These guys came over to our house. Assessed the problem, fixed it. Very professional. Would hire J3 roofing company again.
We had J3 come and put on a new TPO roof in 2023. It had two leaks soon after its installation that did cause damage inside our house, but J3 resolved the leaks quickly, and the roof itself is in great shape now.
After a long delay, J3 sent a subcontractor to resolve some of the damage that resulted to our house from these leaks, but they ended up disappearing after doing some initial work. It was at this point that we struggled to get J3 back in the loop.
After some more prompting, and close to a year after the roof was installed, they arranged for a second subcontractor to come and resolve the drywall damage caused by the leaks. That process is complete, and we are satisfied with the results.
All told, J3 did stand behind their work, and has been helpful, but it's been a long process.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Customer service was atrocious with little understanding or respect from J3 employees. After they replaced a tar and gravel roof, our ceiling is left full of drill holes and screws. Multiple lights were broken, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was shorted out. A large hole was hammered into the side of my dad's room for the canales. Technically, it's covered by said canalas, but it looks terrible. There's debris everywhere. It was completely uninhabitable for 4 days. We've already cleaned up most of the debris, but it was full coats of plaster, wood, ceiling material in general everywhere, along with the dust and dirt that coated every surface.
Anyone who has any kind of breathing condition or obesity or problem that could be triggered by dust or dirt should avoid this company completely.
