Full basement: several rooms painted, trim to all floor areas, shoe modeling, ceiling foam tiles glued up, full laminated wood flooring laid, replacement of two double door entrances, completion of plant room (windows trimmed, room painted, caulking, Weather Tech flooring laid, replacement of rotten boards at doors).
Awaiting counter top and two screen doors for basement that have been estimated to be delivered in a couple weeks to complete the full job.
I truly want to thank Michael, Eric, Gunner, Tommy, Eddie, Matthew and two others, whom I've forgotten names, for a great job, being respectful, polite, and tolerant as my husband and I being present each day to keep our rescue dogs out of their way. Never seemed irritated when we asked or questioned about specifics of suggestions.
You guys are definitely our go to company (JACCO) for any remodeling or updates.

JACCO Builders are professional, respectful and reliable. Our deck was falling down and Jonathan and his crew did a wonderful job with repairing and rebuilding (some) using recycled materials when possible, saving us money and time. This is the second time JACCO has done projects for us and I am very pleased with their work! Flexible and easy to work with!

Jonathon and his team did quite a bit of work for us including the bathroom plumbing for a new build garage which included tying into the septic system as well as installing the toilet, sink/cabinet, shower, and tankless water heater. They also remodeled my bathroom removing a big square tub and installing a tiled shower. They did a few other things and Jonathon was really easy to work with. Jonathon was very good with communication and he and his team were reliable, trustworthy, and priced fairly. He always made sure work appointment times were good for us and continually checked in to see how we were feeling about the work. I highly recommend JACCO Builders for any building or remodeling work someone might need done!

I’ve never thought we would find a general contractor in our area but when we did, we quickly realized we found the best contractor in all of middle Tennessee. The project started within a couple of days of our meeting and kept to its schedule over the next couple of months. I was so impressed with the quality and professionalism of JACCO Builders work on replacing my balcony on the second floor of my condo snd the painting of my patio below it in the first floor. Now the entire back of my condo looks amazing! It’s all so beautiful ! I am very happy with how it looks but also the fact they did it all so quickly ! Thank you to Jonathon and the team for the amazing work you did on our kitchen and doors. The painters, construction workers and tile man did such good quality and detailed work. They were all very professional and easy to work with.

The contractor and his work teams were experienced, worked on time and efficiently. The plumber, tile workers, finish carpenters and paimters were really excellent and professional.

It was a painting project to make a very deeply colored condo ceiling white. Nicely done with attention to detail and no damage to furniture etc. Cost was fair; and beat two other offers. Happy with Jonathan and the guys he sent in to get this done!

JACCO Builders replaced the support columns on my porch and added a railing. I was impressed by Jonathan and his staff. They arrived when they said they would and did the work in a reasonable amount of time. I was not surprised by the cost. I was given a reliable estimate. I would recommend JACCO Builders.

This team was fantastic! They came into the project to correct mistakes from a prior contractor AND brought us over the finish line. Our covered porch/deck has beautiful columns and arches and little details that make me so happy. We have dealt with several contractors in the last two years to finish out our backyard space, and Jonathon and his team carried out our vision. True craftsmen. Prompt. Responsive. Transparent in billing. Look forward to hiring them for the next project.

Wonderful experience. They took care of everything including gathering all the material. They started work the next week after I approved the contract. Always on time. They provide a detailed schedule of what would be done and which day. Work was completed when he said it would be done. High quality work with excellent attention to detail. I am so impressed with the quick response to my inquiry and have been blown away by the quality of work completed on each and every project. Jonathan and his entire team have gone above and beyond and each person I have met is equally as professional and skilled as the next. I would (and have) recommended Jacco to anyone looking for plumbing repair, kitchen and bath remodel and ANY type of painting. They just did some ceramic tile repair and removed old carpet and installed new LVT flooring in a large office… all in two days! Johnathon was very respectful he looked around gave me a honest opinion about what I should do to my drywall. Did have to reschedule but he was communicative in reached out. They came in while i was at work and repaired the drywall and painted. I came home and was aspecting some mess left over or paint drips, but nothing. Good work would recommend.
