They were quick with my cars diagnostic, they got it fixed the issue and got me out of the door within a very reasonable time considering there where quite a few cars also being serviced.

I bought a Chevy Traverse through Titan Chevrolet. The staff here are amazing! I got the best deal with them! Josh was phenomenal at helping me through the process and Kristen took the time to explain every detail during the signing. The staff here was not pushy or in a hurry. They took their time and have checked in with me a couple times since I left their lot. They truly care about their customers!

I had to have my 2022 Silverado towed in and your service department had it ready the next morning. Brian was a really nice guy, I had picked up a few boards from the lumber store and he graciously offered to drop them off at my home on his way home from work. Now that is what I call above and beyond. Everyone at your dealership was very friendly and courteous. We will definitely consider coming in when it's time to purchase another vehicle.

Brought our 2018 Camaro here bc the infotainment system was glitching. Was looked at by an employee and was told it was "just the infotainment system, probably just a faulty fuse and its fine to drive", later that day the entire car just quit. The entire electrical system was fried. IF the employee (found out later it was a salesman playing at being a mechanic) would have taken 3 minutes to actually check the fuse instead of assuming they would have found all the water in the bottom of trunk (now what I know is a KNOWN issue for the Camaro) and MAYBE the car could have been saved.

The car is a total loss according to the insurance adjuster. Apparently Chevrolet no longer makes/has access to electrical components for the Camaros even tho the car is less than 10 years old. Not the fault of this particular dealership acknowledged, but still pretty disappointing. What other parts cant they get anymore? How is the average car buyer supposed to know what other vehicles no longer have available parts?

I wouldnt recommended bringing your vehicle for ANY type of servicing to this dealership bc you might not even get an actual mechanic but a sales person "helping out". And IF you do go here, bc sometimes you HAVE to go to a dealership, I STRONGLY recommended covering your ass-ets and recording any verbal conversations regarding your vehicle and get EVERYTHING in writing. Bc at the end of the day its all about what you can prove.

I will say that the two women working the service desk have been absolutely stellar. They have been understanding and just 5 star customer service from them from day 1. Some company tried to come pick the car up today and THANKFULLY the lady from the service department called us BEFORE they took it. We were just called last night after 5pm and told the devastating news that it was a total loss and hadnt had the chance to get our personal effects or the plate off. Had she not called us and asked what to do with the housekeys on the keychain our car and everything in it would have been who knows where. So a huge THANK YOU to her! She made what was a horrible situation just a little bit more bearable.

It’s Hot and my A/C was not doing its part to keep me cool, had an issue at first with the wrong part being shipped but at the end of the experience it was just a hiccup. I want to further thank Marshall Salsbury for taking the bull by the horns, making the calls that needed to be made and making me a very happy return customer. I have purchased 2 vehicles from the previous owners and it’s nice to now know I can continue to have great customer service with Titan. Thanks again to all that were involved in getting me cooled off and down the road.

Titan Chevrolet was really good to help me out. I didn't get there till after 2:30 after my car broke down and the service department was closed. But a guy that was just leaving, said he knew what probably was wrong with my vehicle and took it back and fixed it in about twenty minutes. They did a great job, and I'd highly recommend them.

The service department really needs to get their act together. I was not going to leave a review, but after I received a third reminder, I said what the heck.
I took my car in when the check engine light came on and after diagnosing the problem, found it to be a part that was covered under a supplemental warranty up to 150k miles. They made me an appointment for 6 days later on a Wednesday at 8am. Constantly assuring me it would take 15 minutes to do the job. (I know better- I've worked on cars for over 40 years.) Upon leaving that day, I receive a call to come back, they have the part and they can fix it today. I turn around and go back to the service department. They take my car in, only to find out the part they have is for a Silverado (I drove a Trailblazer). They will order the part and it'll be in on Monday. I would be out of state and told them I would keep the Wednesday appt at 8am. I arrive at 8am on said Wednesday morning and after waiting 1 hour and 30 minutes, I go back to the desk to check on my car. Oh it's ready, they say, then they say no, then they say they don't have the part in stock. Omg. I told them to just call me when they knew the part was in house. I travel for work and I would have to see when I could make another appointment. Finally 8 days later, I was able to get the repair completed.
I immediately left and purchased a new vehicle from the FORD dealership.

I was in and out within 1 hour and I arrived 30 min. Till close with no money to put down just a trade in lol if you can call it that I had a 2007 nissan murano with well over 250000 miles on it and walked away with a used 2020 Chevy Silverado with 74000 miles. This is the place to go. Felt like family and inviting.

Titan Chevrolet recently bought out Duval Chevrolet in Starke and the improvement in service was sudden. Rocco Troino has returned as the service manager and truth and confidence has returned to the service department. I will once again do all of my business at our local Starke Chevrolet dealer. Came in to have my car diagnosed for a noise that it makes while the AC is running, I was told it was the tensioner so I proceeded with letting them replace this. I paid nearly $600 to have it replaced, few days later it began making the same noise. I contacted them and was told to come back in and now they are saying it wasn't the tensioner causing that specific noise, you would think they would try to fix the misinformed diagnosis but instead they are saying it's something else causing the same exact noise which would cost more money. This has become extremely stressful and costly and I've yet to speak to anyone at Titan willing to fix the matter.

They treat you right - not pushy like some of these other dealerships. Phillip LaGrand was polite and very informative. Cleanest Truck I looked at out of 6 dealerships. They were the only dealership that offered me a 3 year warranty on a 6 year old Truck.

Without creating a post that’s a million miles long, let’s get down to brass tacks. I was in a desperate search for a vehicle and had been without one for quite some time. Due to my health failing last year, my credit score dropped from almost a 700 in September to below 500 towards the end of last year. I’d applied and searched at well over 100 dealerships across the state of Florida (even a couple on the FL/GA line). Just when I’d literally given up all hope, I received a random text from Titan Chevrolet. A man named Philip aka Dr. Phil was reaching out to see if I was still searching for a vehicle. I told him in a nutshell my situation and he softly asked if I had time to stop by which I did. Within 30 minutes, a young lady by the name of Kristen bent the corner and introduced herself. She’d just arrived at the dealership 4 days prior to that to begin her new career opportunity there. In her hands was a single sheet of paper. She dropped it in front of me and said how does this sound/look? She’d already gotten me approved for a vehicle. My baby is a 2016 a Honda CRV. Mileage was below average, condition of the car was darn near flawless, and was an all around sound vehicle. Dependability, fuel efficiency, and Bluetooth hands free were all features of a vehicle that were the most important to me, and that’s exactly what I was shown. I sat there completely dumbfounded because I couldn’t believe that they made it just that simple. When everyone else (and I mean everyone) said no, Titan Chevrolet said yes. Never once was I made to feel like I was wasting their time or being a burden. The hospitality was unbelievable, the service was top notch, and the people are just that, they’re hardworking people like you and I. Out of all the years that I’ve dealt with salespeople and dealership’s one after another, this was by far the smoothest and easiest. Hands down the best I’ve ever seen. If you’re looking for a dealership and salespeople that are the best and truly love what they do, search no further. Titan Chevrolet in Starke, Fl is it. I can confidently say that I’m a Titan girl for life!!!!!!!!!

My salesman Phillip LaGrand was amazing! He wasn’t pushy. When I first got to the lot he introduced himself then let me explore until I found a vehicle I was interested in. Once found I went inside and started the paperwork process with him. He has a great personality, it very friendly, and super professional. Their Finance Manager, Kristen Trainer went above and beyond to find me the best finance deal possible. She obtained a very fair interest rate for me and was able to get me financed with GM Financing. She was a pleasure to work with because of her bubbly, happy personality. Truck was in service related to the 6.2 liter engine Chevrolet recall. Service writer was very helpful. I inquired about difference in cost if any for my oil change that I will be paying for. Very concerned when I was told the oil change with the heavier oil was more expensive. My thoughs are GM should be responsible for any additional costs.

Code machine didn’t work on our car the first time in helpimg to diagnose the problem with our Malibu, but the service team kept at it unt they got to the bottom of what was going on with the Body Control Module. Didn’t charge us anything but Fidelity Warranty bit the bullet as we had paid them to do when we bought the car. Very nice folks there at Titan!
