Shoddy workmanship. Leaking skylights. Didnt honor their warranty. Doesnt use his last name or address. Even had to write the checks to another person
because he doesnt have a checking account. Numerous complaints on MT State Consumer Protection Agency and Better Business Bureau.

Quick response times and very fast work. Was in the day after the quote to tear down and the day the materials were delivered. Had a minor issue after install but came right out the day it was addressed

JT Roofing is very honest, reliable and has a awesome crew. They are very professional at what they do and they clean all there mess up when they are done. JT Roofing did 6 houses on Rosita Dr. in year. Three homes were shingled 3 were metal, one off white, red, and the last one is white. All of us were done 2 years ago with no complaints. Please consider calling James & Chad when it comes times to getting a new roof because I can almost bet they will try to beat the next bid.

James’ crew put a new metal roof on our newly purchased ranch outside of Great Falls. His crew did an excellent job despite all the weather challenges at the time of year. Price was excellent. Crew was hardworking, professional and friendly, he has some good guys working for him. Communication could have been better, yet, on the times I reached out to them, they were okay in their response. I would use them again. If you have certain specific expectations for the project, I suggest you make it clear from the very start, otherwise....fingers crossed...we have never owner a home with a metal roof in Montana with hurricane forces winds. Our contract states a 1 year warranty as well.

Do not hire this company. They do not specialize in everything listed. Once they have your money communication is nonexistent. The construction project we hired them for was a disaster. This contractor is the best example of the worst experience a homeowner could ever have. What a nightmare. All of the work had to be torn off and redone by another professional company. Never took any responsibility. I hope I can save one homeowner the seven month headache we encountered by posting this review.

This company as well as its sister organization, Best Value Homes LLC, took a 2/3 deposit on roof repair job. They spent three months of giving me the runaround, not answering may calls, texts or emails. I had to threaten them on three occasions a lawsuit to complete the task. Afterward, they left construction debris in my yard which again I had to hunt them down to remove. After the job was completed, they demanded immediate payment on the remaining balance due. I wouldn't recommend these guys to build a birdhouse for you.

JT Roofing completed an entire roof replacement on my home, which was a total loss due to wind damage. The crew that repaired my roof was outstanding and the company was super easy to work with. We are super pleased with the immediate results of our job and how our roof looks. Thank you, JT Roofing, for all of the effort on our home!!

Totally terrible experience! The gutters were not put back on during the process, the roof is lifting because the facia was ripped off and not replaced. The owner was extremely lacking in responding or trying to rectify the situation and just kept making excuses to run out the warranty time. I was even told I could take him to court but he would never pay if the judgement was in my favor. Certified letters were not accepted; very poor business practices.

James and his crew are very professional, and fast. My daughter and I hired his company to replace shingles on both of our homes, and siding for her home. They did a beautiful job! James was very polite and took the time to answer all my questions, and there was a lot! We would definitely hire them again.

Came out on a Sunday in sub zero temperatures to clear ice dams from my roof. Would give a better rating, but they talked me into filing an insurance claim so they could jack their price up. Then James' buddy the claim adjuster closed the claim saying that they wouldn't pay out because there wasn't enough damage to my house and stopped taking my calls.

Hello! I am from Colorado and came up to help my son (who serves in the Air Force) who needed to get a garage roof shingled. The first contractor bailed out on us and we were lucky enough to find James (JT Roofing's owner) and his wife and father-in-law who were "johnny-on-the-spot" coming out to shingle our roof! You couldn't have a worse experience than hiring this outfit. From a bare roof piled high with snow on to endless phone calls trying to get them to fix the vents that they put on backwards, or the tar paper that was never cut for the vents--basically you will be ignored and forgotten. Whatever you do don't give them a single penny until the roof is completely inspected. The three flat tires from the nails that weren't cleaned up were just one of the many frustrations caused by roofers who are inexperienced and unprofessional. All sweet talk and no action. You might consider a law suit to get then to finish your roof, nothing else seems to work.
