So I got four quotes. Best quote for what we were looking for. They delivered all supplies the day before, onto the roof. The crew came out early in the morning, covered everything in tarps, worked most of the day. Cleaned up at the end. The roof was completed, and satisfied all inspections. A. Lee Roofing recently installed a solar fan on my roof.
He was recommended to me by neighbors and an attic installation company.
Austin Lee checked my 2006 roof and said it was in good shape (honest).

He gave me a price on off ridge vents or a solar fan, and after he answered my questions, we went forward with the solar fan. He gave me a great price.

I had some concerns, and Austin was very kind, patient, reassuring throughout the process.
He really understood I have had companies try to overcharge me, not do jobs as promised and do shoddy work, so I was apprehensive.

Day of installation he stayed with his two installers, on the roof, and took photos of the installation steps for me, without me asking.
He was able to use my extra shingles, and you can’t see the patch at all.

When I noticed a small leak developing on my ceiling I called three roofing companies. While I don’t have anything bad to say about the other two, Austin and his company stood out. He explained the entire process throughly before beginning any work and the job went as good and smooth as promised. Austin’s crew came out and knocked out my re-roof in two days.
