I recently had a flood at my home and Servpro was there within 4 hours of my call. They had machinery to clean, dry and disinfect. They took care of my home with in just a couple hours. They continue to help with cleanup, demo and reconstruction. They’ve been kind, courteous, compassionate, super clean, fast and very understanding with the long list of questions I have. Servpro did a great job analyzing and submitting a plan to mitigate and correct the extensive water damage to our house. They were extremely responsive at all stages of the project and was courteous and professional. Given that we had many changes along the way in our project, they happily adjusted their project plan to meet our needs.

I was very impressed from the first time I spoke with Michelle and then Tammy. Both.ladies were very pleasant, respectful, and accommodating. John came in to figure an estimate. I was told he would be at the house between 9:00 and 9:30. He came in at 8:45, ready to work. Never have I ever had a service person give me a half hour estimate of arrival and be early. Gerardo and George came in 15 minutes before their scheduled arrival. They had 3 upright appliances ro remove and a chest freezer from the basement. They went right to work. Very pleasant, respectful and professional and quickly removed the 3 appliances. They had to have more men to come in and help because it was too heavy for just the two of them. Gerardo asked if there was a good time on Thursday or Friday for them to come in. I said Thursday morning would be good and within a few minutes he made arrangements for 11:00 am on Thursday. Before they left, the areas around the appliances were cleaned and disinfected. Highly recommend this service. Reliable, professional, pleasant and reasonable.

We had water damage in bathroom. Fortunately we remembered that many friends had used Servpro of Norwich And were very happy. They came immediately (on a Sunday) to check that water was off and determine how much the water traveled in the ceiling and walls. They took pictures and notes for our insurance company. They returned Monday to cut out drywall and place a dehumidifier in place for several days. The work was completed within a week and looks great. Would definitely use them again.

I have had two flood emergencies in my business within the last two months and serv pro if Norwich was there immediately both times. They check in constantly to make sure you don't need more equipment or anything at all. I would not hesitate to call them if you are ever in an emergency and need their services. Professional, compassionate, and all around amazing.

Kevin O'Sullivan arrived at our home at exactly 10am the time I scheduled. Although we could not use their services, I thought Mr. O'Sullivan was very professional. I will consider this company in the future if the need arises...

I was charged $1000 and no work was done. I have 2 tenants as witnesses that nothing was done and statements from 2 neighbors. Your office was zero help. I work in extremely busy business with a lot of customers and I am making sure everyone knows about how your company treats their customers. Next place will be social media.

From the start Servpro was amazing in helping me in getting a ceiling repaired from a leak! They contacted me promptly after my initial inquiry. Mike kept open communication throughout the whole process, the work done looks amazing and the cleaning crew for after the work did an amazing job. The cleaning was average, but a little disappointed that it took place a week and a half after the agreed upon start date, not to mention a misquote on the amount of time it would take. Also, a bit frustrating to see the cleaning staff sitting in their car for over an hour before they "started working" while also "not having enough time" to clean the whole house. I do not recommend.

I highly recommend using Servpro of Norwich. I sent an inquiry to them on a Sunday morning and they called me within an hour.They had a team of three people working tirelessly on my project for a week and a half until the job was complete. Very professional and hard working team. Really appreciate their help.

ServPro inspected my home and determined there was a mold problem in my attic, they mediated all of the mold with their chemicals which didn't smell up the house at all. The used a HEPA vacuum to clean off residual mold after chemical treatment, and fully removed all insulation for disposal. Once all of that was complete and the attic deemed clean, they installed new insulation. John was extremely easy to deal with and provided a clear and concise procedure throughout the process. I would gladly recommend ServPro of Norwich to anyone.

I couldn't ask for better service. And they were able to put me right in on their schedule at a time that fit mine perfectly. I would call them again!
