Mike returned my call quickly and found time, after hours, to send a crew out to fix our problem. He also kept me updated on his schedule and was professional, as well as polite, every single conversation. All in all, I would call J & M plumbing again for any needs that I may have in the future.

J&M did a great job and I'm really glad he suggested getting the Gladiator water heater by Reheem. Comes with a 12 year warranty is I like the programable feature. I would strong recommend J & M.

JM came out to my house on the weekend when I had no heat or hot water they got my furance up and running with in a few hours would recommend reliable and trustworthy.

Changing review. 7/7/18 They are still not done with project. I really am beside myself. I feel that this was nothing to them. My yard is a mess. If I ever do business again there will be dates put in place and if they must have penalties assigned. I'm away and my husband said he doesn't even want to deal with them any more. They say they will show up, they don't. They don't contact us or reply to our messages. I had more work for them but, I don't know if I trust them any more.

Update: 8/30/18 They refuse to return phone calls to fix installation. They charged double for a sprinkler system that does not cover my yard. Only recourse is to have another company fix and sue them for the cost to fix it.

Get more than one opinion. Price in parts was way over inflated and we trusted them because they spoke so highly of their license. The things they said would be done are not there is less water pressure in my house since work was done. Tried to work it out with them and they did not try to help fix the issue. $4000 lost on a $1200 job (if that). Also would not respond once they were notified there was still an issue. Will be filing complaints and going as far as court if needed to settle this issue. was promised to get money back and never did and was brought smaller equipment than what we paid for after they got the payment in full. Be careful and don't pay in full till job is done right.

Mike was excellent, he responded right away to messages. Came over and gave me a quote the same day. Worked around my schedule and came out on a Saturday. Explained everything to me and gave me different options. I would highly recommend him! I will definitely be using him for any future plumbing or construction needs.

Flexible, friendly and a wealth of knowledge! Upon first inspection, they helped me understand my heating system in a way that I could understand. They made quick work of my leaking radiators. another satisfied customer!

These friendly and knowledgeable guys did a great job installing a new fireplace and all associated gas lines into tricky and hard to reach spots! Will definitely it use them again!

We choice J&M plumbing for replacement of kitchen because it is local, very closed to my home.

But they are not honest and did worst job.

As appointment, the schedule is start on Wednesday morning 8:30am,
But they did not showing on Wednesday and no phone call neither. At 10:30am, we called them, then they said the track was broken on the Highway. (They go to another place). I told them if they can not come to work, only return our deposit $600. They said, they will come on Thursday morning 8:30. On Thursday morning 8:50, I called them again. They said will come one hour later.

As plumberthey do not have snakebite disconnect clip and silicone, as electrician they don't have any electrical tapes and staple. As working plumbing and living in New England, their planning even did not mention use pipe heating cable for water pipe. The worst thing is they always forgot what they said and what is they supposed to do. They always say this is not their job, and try to ask more money for much less jobs.

They charge $2000 for 4 projects: replacement of kitchen sink from one place to another room; installed range hoods; move power cord and installed one window awnings. (They did not come to install a window awnings). But Only did 3 projects.

They installed drain pipes but do not want work hot and cool water pipes, said this was not included etc. I told them : "How can a replacement of sink that is only for drain? Other company estimate the sink installation fees is $1000 ( including water pipes and drain pipe, pipe heating cable, labor and material), you charge more then $1000. "

When they estimate the fees, they said including all of material and labor, but they ask us to buy some material. Not like most plumber will clean the floor when their job was done. They do not clean anything, and leave power cord, water pipes on air, which is should be fixed on wall or celling. They let us to fix it. ( We took pictures for their job, anyone have interesting we can post it, let you see their jobs.)

After all, we have to display their voice message, then they have to realize and said: "I am sorry, I am wrong, I forgot it."

This is our opinion: If you have no other choice, you must ask them write down what material to be used, what job they need to do, when will be done, how much charge for labor in very detail.

Top notch heating system repairs by a highly skilled professional. On-budget, on-time, and friendly to work with. Clearly professionals that take pride in their work. Will definitely use J&M again.

I had a pipe develop a pinhole leak early Saturday morning. I called J & M and they were here within 30 minutes. They fixed my pipe and explained what had actually happened. The price was extremely reasonable, and the work was done quickly and efficiently.

J&M Plumbing & Construction saved our oil furnace. Previous companies that serviced our furnace didn't clean the inside of the furnace and caused damage. We'll never use another company but J & M. Very thorough and friendly.
