Jack the Roofer is an excellent and trustworthy roofer. We had to repair some areas of our roof that were damaged by hail and identified in an inspection report for the sale of our home. Jack the Roofer provided a well-documented quote, including pictures and commentary that showed the damage and areas needing repair. They promptly and professionally performed the repairs and then provided pictures showing the completed repairs. We had requested quotes from two other roofers who only wanted to replace the roof, which our insurance company denied. You cannot go wrong using Jack the Roofer for your roofing needs if you want an honest, reliable, and professional organization to do the work. We worked with Nathan throughout the process, who was awesome!

Jack the roofer has been great through the whole process. They inspected the damage from a hail storm, gave an estimate, and other information. They then negotiated with the insurance company about what needed replacement. They even tried to get our gutters covered, but the insurance company would not budge since there were no physical holes in the gutters. All in all, the roof was replaced in an efficient manner, with high quality work, and everything was very smooth. Highly recommend Jack the Roofer.

Not real pleased, when looking for a roofer. Jack the roofer, had above and beyond reviews. So we picked them. After hiring them, the communication was terrible, they give you a date they could start. It was later than we expected. There was a lot of no shows, no calls. Finally after the roof was installed, we had a leak in the kitchen around the skylight, the guy that repaired it made it sound like it wasn’t leaking that it was oil stains, really who does that. He did a water test on it, and it was leaking again.They removed the shingles and applied silicone. Now we have more water damage on the ceiling. hopefully it’s fixed now I’m left with stains on my ceiling.

Very smooth experience.. Communicated the process, provided material choices, managed the schedule around solar panel removal and replacement, worked with my insurance company/claim and kept me informed all along the way. Fantastic customer service. We suffered damage from the hail storm in June 2023. Levi from JTR responded quickly. JTR dealt with the insurance company directly. Roof and skylights replaced within weeks of the damage. JTR continued to work with insurance company to have additional items replaced or repaired. This was a 2 year process and not once did JTR ask for additional money. Only once everything was approved by insurance and completed did I receive an invoice for exactly what was quoted to me in 2023. Very pleased with the staff of the entire company. Had some roofing repairs that needed to be done before selling the house. Jake quoted the repairs without pushing for whole roof replacement. Scheduling the repairs was easy and work was completed timely. The option for a 5 year roof certification at the end was helpful.

We had a leak in our garage. Jake (or sales rep/roofer) showed up, provided a competitive estimate, a few days later the leak was fixed. Jake even showed up on Saturday to finish the project and make sure all was in order. He even replaced broken tiles.
Payment process was supper easy - invoice e-mailed when the project was done.

Jack the Roofer did a great job on my roof. They found the leak in my tile roof and gave an affordable quote. They never pushed a new roof like a lot of roofing companies will do. They fixed the roof and it’s now good to go for years.

Jack the Roofer replaced our roof this past fall & did the job in one long day. Brian was our salesman & kept checking on the work from start to finish. I was happy with the roof, except the internet dish was not reattached to the roof correctly, possibly because they weren't able to finish until it was dark. In any case, Brian made sure that they came back out to reattach the dish and see that it was done properly. I felt the customer service was excellent and the office staff friendly, and Brian was very patient with my long list of questions.

I had a leak in my roof, and I had multiple vendors come out and look at it. After a scheduling snafu the owner himself came out and appraised my situation and gave me a price that beat the other vendors and my expectations. Everything was done flawlessly and couldn't be happier (outside of never having any roof damage of course)

Jack the Roofer was great. They delivered all they said they would in the time frame and everything was perfect. They were easy to communicate with and very straight forward. All teams were friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them if you need a new roof!

The new roof looks great but if you have a request not related to the roof, would probably not recommend. My old swamp cooler sitting on top of the roof was supposed to be removed as part of the roofing project and the material to cover the hole was delivered with the shingles. On the day of the installation, I reminded the supervisor that the cooler was supposed to come down. He didn't know and said that would have to be on another day, as they might need a crane. After the roof was completed, I had trouble connecting with someone about returning to remove the cooler and finally decided to keep it in place.

A breath of fresh air having a company do what they say they will. Patrick and his crew were extremely Professional and answered all of my questions. Best of all the work was top notch. TWO THUMBS UP.

I had a great experience with Jack the Roofer in Fountain. I was looking for a reliable company that could replace my roof quickly, and Jack the Roofer delivered. They provided a detailed quote with some additional upgrade options. Catherine was very friendly and responsive to all my questions.

After getting quotes from several companies, we decided to go with Jack the Roofer, and the job was completed in just a few weeks. The team kept the lot clean, and I didn’t find any nails left behind after they finished.

After the roof was done, we needed to install new gutters. Catherine coordinated the selection of colors, and the team installed the gutters the following week. It was a pleasure to work with this company, as they provided the best service and quality.

Great company to work with. Timely and efficient. Repairman/ estimator was very friendly and knowledgeable. Made the repairs very quickly:

We had roof and gutters replaced on our residence, roof replaced on a shed, and gutters on a third building, all due to hail damage. Work done was adequate. The salesman we dealt with initially led us to believe the third roof would also be covered by insurance, but it wasn’t. At some point in the process, I mentioned to a supervisor that we may want to replace the roof at our own expense, but wasn’t offered that option until the request for final payment over a year after the other work was completed. We declined. We also had a pergola that had significant damage to the paint, but insurance denied that part of the claim. After several weeks, we decided to hire a painter at our own expense. Then after several months, I got a call from someone at Jack the Roofer who wanted to come out to take more pictures and resubmit the claim—hardly timely service and too late to do us any good. Finally, we had a heating cable on a portion of the roof that had to be removed to put down the new shingles. The two guys sent out to put the cable back admitted to me they had never installed a heating cable. They did a terrible job and I had to hire someone else to do the work correctly. As previously mentioned, the actual roofing and gutter work done was adequate, but the ancillary issues prevent me from giving more than a 3 star rating.

Roof was put on expertly, and they helped us with supplementals like the gutter, and our porch deck. Giving 4 stars instead of 5 because we had about a 7 month period where we heard nothing and then all of a sudden there was a $35K plus bill (which we did owe so that was fine, a little heads-up would have been nice), but the actual work on our home was done expertly. I would recommend using Jack the Roofer.

The whole team at Jack the Roofer has been great! The hail damaged roof was quickly replaced and I’d like to mention that office staff worked with our insurance company and our difficult mortgage company to get everything paid for. It was a big process and Jack the Roof was very helpful from start to finish.

Jack the Roofer did a great job replacing the shingles on my roof. Their team removed and replaced 2200 sqf of roof shingles in just one day. My property was left in a perfectly clean state. The communication with Patrick Ash and the other employees was perfect.

He took the time to thoroughly inspect the tile roof, which has some nuances vs. traditional roofs. He located the damaged area, shared photos, and gave an initial assessment on the work to be done. So far, a great experience on an important home repair .

Jack the roofer did a stellar job from start to finish on my insurance claims. They helped us with the roof and gutters and coordinated other jobs for us for things they didn’t do. They have an amazing team of people that work hard for you and very well informed. From Levi to Catherine to their partners from colorado windows and restoration (Robert Scott), they were all awesome to work with! We unfortunately had significant damage from a tornado. Jack the Roofer came in worked hard for us and it resulted in our house seeming to be better after the fact! Highly recommend!

I called Jack the Roofer after another company recommended a whole roof replacement. Brian Gardner showed me pictures of the damage and replaced ten tiles for a very fair price. Would definitely use them again!

I just happened to see one of their trucks in my neighborhood so I decided to call them. So very glad I did. Everyone I interacted with was very professional and customer focused. My insurance adjuster initially denied the claim. Jack the Roofer appealed it and got everything fully covered. The last roofer I used was a nightmare. Jack the Roofer was exceptional!

I did not have a good experience with Jack the Roofer as a company. I put 2 stars only because my phone call was returned.
All I needed is to replace the old non-working attic fan. Jose returned my call. He quoted me initially $600. Then he quoted me $700 and over text was his final quote of $650 for the regular attic fan. I did not like this quote game. I found a person, Roberto, who was recommended to me by my neighbor, who came to check the old attic fan and used only 3 tools: electric tester, flat screwdriver, and a wrench. He checked the breaker, and tested the electric wires in the old attic fan thermostat. He determined that the issue was with the motor. This testing took him less than 40 min. I went to Home Depot, bought a new attic fan and Roberto came back the same evening, removed the old attic fan blades with the motor and the thermostat and put the new motor with the blades and thermostat. The old attic fan housing stayed. This job took him less than 45 min and the cost of the entire job was less than $180 for the total of about 1.5 hours. Jose from Jack the Roofer called me 10 days later to check, if I needed this job done for the amount he quoted me. I told him that the job was already done and was not complicated or as expensive as his final quote of $650. This is the reason for 2 stars. I do NOT RECOMMEND this company.

Overall I am satisfied with the job done even though scheduling, communication can be better especially with the outsourced work of solar panel detach and attach.

Having Shana as the PM for all my contracting needs from the roof, to deck and windows really made everything less stressful and taught me a lot as a first time homeowner with home insurance claims. Shana walked me through everything with patience and helped me really understand the process as the homeowner, contractor and insurance company since we have different roles and responsibilities.

I strongly recommend Jack the Roofer: they were highly responsive and communicative, provided us with a clear and fairly priced estimate for the work we needed, and then conducted that work quickly, efficiently, and to a very high standard. Homeowners in the Denver metro area would really benefit from having access to more a contractors like this.

This company was recommended to me by a friend. They did a great job. My only complaint is the lengthy process from start to finish from getting the insurance to approve things, adding supplements, and then having the city come inspect and approve the work. The roof itself was completed in one day though. There was a ladder left on my porch for a while but once I notified them, they came right away to pick it up. Also, the roofers broke a gutter but they came back to fix it in a timely manner. They were also very responsive every time I emailed with questions. I would use them again in the future.

After wasting 4 months with an unreliable contractor, I’m glad I contacted 5-star, Jack the Roofer. The hailstorm of May 10, 2023, caused a lot of damage at my home. I called Jack the Roofer and Levi came out to assess the damage and worked with my insurance company to submit a claim. In a short period of time, I received a new roof that took 5 hours to replace, with a great crew.
Levi and Josh rebuilt my redwood deck which had to be taken down to the frame and reinforced. My deck is beautiful and so well built I could not have chosen a better contractor.
From the people in the office to the workers on the jobs, everyone was so respectful and professional I could not be more pleased.

Brian Gardner was fantastic. We had a small job and couldn't find anyone to come out and add our gutter guards for a portion of our house. We had talked to 3 roofers before him so I am extremely grateful that they took our small job and completed the work. He was professional and even went above and beyond to clear away some of the tree from the roofline before he cleaned the gutters and installed the guards. He also did the same for both of my townhome rental properties which were also small jobs. I would highly recommend Brian and Jack the Roofer for any job, big or small!

Jack the Roofer did a concrete roof tear off and new asphalt roof and gutters. What a delightful company to work with. Supply of the roofing materials were hard to come by but they searched statewide wide to find the goods to start. That was the hardest part of the process, we had a new roof installed in 3 days. I have experienced the best possible experience while having my roof, and other hail damage repaired. The entire company is extremely friendly, competent, and hard working. From the initial inspection to project completion has been an outstanding experience. This company acted as my General Contractor that was responsive to my requests and requirements, including additions and upgrades, negotiating with the insurance adjuster, and sub-contractors. The project was long, because of material shortages, and other delays, not under their control.

This company is first rate. I have used them several times, previously for a leaking roof and also a gutter replacement, but most recently for a new roof, some gutters and a large front window, all due to the hail storm last year. Brian and team came out right away, were always professional and on time and followed up once the roof was completed. The entire team responded to questions promptly and was always helpful. Honest, professional and quality work all three times I have used them!

Brian went above and beyond! When he came to give us an estimate on the work we needed done, he had some time so he fixed a hole in our gutter!...at no charge! All the communication with the company was great. Fixed some broken tiles on our roof, cleaned out gutters, and replaced some downspouts. I would highly recommend this company!...especially Brian! The folks at Jack The Roofer were professional, easy to work with and responsive to my situation. I hired them for an end of season gutter clean out and I am pleased with their work, the process and the price.

We had our roof and gutters replaced after a hail storm. The quality of the roof work seems to be very good. The company made an effort to meet our scheduling limitations. Communication with customers can be improved. Most of the time we didn’t know what was going on regarding the cost and work that would be completed. Luckily one of the billing staff helped bridge the gap and things improved. The gutter team was difficult to talk to, only one person spoke any English. If I hadn’t been home at the time of install, it would have been done incorrectly. I had to point out a problem to them, which they quickly remedied.I did not like the billing process, it was confusing.

Jack was very helpfull in identifying our issue and gave us a reasonable solution at a fair price to correct the issue.
