Very professional crew and salesman. They did an excellent job replacing our hail damaged roof and gutters. Very competitive pricing and they worked with our insurance to keep our out of pocket cost as low as possible.

We had excellent service performed and love the appeal of our roof! We have had prior wind damage and hail storms over the last 10 years that prompted us to call the insurance agent to have it assessed. We had been denied three prior times by a few different insurance companies. Bryan Keeton from James Kate came by our house and spoke with us following the most recent hail event and said he could get it done. We did a background check on James Kate and saw that they had a great reputation, so we gave them a shot. Bryan was very professional and honest about the whole procedure and gave us assurances to proceed. I was comforted by my neighbor, who watched the whole process from his back yard, and testified to how thorough of a job that they did and the care that they took throughout.
