The company and their workers are not only the worst I’ve ever encountered in terms of service and attitude but they are exceptionally negligent to the point it has become a skill. They do not follow the proper ways of executing the construction work they have been hired to do, they do NOT care for the consequences of their previously mentioned negligence whilst trying to complete a dangerous job such as construction. Then they completely deny having done such a bad job due to caring more about reputation than the people they are affecting. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy, I’d honestly rather learn to do construction myself and show them how it’s done if they are not going to do it right and BY THE BOOK. If you want the services they provide done wrong and irresponsibly this is the company for you.

JAB Industries has a great management team who handles all phases of Construction from pre-construction to Close out and sign off.

I am reviewing to express serious concerns regarding your recent construction activities, which have demonstrated a lack of professionalism and responsibility.
Your company has not been forthcoming with information, and the carelessness displayed has led to significant disruption and distress within the community.

Despite previous complaints, there has been no improvement in your approach. I have documented instances, including photos, showing the damaging impact of these practices.

Additionally, some of your strategies appear to be intended to manipulate and drain homeowners financially, seemingly to push them toward selling their properties. These actions are not only damaging to the neighborhood but also border on unethical, potentially even illegal.

I strongly advise that future dealings with your company be approached with caution, and I recommend consulting legal counsel before engaging in any agreements.

JAB industries is fabricating about their negligence because in fact they did not do the proper under pinning when doing the work but have done a quick and sloppy job. They also have not tried to assist everyone that was affected by their negligence.
