Jacob P. and crew at J&P Contracting, LLC were fantastic roofing firm to work with. They re-coated our roof with the Armor Coating product, after a cleaning roof, they patched a couple holes in the sprayed on foam insulation. And I appreciated the company's response in contacting us. Several other roofing contractors never replied to their own email inquiries. Picture attached shows the coating application being applied, sprayed & rolled; effectively two coats of resurfacing product.

Jacob and all the people at J&P Contracting, LLC are an outstanding roofing firm. That is is all you need to know when it comes to your roofing needs. They re-coated (with quality product that I researched on my own) my flat roofs...They applied the coating with spray which provides much greater coverage than rolling. Prior to application, the thoroughly cleaned and patched any blisters on the entire roof surface. I asked them about my pitched tile roof and although they told me (which I very much appreciate) that the condition was good for now, I WILL be using them when it comes time to re-tile my roof. These people are responsive, long-time Valley residents, professional, knowledgeable and they listen. Go ahead and shop around if you want, then you'll know what I mean. Thanks to the two workers that saved that family and kids! God bless them and their families! They deserve recognition.

I interviewed 4 contractors to refinish my Walking Deck over my Garage and Workshop. The deck required refinish as it had over 28 blisters/bubbles and I was concerned about the upcoming monsoon season. I received bids as high as $6,200. J&P Construction was less than half the price and they used the same materials (Master Seal NP1 and Master Seal 225) to repair the blisters/bubbles. Jacob, Peter, and William arrived on time, power washed the deck, repaired the blisters, sealed the deck and cleaned everything. We are very satisfied and pleased with the workmanship. We strongly recommend J & P Construction.

J&P re-sealed my flat roof and did an outstanding job. They were attentive, respectful, prompt, and most of all good at what they do. The estimate was clear and complete, no gray areas. They first did a big clean up of my large roof. They finished today and did more than the estimate called for. Highly recommend J&P for your roof work!
