Jarrett Construction Services Inc

I own a Countertop Company and we performed our services at Southridge Apartment project for Jarrett Construction. We fulfilled all of our duties and did excellent work with no issues. We were not paid in full by Jarrett Construction. The owner, John, told me that since he wasn't paid by the "Owner", we were not entitled to be paid by him.
