Were supposed to roll a new rubber roof on a dormer, and took weeks to get to it. It took calling the number and talking to the owner's wife, told me he'd call me back. She must have read him the riot act because he called back, said that the materials had just been delivered, and he'd be there in two days to do the work. They did the work fine, but I'll never call them back for more work - worst service ever.

You will need to replace your gutters after they destroy them. They kill your bushes, and gardens and rake up all your mulch! They don't hang tarps up the side of your house to protect it from damage. They leave nails all over the yard and driveway (nails in the tires thanks to them). They damage your screens and don't tell you about it. Nothing like a size 12 foot hole through a brand new screen! And if you work nights, they don't understand what time 9AM really is! They show up earlier when you ask them to come a LITTLE later. 5:30 is awfully early to be making noise outside my window and 6:30 is early to be pounding your hammer over my bed.

I wouldn't recommend hiring these guys for even a dog house roof.
