I called Sam Nadler at Keystone Plumbing, and despite the holiday, he immediately sent out a technician, Josiah, to help.
Josiah arrived promptly and spent the entire morning troubleshooting the issue with care and determination. He worked diligently to identify the source of the leak and even routed temporary water hoses so I could have running water restored in my home. My man came through with 3/4 inch fittings at 8:45pm on Memorial Day weekend. Being that everything was closed. Backflow from well broke due to hose getting yanked on, anyway, went out of his way to help me. And would reccomend his company to anyone, only company I’d use in future if need be. Other companies wouldn’t help, or were busy.

This was the first time I’ve used this company. Professional, knowledgeable, quick response time, very kind. They saved me lots of money too! I won’t call anybody from now on.

Called them out during the AT&T outage for a very slow to flush toilet. They checked it out and everything was good. Before they left I had them look at my main house water line. They quickly cut the old leaky valve out and did a great job with the new one. Thank you guys!

Sam diverted two workers from another job to fix a broken valve on the cold water line coming into the kitchen sink. He did it so I could keep an appointment later that day. When the valve broke (due to my attempt at putting in a new faucet it became an emergency since water gushed immediately under the sink) I had to run to well to shut off water. The repair was professionally done and twice as good as the original installation.

Have handled all my plumbing issues for several years. Always prompt and professional. Reasonable prices and excellent work. Would not consider calling anyone else.

They are very efficient know what they are doing based on the fact they are plumbers. When they put our septic system in they were extremely skilled at getting it just right. Inspection done and all complete in one day seeded and hayed. They are the best home town business with a personal touch

The company came out and cut a hole in my ceiling and said our shower liner upstairs is leaking and the guy that knew everything went to sit out in the truck while a new guy did everything which it took him 20 minutes to cut a small hole which the ceiling was super soft and wet cut the ceiling for no reason and did not have any answers for any questions we had. Charged like 125 bucks just to cut a hole which I could have done myself. Ridiculous and won't ever have them back in my house for any reason!

It was a long time ago but he did a great job. I need his help again but it's hard to get ahold of. I guess business is booming. Which is a good thing

I've called the company out to my place twice for two separate issues I've had. Sam found a leak I was having in less than 5 minutes and fixed it in less than 10. They're responsive and are usually able to come out same day if you are having issues. I've owned my house for a little under 2 years and this is my go-to plumbing company every time. You can text and even send pictures to the phone number that's here on Google and he will call you right back.

Sam is a very knowledgeable no nonsense guy. A straight shooter. Pricing was fair and straight forward. He was very helpful in determining a septic size on a new construction. He always called or emailed me back in a timely manner and he kept his scheduled appointment. He comes highly recommended by me!

Jam up guy for just being a one man team. You get the owner there to work on your stuff instead of a jitterbug who don’t care about nothing but getting off work. Took a second to get ahold of but understandable being he’s one man working and trying to take calls. Great work and never had any issues!

We have used Keystone Plumbing in our home for years and have always been very satisfied with his work. He is honest and stands by his work. I have also employed him at my place of business and he has been more than kind helping us out with emergency situations as well as routine plumbing issues we may have.

Sam came out once 3-4 years ago and hooked up a sink for me. He was fair and professional. I had a leak recently and called and left multiple messages and he never returned my call. Even a return call to say he was too busy or to recommend someone else would have been okay but there was no response. I felt that this was very unprofessional.

Not impressed! Left 2 phone messages and an email which included our plumbing issue and with no response after 3 days. Business must be good! His name was a referral to us as well. His reputation is over glorified... We'll contact one of his competitors to get the job done. So disappointing...

Most recently I had to have a hot water heather replaced and some other work in order to get better Home Owner's insurance. Sam had his guys out the next day, replaced the heater and did some other work quickly and professionally. Thanks guys!!!!
