Your guys are going through our neighborhood leaving everyone’s gates open and letting dogs out. People coming home and dogs are gone. No Fu… givin. Next time, try starting out with notices on everyone’s doors with an estimated time you will need access to their yard. It would make it easier for you and them. That’s exactly what the last cable people did.

I've used this contractor for several projects on an aging property, and have been very pleased with each one. Some of them have been tricky and Johnny's been very forthcoming about the situations, options, timeline and costs. Very easy to work with and the quality of work has been impressive.

I live in Walden, Colorado, winter is approaching, wildfires isolating our community and we discovered a major roof problem in my home. Johnny was called and he responded immediately with an inspection. The damage was worse than expected. He ordered the materials, got his crew to Walden , despite having to travel 100 miles extra due to road closures from the active fire, three long, cold days.... complete roof replacement, cleaned up the mess and were gone. Just had J. Vasquez Construction install a door for me. Now this sounds like a simple task, but the original owners of our house (not the people we purchased from) were the worst DYI people I have ever seen. The entire door frame was cut in crooked, and patched so bad we couldn't even use the door as and entrance/exit point. The workers sent did a great job considering the awful task I had to give them with the frame needing to be re-cut into an actual functioning level door frame. They were quick, clean, very well-priced and I am very happy with the work.
