I have a restaurant that failed an inspection due to the hood systems and grease trap I was given 48hrs to get them clean. I didn’t know what to do called multiple companies and I either got a no they couldn’t get out or just never answered or responded back. I called CRP and spoke with Chris and let me tell you top notch customer service!! He came by 2 hrs after the call, quoted me and let me tell you I was scared because it was such short notice and he knew I needed it done asap but the price was much better then expected and the service was amazing. I definitely recommend CRP for any cleaning services in your kitchens. Thanks a lot CRP you saved my restaurant!! Will always be grateful to Chris and the team! I currently still use his service!!

I own a catering business it goes by the name of C&J catering services .and I needed a professional Hood cleaning service ASAP and I hired this cleaning crew that goes by the name of CRP pro kitchen hood cleaner and I tell you this is one of the best cleaning crew I’ve ever hired I’ve hired other ones before and had many issues with the other company but CRP pro kitchen hood Cleaners were the best at everything they did

Chris and Marlon came out and did a great job cleaning our kitchen exhaust hood system at the elks today. They also serviced our exhaust fan by replacing the belt! We will be using them in the future.

Incredibly upset, I reached out at the end of last week to have multiple locations priced. Days went by and I received an email from Christoper stating Friday would work for him, I originally felt that was a bit later than I would have liked to have waited but agreed anyway and after two additional days passing he confirmed. I will admit he asked for me to contact him through cell but my day was so hectic I was unable to reach out and seeing we had agreed on a time to meet I wasn't sure what more needed to be discussed before meeting.

I received an email this morning right as I was stepping out for lunch stating he was in route and would arrive at the scheduled time and he was a no show. I then receive an email from him one hour later than our scheduled appointment saying "If you want a quote. you need to reach out via phone. We will not send someone out that far without a reliable contact number". This is absolutely absurd, I will see to it this company is never an approved vendor in any establishment I manage or have connections with.

I AM FURIOUS, I wasted an entire week waiting on today to happen and I was not only left waiting, I received a vicious email telling me this is not how it works and I needed to call. WHAT A JOKE
