Unprofessional and arrogant. Inconsiderate of others' time. He couldn't schdule an appointment any sooner than 9 days out so we accepted it but on day of appointment, a few hours before he is supposed to arrive he texts to cancel without any apology. No phone call, no apology and becomes belligerent and insulting when we responded that we were frustrated that he was cancelling the day of the appointment.
