Great place for your roofing or remodeling needs. They do lots of work if you are needing something give them a call and they can see what they can do. Very nice workers and great people in general.

I had a roof leak through my bathroom ceiling and window. and was very concerned because heavy rain was in the forecast. I described the problem to Denise on the phone who thought it was the vent pipe above the bathroom. Eddie came out within 48 hours, fixed the problem, and we had a down pour within a couple days. What a relief to know I didn't have to worry about my ceiling falling in! Thank you for listening and diagnosing the problem without telling me I needed a new roof and quoting me an outrageous price just to come and tarp....as another company did without even coming out!!! Thank you!

What a fantastic bunch to work with! Jackson Roofing just completed a new roof installation at my house and it's gorgeous. The old roof was trashed and even the decking had to be replaced. I felt like I had old friends holding my hand every step of the way--choosing shingles, notifying me of dates, providing status updates, and sending photos throughout the entire process. Luckily for us the roof was complete the day before the tornado hit. The photos I'm attaching were taken several days after when Jackson Roofing went back to reinspect their work. Can you believe it? They're not just great roofers, they are conscientious and excellent people. I was referred to Jackson Roofing by my good friends and next door neighbors and I could not be happier with the entire process of having my home worked on. Mr Jackson was always available to talk and/or text. The young lady in the office was so wonderful to work with. Made the process seamless. Jackson Roofing replaced my entire roof and completed cosmetic work around my home and it looks amazing. Thank you Mr Jackson and your entire team for your hard work and professionalism. Didn’t show up for appointment, then told me the were weeks out. Finally showed up 5 days later after I called 4 times. They were 8,000.00 higher than the next highest bid I got. If they didn’t want to do it, all they had to do was say so I have sent at least two people to them. I’m sorry I did that and I will never ever do it again. He says I’m comparing apples to oranges. His estimate was one page. The company I went with was 8 pages , complete roof everything he mentioned and was 8,000. Less. My roof was also damaged in that storm.

Due to the severe wind on Friday March 3, 2023, I had a shingle damaged on my roof, Jackson Roofing and Remodeling was in our neighborhood, I stoped and ask if they would take a look, as soon as he finished his other job he came to my house and took a look, I had some shingles and he repaired the problem right on the spot. NOW THAT IS SERVICE. He need a great job.

I had Jackson Roofing redo my roof a few years ago and recently, to no fault of their own, I’ve had some issues. I called to schedule an appointment, but it’s pretty close to Christmas so I didn’t expect anyone to come out until after the holidays. They were able to come out the next day and fixed my roof free of charge and the issue that occurred was not their fault. Awesome company and awesome customer service. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work done.

We love these guys. If you call them with an issue, you're having they put you on the schedule and respond quickly. Very courteous and honest about what's going on and try and save you money where they can. Highly recommended!

Jackson Roofing & Remodeling comes highly recommended by me and is definitely a 5-Star company. They removed & replaced my new roof in 1 day. There was not a single nail or any debris left behind. If I hadn't known they replaced my roof I would have never known they were there. I also want to thank the lady who works in the office. She was very nice and helped me pick out a color that we thought would look nice with the colors of my house and shutters. I contacted Jackson Roofing & Remodeling for a leak from a storm and they responded very quickly. Eddie was very knowledgeable, he diagnosed the problem and showed me the phots of the missing shingles and immediately did the repair. Eddie and I can’t remember the lady’s name that took my call but they have great customer service. I would use them again and would recommend them to anyone who needs roofing work. Thank You!!!!

My wife and I replaced our roof and we couldn't be happier. They also helped fixed our enclosed deck with a new roof and gutters when we didn't have a gutter back there. We really appreciate the work and professionalism that their crews had. This also includes office staff.

We had a standing seam roof installed. Jackson was timely, professional and did everything asked. Wonderful job. Would use them anytime. Installed 3 cupolas. Very reasonably priced

Very friendly. Found a small leak quickly and fixed it for a very reasonable price. Addressed all my other concerns without attempting to sell me on unnecessary repairs. Great job and I will use again when needed.

Jackson Roofing repaired my existing roof. Too few companies in the area are willing to do repairs, which is a shame. Jackson Roofing was professional and courteous. I would recommend them!

I could not be happier with the services provided by Jackson Roofing. We have a new roof, gutters, gutter guards and some repairs for interior water damage and everything was done with excellence. Storm damaged my roof... new roof no problems. ..price was good too.....thanks to Jackson Roofing ....ckeaned can't even tell they were here except my roof is new.....a1 company man would recommend ......news update my hot water heater vent cover came off..... They came put it back for me ...wasnt even their fault. Wow. Great service thanks again.

Outstanding results and timing, completed my roof in one day, compared to my neighbors which took two days with shingles everywhere. They cleaned up around my home like they found it, no nails or roof shingles.

I made an appointment for Jackson Roofing to come out and inspect my roof. When they didn't show up (2 hours after the appt time), I called. They gave an excuse as to why they didn't show up. I scheduled another appointment, and specifically asked that they let me know if they wouldn't be able to make it this time Again, another no show. There are plenty of roofing companies in the area. I won't be using this one or recommending them.

Completely impressed by their fantastic customer service and very kind and considerate staff. We had a metal roof put on our home and a few other improvements completed a couple years ago by Jackson and have been 100% happy with our choice.

I called Clarksville Gutter LLC first for an estimate for roof and/or gutter repair. Talked to a gentleman who said he would be out in the next couple of days to write up an estimate. Two weeks later I had not heard back. I remembered my neighbor had Jackson Roofing and Remodeling do some work about 7 years ago and he recommended them. I emailed Jackson about my gutters on Sunday Apr 8. Monday Apr 9 I got a call from a gentleman with Clarksville Gutter who said Wayne Jackson asked him to call about an estimate. I should have hung up. But I gave him my address and contact number and thought this time would be different. 1 week later hadn't heard from him either. I call Jackson R nd R on Monday Apr 16 and asked to speak to Wayne Jackson. The lady said he was busy and could call me back. I left my contact number. It is now Friday Apr 20 and have heard from no one. I am not going to tell anyone not to waste their time with this company, Im not that guy. Im sure they do great work or they wouldn't have been in business this long. I just wouldn't know myself. I have given up now. I tried.
