I wanted to take a moment to express my sincere thanks to Jack of Jack on the Roof for the exceptional service he provided during his recent visit to my house after our spring hail storms. Your thorough inspection of my roof was incredibly reassuring giving me great peace of mind that my roof didn’t have any damage.

Jack’s kindness and knowledge truly stood out to me. I appreciated how he provided a report, complete with pictures, for us to review together, explaining everything in detail and answered all my questions without ever being pushy.

I met Jack over a year ago.. kept his card as we finally decided to put a claim in after a storm for hail and wind damage to our roof. Jack was here that afternoon.. up on the Roof and after some discussion about scenarios, I decided to file a claim. Jack met the inspector a week later and was present but not intrusive when the adjuster was evaluating the damage. Jack was on the roof to help guide as needed. Jack explained the process of the claims.. made it easy to understand and we scheduled the replacement. Jack upgraded me wherever he could... solar roof vents, wider gutters, excellent shingles as well as upgraded filter.covers for the gutters. He was present for the install.. made sure all my requests were handled and followed up after the job was completed... just 2 days! I would highly recommend Jack to anyone looking for a conscientious roofing contractor that aggressively gets the job done to a customer's complete satisfaction.

Very thorough on his initial inspection and he met with the insurance adjuster to ensure nothing was missed by the insurance. Kept me updated daily leading into the project. I have the best looking roof in neighborhood. You can tell by the quality of the workmanship and the shingles.
