partial bathroom remodel. They replace a one-piece shower and a small tub and put in a beautiful tile shower and a larger tub with matching tile around it. They also put in a new vanity top. They had different people come in to do what they specialized in. So it wasn't one or two people trying to do the whole thing themselves. They got the bulk of it done in around a week and there were a few minor things to complete after. They were very reasonable in pricing compared to some other quotes. I will definitely consider them for other projects in the future.

I want give them 6 stars if I can. They are very good, professional, on time and finish my house repair beautifully.

They did an AMAZING job. I love the tile in my boys Jack and Jill bathroom. They were professional and fast, finished in 2 days. I also love they covered my floors to protect them and cleaned up after. I would definitely use them again and refer them to others. Very satisfied customer

R&R remodeled our living room, kitchen, and replaced the dining room with a butler pantry. It is beautiful ad we love it. When something has needed attention they were there to get it fixed. Highly recommendc

Love it! R&R remodeled our master bed/bath. (We wanted to update our flooring, shower, vanity, master closet, water closet and refresh the paint.) R&R worked with us and prepared a quote that took all our wants and needs into consideration. Communication throughout the remodel was timely, consistent and easy. R&R was clean and tidy. If we had questions R&R answered them. If we had concerns, they were addressed and alleviated. Everyone was respectful of our home. We couldn't be more pleased with the end result.
