If you’re looking for a Roofing Company that actually cares about their reputation, clients and a quality professional job, look no further. While giving me an estimate for a full roof replacement he also placed plastic over areas that were leaking without any hesitation or even receiving the job at the time. This sold me to begin with. After receiving the job to replace the full roof, the crew came out and was very professional. They were also very proactive about keeping the old roofing and roofing nails out of the yard and keeping the job site clean as they removed the old roof. Once that was completed they did a fantastic and professional job of replacing the old with new. The roof looks great and I couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. Great response time when our roof was leaking. Jared Miller roofing did a great job repairing then eventually replacing our ancient Victorian tin shingles with high-end asphalt. Maybe gutters some day?

He also installed synthetic underlayment, pipe boots, drip edge, ridge vent, 750 exhaust vent, 10” high performance starter strip, hip & ridge caps, ice and water guard to all valleys, step flashing & counter flashing. He cleaned up the site thoroughly and disposed of the old roof and job site debris.

The owner Jared is very hands-on and works with a high-quality and professional crew. He helped us source the correct materials installed it the right way. They made excellent repairs to our soffit and rotted wood near drip edge.

You can tell he takes pride in his craft. Hire uncompromising standards for your job and you’ll be glad during and after.

In particular, I am appreciative of his craftsmanship. We invested in copper flashing along our rooflines and chimneys. The flashing around our chimneys is my favorite part of the project. Jared hand-bent the flashing so that it would have a decorative element - in addition to the functional elements of rain diversion, protection, etc. It’s such a special and unexpected detail- and it makes me smile every time I see it.

Installed roodfing system including asphalt shingles, membrane roof on flat section of roof, and standing seam metal roofing on eyebrows over garage door and side door to garage. Very meticulous and professional work of the highest quality. Owner was on site whenever work was being done and did most of the metal work himself. I highly recommend this company. I had work done on the main section of my house by another roofer 3 years ago and had to deal with multiple leaks and falling shingles. I expect no such issues with Jared Miller Roofing. Jared did excellent work for me. I especially appreciated his diligence when pointing out work done by other contractors that was not up to standard. Had our home roof removed and replaced by Jared Miller last Fall. Quoting process, material selection and flashing requirements were satisfactorily explained prior to contract acceptance. Work commenced on weather appropriate day. Professional TEAM of 15 highly coordinated, experienced roofers finished the job in one day. Very impressive on-site copper flashing was installed beyond expectations. Landscaping protection and nail clean up was excellent. Overall, could not have been happier. Highly recommended.
