These guys came over to our house. Assessed the problem, fixed it. Very professional. Would hire J3 roofing company again.
We had J3 come and put on a new TPO roof in 2023. It had two leaks soon after its installation that did cause damage inside our house, but J3 resolved the leaks quickly, and the roof itself is in great shape now.
After a long delay, J3 sent a subcontractor to resolve some of the damage that resulted to our house from these leaks, but they ended up disappearing after doing some initial work. It was at this point that we struggled to get J3 back in the loop.
After some more prompting, and close to a year after the roof was installed, they arranged for a second subcontractor to come and resolve the drywall damage caused by the leaks. That process is complete, and we are satisfied with the results.
All told, J3 did stand behind their work, and has been helpful, but it's been a long process.
Terrible, terrible, terrible. Customer service was atrocious with little understanding or respect from J3 employees. After they replaced a tar and gravel roof, our ceiling is left full of drill holes and screws. Multiple lights were broken, and the exhaust fan in the bathroom was shorted out. A large hole was hammered into the side of my dad's room for the canales. Technically, it's covered by said canalas, but it looks terrible. There's debris everywhere. It was completely uninhabitable for 4 days. We've already cleaned up most of the debris, but it was full coats of plaster, wood, ceiling material in general everywhere, along with the dust and dirt that coated every surface.
Anyone who has any kind of breathing condition or obesity or problem that could be triggered by dust or dirt should avoid this company completely.
J3 fixed some issues on a PTO roof after a different contractor did a poor job. J3 corrected everything and even gave options to improve the scope of the original contractors work.
I wish I would have used J3 from the very beginning of the project. Their work is now a year old and I haven't had a single issue. Good work, great to work with, fair pricing. I've recommended them already several times.
I got j3 service to put pto on my flat porch roof. They were untimely would give a date to do a pre job and never showed up the next day they tell me they are not coming. The day before the job they tell me they are coming to inspect they will be there at 4p.m I waited an hour and a half for them to show with no response to being late. The day of the job they showed up on time his crew did a great job even walked around picking up nails. I pay for everything and I get an invoice of a bill of 376 they are stating its taxes they never put that on the contract I signed they left the tax part blank on the contract that I signed before the job very unprofessional when it came to that. They did make it right in the end. But with their lack of communication and the fact they tried billing me for something after they said there are no add on I will not be going back.
J3 did an excellent job installing a new roof on our house, and we are very pleased. They had to remove a lot of old gear that was on the original tar and gravel roof, including duct work for a solar air heater and a swamp cooler, a pretty big job. The new roof and skylights are wonderful. You can see the before and after in the photos. They used good quality 60 mil TPO with a taper option to prevent pooling, and finished the canales really well. Before they put the TPO on, they sealed all the previous ductwork openings with a fitted cap and foamed polyurethane sealant, the correct way to do it. The roof has held up perfectly in some really heavy rains. They were professional and on time during the install, and were very helpful working with us on the little unforeseen gotchas that always seem to happen on big jobs like this. They cost more than other roofing companies we contacted, but in the long run I believe it will be cheaper. We wanted a good roof done right, and that's we got. This is a first class professional outfit, and averaging across what all my friends have said they seem to be about the best in ABQ.
Of course there are so many important functional pieces of one's home, but the roof is up there on the list. :) We've been working with J3 Systems for years and they are always professional and responsive. We feel confident we have a good roof over our heads because of J3 Systems.
Stolen vehicle1–
J3 systems was working on a roof in our unit for a few weeks now. They could watch our home all day everyday for weeks. The day that they finished the job our vehicle was stolen. I have lived in my home for 4 years and nothing and all of a sudden they come, watch my home and vehicles for weeks and it gets stolen.
I don't know whether this company is incompetent, shady, or both. After being in the queue for 3 months waiting to get my roof done, I was told, with less than a week to go before the work was to begin, that because I didn't have enough insulation listed in the contract, (which they wrote!), that they couldn't do the work, because it would violate 3 ordinances! This is a company that touts itself as having been in the business for 60 years and they just now realized this? Unbelievable!
What I suspect happened is that they knew that the contract was incompetently written and/or they realized that they weren't going to make a profit and wanted a way out. Rather than being upfront and professional about it, let alone get an apology, this is what I was told.
Potential customers of modest means beware, what these guys do is get you on board with a low-ball quote, like they did me, and when you don't cough up money for what they call 'additional options' they'll drop you if they think they're not making a profit.
J3 has been fantastic, from Jason our estimator, to Johnny the foreman, all the workers, and Aweda the office/administrative support. They were punctual, professional, very hard workers (it took them almost 3 days to complete the work), did very high-quality work, and have been very responsive. Johnny took the time to do two walk-throughs with us, both before and after the work was completed. They came back and fixed areas that needed touched up that he found in the walk-through afterwards, and came back again the next day after we still had a minor leak. The leak turned out to be from the cracking stucco, and wasn't even their problem, but they happily fixed it anyway. Their customer service is stellar- they answer the phone, return messages, and show up when they say they will- all rarities, and which we very much appreciate. We would highly recommend working with them, and will use them again when it comes time to completely re-roof!
J3 installed the roof on my 16 yr old home. Jason came out and inspected the tar and gravel roof and told us that the condition was actually still good with the maintenance we have done. We needed some major stucco repairs so we decided to have the roof replaced anyway, prior to the stucco. This company is honest, efficient, quick but not rushed. I would recommend J3 Systems to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality roof.
Honest, efficient, quick but not rushed. I would recommend J3 Systems to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality roof.
Jason and his crew were on time and professional. No hidden surprises or extra fees. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. I plan on using them for my next roofing job.
It went great. They completed the job very quickly and arranged for our roof AC to be Disconnected/connected very efficiently and timely!
We needed a new roof due to a severe hail storm, and we had a few local roofing companies out for quotes. We were looking to upgrade from our existing (and damaged) tar and gravel to TPO for energy savings and long-term reliability. J3 wasn't the cheapest of the quotes, but the were the most responsive, had the best presentation, fielded a TON of questions from us, and kept up communication throughout the whole process. They were very professional. We couldn't be happier with our new TPO roof and additional blown-in insulation, and we've already seen energy savings in the year since, because our AC doesn't have to work as hard keeping our house cool. I'd definitely recommend J3 Systems.
It was a pleasure to work with J3 Systems. It took several months to begin the reroofing because they were so busy, but it was worth the wait. Good communication, they cleaned up well after the job, our roof looks great, and most importantly the roof no longer leaks when it snows. Another company attempted to fix the leak prior but did a poor job. I am so happy it was done correctly by J3.
J3 Systems is AMAZING! We were always provided excellent customer service. Jason arrived on time to provide a detailed and thorough estimate. He took time to answer ALL of my questions and was quick to reply via email. They were able to schedule our roof much quicker than anticipated and completed it in a timely manner using quality materials. Our new roof looks great and we couldn't be more pleased. Thank you!
The roof is wonderful! Even though it took a very long time for J3 to be able to start the work - due to weather, J3's schedule and my schedule - it was worth it. Jason was thorough and very patient and responsive in the estimation and planning process. The crew was skilled, efficient and professional. And very considerate about cleaning up. All the subs coordinated seamlessly with the work. Eduardo was wonderful to work with and was amazing at making sure every detail was taken care of in a first class manner. Highly recommend!
J3 Systems LLC replaced our roof two years ago. The job was finished on time and everything went smoothly. Their price was competitive but their service was superlative. This defines excellent value!
J3 Systems had roofed another portion of our roof over ten years ago. That roof has preformed flawlessly, and when we had solar panels installed two-and-a-half years ago, the installers commented on what great condition the roof was still in. I didn't think twice when we needed to do another part of the roof, which had been tar and gravel. Once again, the company was highly responsive in making arrangements, neat and professional in completing the work. We still have a final part of our house that will need a new roof and after some work on the decking. I won't consider anyone other than J3 Systems for the job.
Have been working with them for a number of years through townhomes being built by Cassel, LLC. Always on time and responsive to both emails and phone calls. Very professional company.
We had a unique situation when we needed to install a new garage roof before we were to have a photovoltaic system installed! Our fear was that J3 Systems would feel quite bothered to work with us on this problem! But, it was just the opposite! As the saying goes, J3 Systems “had the patience of a saint!” They not only took the time to work with us, the owners, but they assisted the solar company! J3 Systems were in no way obliged to do this; but they did! In many ways, they saved the day without adding an additional fee! In a world where scamming seems to be a business model for many companies, what a breath of fresh and honest air it was to have J3 Systems provide us with a superb roof and service. Jason and the whole company members are the real deal! Thanks again, Jason.
I am an out of state landlord. I had to use J3 Systems for an emergency repair. They communicated with my tenant and repaired the leak as promised at a fair price. The roof has not leaked since the repair.
Amazing roofing company! They are wonderfully professional, have the best staff, and are so easy to work with. They come to your house, get the job done quickly, and very well. They will take you up on the roof and show you everything they've done and address any issues you may have. They are just the best. :)
We had our tar and gravel flat roof replaced by J3 with PVC. We're very happy with the results. The J3 crew were very professional and left their work area clean and picked up. We got several bids for our roof job and we chose J3 because they had the best price and the best installation in our view. Thank you J3!
J3 Systems/ Lone Mountain Roofing is my only choice when dealing with my flat roof adobe. . I first used them in 2003 when the previous roof was replaced. Then after a hail storm in 2005, they replaced that roof. I had work done in 2016 where they resurfaced the roof; fabricated a new metal canale and downspout; repaired a crack in stucco that was creating a leak; fabricated a new metal duct for the downdraft swamp cooler. They also resealed the mortar on the brick parapet and coated the entire brick parapet with sealant. They are friendly, knowledgeable, guarantee their work, do onsite fabrication of metal downspouts, provide inspection contracts at very reasonable prices and they are a company I can depend on to do an excellent job. Their crew arrives when they are scheduled and work the entire time they are at your house. Jason Utash always listened to my concerns and what I was hoping they might be able to do. He always found a way or the right product to use. My money was well spent using Jason and his team!
It went so well — even though things with my homeowner’s association got complicated (they ruled out certain roofing material colors) Jason worked with them to get a timely and positive resolution. Work was top notch, too!
Best roofing company ever! Very professional and courteous crew. Everything documented before and after with pictures. The communication and explanation of the process was thorough and as promised, I am impressed!
From start to finish, J3 Systems (Lone Mountain Roofing) operated with the utmost professionalism. It’s rare to receive such high quality customer service these days. Other companies may get a few things right, but, rarely can they put together the whole package. I can do nothing, but, applaud their efforts. For example, the roof material, style, and timetable for completion was what was best for my wife and I, not J3’s bottom dollar. At no point, was there an attempt at an up sale. Each question was answered with an explanation and not a sales pitch. Also, upon completion, you would have never known J3 was there. Everything was cleaned, hosed off, and ALL debris was removed.
Needless to say, my wife and I, are extremely satisfied. I will, without a doubt, recommend J3 Systems (Lone Mountain Roofing) to anyone who asks.
Please take my advice and STAY FAR AWAY from this outfit! I became involved because they were local and I wanted to support the local economy. From the beginning the office staff and even the managers were arrogant and unhelpful but I pushed on thinking I wouldn’t have much contact with them. My roof was replaced in late 2017 and is currently under warranty. I called them back this year after a severe storm because I could see damage on the skylights, but I was assured there was no problem. Now (Dec 2018 after less than a year of a 15 year warranty), having paid $18,000, I’ve had a major failure of the roof: multiple leaks from many places. Furniture and rugs are being ruined. My calls to the office have been met with unhelpful arrogance. I’m a retired MD, have been in private practice, and know how customers should be treated. These people, top down, have no respect for their customers. I plan to submit a complaint to the BBB and any other agency I can. At this point, I think one star in the review is too many.
3 years after the warranty expired and Lone Mountain admitted the roll(s) used were defective but they were not required to replace my roof, only repair it so my roof has 8-12 large patches of TPO and still leaked... Now that I am getting a real company to re-do my roof I come to find that they did not even remove/scrape the old tar and gravel roof off, they just put on the defective TPO right over the top of it.... Do not trust this company. Bad job of installation and not ethical in any way
We needed to replace a 20+ year old tar and gravel flat roof that has refrigerated air and lots of duct work contacted running across the roof. We contacted J3 Roofing after a couple of family members recommended them. Jason presented us with several options regarding roofing materials, warranties, and prices. We decided on a silicon roof material rather than PVC - which would have been much more expensive due to all of the ducts that had to be work around. From the initial contact and quote process through the completion of work, the staff at J3 was a pleasure to work with. They were there when they said they would be, they kept me well informed of the progress, and they made sure we were completely satisfied with the roof at the end of the project. I would highly recommend J3 to anybody looking to repair or replace a roof.
J3 Systems replaced our skylights with energy efficient, flat glass models: added sloping insulation to the flat roof for positive drainage; and replaced the old tar and gravel roofing with a new PVC membrane roof.
Jason, Justin, the project manager, and the crew were very professional and a pleasure to work with from beginning to end – estimating, scheduling, communicating, and doing high quality work at a fair price. They also did a great job of dealing with the HOA, neighbors, and strict architectural guidelines in our 50-year old community, and with the added scrutiny of the state’s Cultural Properties Review Committee that oversees preservation work in communities and buildings on the State Register of Cultural Properties. I highly recommend J3 Systems.
We had J3 Systems install a PVC membrane roof in January 2018. Josh was great as we went through the estimating process. Our questions were answered completely and professionally. The actual work was completed as contracted and on a mutually agreeable schedule. It was completed in a professional manner with roofers who obviously knew what they were doing. Justin, our project manager was a joy to work with. If you called either Josh and Justin they answered, no waffling and no long delays getting back to you. It gave us confidence that the work would be done correctly and it was. Highly recommended.
I got estimates from both Lone Mountain and BAC for a vinyl roof. The Lone Mountain estimate was 35% cheaper than that of BAC. Yet my research indicated that the reliability of roofs for these two companies was comparable. And from talking with representatives from both companies, it appears that BAC roofs may be more susceptible to hail damage than Lone Mountain roofs. This may be because of the commercial grade of vinyl which Lone Mountain uses. Anyway, I decided to go with Lone Mountain. About three weeks after the Lone Mountain crew installed my roof, Lone Mountain sent another crew to inspect my roof and ensure that the first crew did a thorough job. That was a nice touch!
I have used lone mountain 4 times and have had exceelent service. I paid slightly more for their roof versus tat and gravel but have a 20 year roof versus 5 year. I’ve eliminated severe leak issues by going with line mountaim
I am a General Contractor that does commercial work only and I only use J3. There prices are good, but the biggest part is that they show up when they say, they do good work, and I haven't had to call them back one time for a leaking roof. Great company to work with
Awesome company and expert work. After calling and meeting with 6 different companies, including a friend in the business, I found Jason and his staff to be the best. Many companies make promises, but don't follow through or live up to the hype. They met me at the scheduled time. I received an estimate by the date they promised. The work started when promised. The work finished on time. If you've worked with roofers or contractors you know this is not the norm. Save yourself time and money by working with the best. Thanks Jason and Oiuda. You made a bad situation easy to stomach.
Used Lone Mountain Roofing/J3 Systems to install roof on new commercial construction project. They used superior product, install was completed by a very knowledgeable and professional field crew precisely when they were scheduled to be there. Price for the product and professionalism could not be beat! We will definitely utilize their services for future projects.
This was a difficult job because much of the roofing was done under ductwork. (We actually raised this duct, and this is the BEFORE condition.) Major re-roofing. Done quickly and on time. Did a very complete analysis of the problem old roof.
HFLF Firm review: Service was Perfect! We are VERY impressed! From the initial call to set up a site survey, from the site survey, to the roof repair, everything went smooth and communication was prompt. We had several other roofing companies come to take a look at the roof, all of whom ended up referring us to Lone Mountain. They were the ONLY company that worked with the types of materials needed to repair our roof. Pricing and the amount of time needed to repair beat out all other companies, and so did the professionalism of the company. We would highly recommend. Not to mention we had scheduled the roof repair in the dead of Winter. We had a leak that sprung through and Lone Mountain roofing came to temporarily repair the leak to ensure we wouldn't have to worry about the effects, until it's full repair. We were so grateful as how easy and stress free to process was. One last thing I'd like to mention is that they provided pictures showing the damages. We especially appreciated this as we were able to see what exactly needed repairing, and it immediately built client/company trust knowing we weren't told something needed repairing without proof.
Great company and extremely professional. I had a complicated install including coordination with a solar company. J3 was very accommodating about fitting in with the schedule of the solar install. The team were friendly and hard-working.
The price was very competitive as well. We did have some coordination issues but they were dealt with swiftly and professionally. I highly recommend J3. Special thanks to Jason and Jose.
just wanted to let you know that we really enjoyed the experience with your company. You have a great team and have built a neat organization.
Everyone we interacted with was top-notch. You guys over delivered on timing, pricing working with the AC issues etc.
Thanks!
Great Company!!! Can’t say enough how professional and easy to work with J3 systems is. Will be going back for all of my roofing needs.
Our flat top roof on our house was 15 years old and had a few small leaks. The whole roof needed replaced due to its age and slight hail damage. We had several roofing companies come out. The process of having roofing work done on a flat top roof was totally unfamiliar to us, and there are several options out there. After evaluating our choices, we chose Lone Mountain Roofing- J3 Systems LLC because of the quality and relative affordability of their roofing product, as well as the warranty. They were recommended to us by close friends and neighbors, and we also were impressed with their friendliness and professionalism.
J-3 did an excellent job re-roofing our flat sections as well as the pitch/shingle sections. Their work is high quality, crew was professional and project was done on time and on budget.
Lone Mountain Roofing installed my new roof early this year. Jason arrived on time to do the estimate. I have a flat room that can sometimes be problematic. I had several questions regarding the type of roof that was best for my house and the process. Jason answered all my questions, explaining things in a way that I could understand. I chose a PVC membrane roof. I felt the price was competitive, and the warrantee exceptional. The installation went very smoothly, and I feel very comfortable with my decision. I highly recommend Lone Mountain Roofing.
Lone Mountain/J3 installed a 60mil PVC roof on my house. It was installed perfectly the first time. After the torrential rain storms Albuquerque experienced in the last few months there has been no evidence of leaks or problems. Can't say the same for a coworker that chose a different roofing company.
Over nearly 20 years - since I first worked with Lone Mountain - I have never looked at another company. They have been effective, efficient, friendly, always professional, and their work has been flawless. At two different houses now they have 1) fixed leaks on tar/gravel roof 2) installed membrane roof - and maintained it, 3) coordinated with solar company to place roof top panels. And they have made ME look good when I recommended them to friends and colleagues who had the same experience. My highest recommendation.
We worked with Lone Mountain and replaced our roof last month. Our experience of working with the company, during the past 10 months, have been nothing but positive. They are professional, easy to work with, prompt (in returning phone calls, emails, etc.), and extremely competent. We had additional roof-related work to do after they finished their job and they've been willing to come back multiple times to check on the roof and make small resealing and repairs. We highly recommend this company! They are pretty busy so we did have to wait about 2 months after we signed the contract.
Lone Mountain repaired and upgraded the roof on my rental house to a membrane with a 20-year guarantee. They did a great job. They were very responsive. The insurance adjuster missed some things that needed repair, and Lone Mountain worked with him to get them covered by my insurance. I would highly recommend them!
They Installed thermoplastic roofing on the flat portion of our home. . The people were kind and professional, It was a quick and easy process. I would recommend this product and team to install on your home.
We approached Lone Mountain roofers for alternatives for our anticipated installation of solar panels. Jason presented several options and left it entirely up to us to choose freely. No “hard sell” of any kind!
Lone Mountain worked flawlessly with our solar installers after we had made our decisions regarding the specifics of the new roof. Lone Mountain arrived at the precise time promised. The entire team worked continuously and carefully for the next two days. When their initial work was done, we were invited to inspect the results. Perfect!! And the guys were totally nice and friendly. ALL our questions were answered in short and understandable ways.
After the solar panels were installed, Lone Mountain returned for the final finishing touches. They were done quickly. As we reviewed the work, we had a couple questions. They were answered quickly, completely and courteously. After all was completed, a final inspection of the roof and the surrounding yards were done. Any small piece of material was picked up and all was in perfect condition. Absolutely no mess left behind!!
What one word describes our experience with Lone Mountain?
Perfection!

Great overall experience. Lone Mountain Roofing replaced our 17 year old tar and gravel flat roof (6000 square feet) with a 60 mil PVC membrane with a 20 year material warranty and a free 10 year maintenance program.
Awesome customer service, from estimate, to scheduling to work performed to follow up. I would highly recommend these guys.
We had the good fortune of having Lone Mountain Roofing (J3 Systems, LLC) recommended to us last year by a long-time family friend who had turned to them to roof two of his houses over the years. Based on his strong recommendation, we contacted the company, and could not have been more pleased with the outcome. The entire process – from the estimate through the installation to the final inspection – exceeded expectations. Jason Utash, who was the first person from Lone Mountain we met, and Justin Birrell, who ultimately oversaw the installation, were fantastic. They enthusiastically answered all of our questions, recommended additional roofing companies we might contact if we didn’t go with them, and happily met with other contractors we were working with to discuss how other additions and improvements we were making to our house could best compliment the new roof and vice versa. We think our new roof is fantastic – it’s certainly energy efficient – can’t say enough good things about Jason, Justin, and the crew, and would unreservedly recommend Lone Mountain Roofing and J3 Systems, LLC to anyone.
Professional, on time, and great work! We have a newly constructed home and we are grateful for the excellent work Lone Mountain provided. Recently we found a hole in the roof (caused accidentally by another tradesman) and my husband asked Lone Mountain to send someone out to repair it at their convenience. We'd forgotten about this and he was on the roof the other day and discovered they'd 'sneaked' a crew over to repair the hole. What a great surprise! Thanks, Lone Mountain, for being true to your word.
Lone Mountain roofing provided an excellent roof installation on our home. I see a lot of roofs in my line of work and their installation was one of the best I have seen. I did a lot of research before settling on the type of roof they installed. Lone Mountain was extremely helpful in answering all of the questions I had. They were extremely courteous and easy to work with. Their staff was prompt and very professional. They left our property very clean. They were also very prompt when I called to ask them to come out to take care of a quick detail. I would not hesitate to recommend both the company and the product to anyone who asks.
Thank you for the great work!
Lone Star Roofing
About three years ago I realized I needed to “bite the bullet” and get a new roof. This is of course an expensive proposition. Being very conservative fiscally, I had at least a half-a-dozen roofing companies give me an estimate.
Of all the companies that I spoke with I had a very good feeling when I talked to Jason of Lone Star Roofing. He assured me that they had a number of references for the jobs they had done previously . He also encouraged me to look at some online videos of the process. He also told me that he welcomed me to check out the job, as the procedure went along on my roof.
The quote he gave me came in around the middle of the pack. Considering the treatment I received from other companies, Lonestar Roofing seemed happy to do the job rather than just being complacent about wanting my business like the others.
After the decision was made, they worked on my roof in a quick and timely manner. My neighbor had a new roof and the company left a mess when they were done. This was not the case with Lonestar. They completed the job in a very timely manner and they cleaned up my property impeccably. I even had them do some special things, as my roof is a bit different. They handled it to my satisfaction.
I have a very unusual roof on my home. There was a small problem but they handled it very quickly and explained in detailed the work they performed. Actually the problem was no fault of the roofing company but they fixed it anyway. I'm not sure another company would be so thorough.
It's been 3 years now and I have not had a single problem with my unique flat roof. Although they have a very good warranty I have had no need for any of their services since they completed the job.
Overall Lone Star Roofing was very professional and easy to work with. I have recommended Lonestar to my friends who have a special Roofing situation based on my experience. Frankly I would recommend Lone Star Roofing for any roofing need.

I highly recommend Lone Mountain Roofing. They were professional, very responsive and helpful with all of my concerns. As a single Mom, an investment this big can be daunting. However, after all of my estimates, Lone Mountain's estimate was the best value for the dollar and they proved why they have been in business for so long.
It will probably be a couple of years before I can speak to the quality of my new roof. However, I definitely think the quality of people hired by Lone Mountain is exceptional Jason Utash went out of his way to help me for months while I got other bids and the details worked out for my new roof. During the installation the crew Supervisors Justin and Jorge were also very personable. They let me know when they got there, when they were leaving at the end of the days and up to date with what was going on. They addressed all my concerns immediately.
My 2,400 square foot house was completed in two days. They left my property as clean as they found it. My neighbors commented on the professionalism of the workers (and there were a lot of workers). They said the norm is to hear music blaring from trucks and workers yelling. When they took off my skylight I could hear them talking, laughing and some music when I walked through the room with a hole in the ceiling. It was at a very appropriate level.
Thank you Lone Mountain!
All work was finished on time and everything I asked them to do was done, including extra repairs that I was not charged for. The cleanup left my yard cleaner than when they started. The two year check was done on time and no problems. My home is over 100 years old, I have owned it for 45 years, it has had many roofs. I believe this one may be the last. I would recommend Lone Mountain and have done so many times.
I have had several good experiences with Lone Mountain Roofing. I think they have a quality product, and they seem to be the flat roof experts if your going with a TPO type flat roof. We wanted that type of roof so we could capture the water off the roof for gardening. Lone Mountain came in, added a nice positive pitch, insulation, and the TPO type material. They walk you through the whole process, answer questions easily, and if there is a problem, you can still get ahold of them. On one part of my roof, there was a problem and they came in and fixed it within a day.
We are completely satisfied with our new flat roof which was installed in January of 2011. From the beginning everything went smoothly. The tech was knowledgeable and able to explain all of our options, their consequences, and their prices. We chose some added insulation and thickness, and a lifetime warranty. Installation was problem free. What we now like the most, after enjoying the new roof for several years, is its quality. In the winter it helps to keep the heat in, and in the spring and summer it helps to keep the heat out.
Lone Mountain Roofing did excellent work under very challenging conditions. They removed our existing tar & gravel roof in very icy conditions to help maintain a strict deadline for a rooftop solar installation. They re-sloped our roof, added significant insulation and completed on time and for the quoted price. They provided quick attention to a minor close-out issue after the installation was complete. I would be quick to send my friends to them or use them again myself.
We had a lot of questions regarding our old roof and the new roof. They were always willing to answer those questions even coming out to our house several times to make sure they answered these questions correctly. The entire old roof tear down and new roof installation only took one day. We were very pleased with the final product.
Lone Mountain provided estimates of several products and introduced us to new material options for TPO roofing. We had the entire roof of our clinic replaced with 36 mil KEE.
The job went very smoothly. The work was scheduled in ahead of the projected date. Everything was completed in two days and did not disrupt business in any way. We received follow up checks, the warranty, and invoicing all in a timely manner. Lone Mountain will be our first choice for all future roof repairs or replacements.
Wife and I did research on roofing contractors & we chose Lone Mountain Roofing based on price and quality. Also, they were able to fit in our schedule.
The guys were on time and helpful. In the garage they made a mess, I wish they would have prepared us for tar and debris that was going to fall. On the roof there was some ponding, however overall a good job.
They helped us work with our stucco guy to ensure a good seal.
Great experience. Jason and his crew did a great job putting on a new TPO roof on my home. No leaks and they did a professional job from install to clean-up. They stand by their work and have always been responsive to my requests.
I researched several roofing companies, before spending this kind .of Money. They were responsive to my wants and needs.
Starting with Jason, who gave the initial estimate, he spent a large amount of time explaining what they were going to do, the product they use, the installation process and the warranty process. It does no good to have a twenty year warranty, if the company is not in business any longer.
Justin and the field crew was very professional, polite and pleasant to work with. They started on time and worked late in the day to finish on time, they cleaned up each day and answered any questions I had about the process.
When the final inspection was being done I had a couple of concerns and the inspector quickly took care of them. I would use Lone Mountain again, without hesitation.
Because of the job they did and the looks of my roof, my neighbor is having LONE MOUNTAIN do his roof.
The staff at Lone Mountain exceeded my expectations! When part of my roof blew off, I called around and got several estimates. Only Lone Mountain followed through after giving me my estimate, contacting me again and asking if I had further questions or concerns. Once I gave them the ok, they arranged to come out just a few days later and do a temporary fix to get me by until they had a full crew available to replace the entire roof. When that day came they ended up having extra guys available (due to bad weather elsewhere) and sent out several crews to work together and started replacing the roof that very day rather than just patch it. When unexpected complications arose (many surprises were found under my visible slightly pitched roof, such as a complete tar and gravel flat layer) they kept me up to date, gave me options - and then the crew got to work, not complaining even once about the amount of extra work they had to do. I was very impressed by this! They completed the job on both the house and the barn in just a day and a half. 2 years later I haven't had any leaks or problems, and they came back to inspect the roof as promised.
Lone Mountain replaced my tar and gravel roof with their membrane roof and the roof has leaked with every rain since. They penetrated the ceiling of my home with screws and drove screws through the electrical conduit causing irreparable damage. They have examined the roof and declared that the membrane was faulty but told us that the company that manufactured it had gone bankrupt and they would not rep[lace it. I am now having another company remove the membrane and replace it with a conventional tar and gravel roof. Lone Mountain has been a miserable experience from the beginning and every effort to deal with them has failed. Their warranty is useless.
Lone Mountain roofing did an amazing job replacing my tar and gravel flat roof with a high quality membrane system. They were flexible in meeting my needs and adapting to some unexpected events. They even went out of their way to get the job done in between snow storms and save me some money by doing extra work themselves instead of hiring an outside company. They also did temporary repairs for free since they were backed up with other projects. An excellent company that I recommend to everyone.
This company was hired to do a flat rubber roof, above my business by the landlord who I rent from. Huge mistake. They were obviously the lowest bidder. Many tenants had numerous leaks including myself, and the roofers came out to fix it, but more leaks elsewhere or in the same spot again. My roof was not fixed until recently the landlord took them to court and won the case. So now they are installing a new roof seven years later. Imagine running a business and you have clients and the roof leaks? To make matters worse their representative don't speak English, so when you call with a concern or question, they send over a guy who in return needs a translator. Negative.
From my experience as a business owner I would use one of the top three companies in Albuquerque, I've used them on my other properties that I actually own the buildings too, and well worth the money. A few extra dollars but piece of mind.
