Parry was very professional, kind and easy to reach throughout the whole process. He understood our cares and desires to get our roof repaired after Hurricane Ida demolished my Grandmother’s home. They were the first company to call us back within a day and completed everything faster than expected with so many other homes damaged and supply issues throughout the state. The roof looks great, they cleaned up nicely and the cost was very competitive! I highly recommend their company and hope you get a chance to work with Parry!

Initially when JP came out to give me an estimate right away he was very professional. When we was discussing everything he was very detailed and thorough and made sure I knew and understood what he was saying. I even asked "dumb" questions and he responded, nothing is a dumb question, everyone being on the same page prevents alot of mistakes from happening. As a customer I respected the way he answered that and from beginning til the very end he was very professional and honest.
The workers that actually changed my roof was very friendly and got the job done. They worked their butts off all day long. I literally will recommend JP Roofing to everyone. Absolutely a 5 star rating across the board.

JPAUL Roofing Replaced my entire roof, they walked me through the process, explained the cost associated with the job, explained the different shingle options, completed the job on time. went above the scope of work for other repairs with the roof.

Horrible experience . Misguided from the start . Wasn’t even allowed to get my insurance payments in before I was turned to collections. On top of that I was charger almost 3k extra from my original contract for “extra work” . Don’t trust these people they try to make you feel like they are some home town heroes and once they use you up they drop you like a hot rock. Horrible service !!

J Paul did such awesome job for our family! I asked for a bid to replace our roof. J Paul came back with a very reasonable quote and answered all of my questions. Rhett (our salesman) knew that we were having problems with our insurance company and knew that we were going to have to pay for our roof out of a pocket but he did all he could to help us out.

The crew came out and did a complete tare off and replaced our roof on the main house and the studio. They even painted the vents on the roof to match the shingles. They cleaned up the mess and I could not find anything left behind. Our roof looks fantastic!

As a said, I was having trouble with my insurance company. When I need help, the owner and Rhett (our salesman) worked hard to give our insurance company all the information that they wanted and in the end our insurance paid the claim. I owe it all to J Paul Roofing!

I appreciate some of the things JPaul was able to do with our insurance claim as well as the good job they did installing the roof.

With that being said, Communication has been pretty bad. My representative pushed back the roofing installation date quite a few times. Once the job was done they had a lot of trouble getting my insurance Adjuster the final documents needed to seal up our claim. Just want the process to be over with already.

A friend of mine had their roof done by them, and changed my thought about roofing companies and their reputation. I think that looking through the other reviews, the only negative ones are from people who just felt like giving a company a bad review, which is not cool. I know that without that, they would have 4.5-5 stars!!
When I buy a home and need a contractor, I’m definitely using these guys!!

Pretty rough go around. 1 month after the call and nothing was being done They complained about the insurance company yet when they came out to do the inspection with the adjuster they did not even bring a ladder to go up in the roof. ?? Ended up finding a different company.

These folks are professional, all the way! They got me a quote right a way ( some of the others I called never called me back). They did the work in a timely manner and the roof looks great. We are in the process of selling our home and it has been stressful. Thank You Jason , Tom and Ramon for making it easier!

All though no work has begun at our home in NC yet, the team that has been helping our family have been nothing short of amazing! Kim and Tom have come to home on multiple occasions to sit with us and explain every little detail so that we could make informed decisions! Mind you they both have been away from their families to help with those of us affected by Hurricane Florance here in NC. Kim truly cares about her customers and demands insurance companies do the right thing versus the easy thing! She is absolutely amazing. We are excited about our new roof, among other things they will be completing for us and I will update my review once the work is performed! Very, VERY impressed thus far! Kim deserves a raise for what she does, this company cannot afford to lose her!!!

FINAL UPDATE - Things started great with the roofing job and then took a dive with the fence. A couple of now-past team members let us and Jason down, but he and Greg really stepped up. I have been overwhelmed by their responsiveness and commitment to fixing the issues. Some of the delay was on our part and we now have the roof and fence that we wanted. Thank you, Jason and Greg.

Jay walked me through the entire process and was so helpful. Upgraded my roof for free and tarped my roof within a day due to upcoming rain. Thank you so much Paul

Jay and Carrisa showed up on time, and did an excellent job. They handled everything with my insurance for me and made it an easy experience. They replaced the whole roof quickly and correctly. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone and will. We got their info from a friend who recommended them to us. So his reputation speaks a lot for their quality. He knows exactly what to do and I didn't have to worry about anything.
