Worked with Jean and was to a point to finalize the plan and she abruptly stopped responding to us and would not return calls. Very disappointing, as early on we were very impressed and thought she would help meet our goals for a renovation. If Jean did not want to work with us or felt she could not meet a deadline, professional courtesy, honesty and a call to explain would have been appreciated.

We live in a house built in the 1920"s. Jean and her crew did a complete remodel of our one and only full bathroom. They were very attentive to our needs and went out of their way to accommodate us. Not only is our bathroom more functional but Jean was able to find us more storage room within the confines of a small bathroom. Her expertise and experience were
invaluable and her crew were exceptional craftsmen. The attention paid to even the smallest of details made the final outcome one of function and beauty. We would never hesitate to recommend Jean and her company.

Jean not only helped design our kitchen that we love so much . She would always show up to make sure that everything was going together just the way it was designed! There craftsmanship is excellent

J Kruzan Construction has done outstanding work for me. They totally remodeled my 100+ year old farm home, and it turned out great. Attention was given to preserving the old farmhouse style while giving the home a total update. Since the remodel 4 years ago, the home was recently struck by lightning, and J Kruzan Construction restored the home to normal. Attention is given to every detail and complete satisfaction and perfection can be expected of them.

Jean is a gem to work with. She is patient and listened to what I wanted to accomplish in my laundry room. She came to the house three times (once with Steve, the cabinet man) to take measurements and to tweak our plans. Steve is a wonder. We are so pleased with his work. He is a perfectionist. When Jean called to schedule one of the workers, that worker showed up on time as promised. We are already planning our next project with her. If Jean is not available, Debbie in the office is very accommodating.

It was amazing to work with J Kruzan! A kitchen that needed work came out looking incredible. The team presented 4 different ideas - all were great, but one is all we could choose. Jean was with us every step of the way when we remodeled our kitchen and added a sunroom. She did a great job listening and creating a design that fit our needs. Her workers are very skilled. They did an amazing job. True perfectionists. We would highly recommend Jean to anyone who is thinking about building or planning to remodel their home.

From beginning to end, my basement finishing project was smooth sailing. Jean and I met, discussed and planned what I wanted. Where I wasn’t sure of which way to go on a feature, she helped me look at pros and cons so I could make an educated decision. Her crew is talented, professional, timely, and considerate! When we first started the process of remodeling our house, we truly didn’t have a set plan. Jean spent many hours getting to know us before we even signed a contract with her. Jean did a very thorough, honest , high quality job renovating a lower level for me. She was particularly good at suggesting creative ideas I used that made it turn out especially well. The workman were clean and efficient. Some minor hassling as you'd expect on details, but the pricing and finish were all excellent and I was very pleased.

Jean Kruzan remodeled my kitchen. She listens to what you want, like room on your countertop for a tall Vitamix blender to fit under the cabinets, and has good resources for cabinets and other materials, and excellent staff. Her projects are finished on time and at contract cost--no surprises. Not only would I recommend Jean, but I was so happy with her work I had her remodel my bathroom. My only regret I didn't have her do both bathrooms. I have confidence in Jean's work and she is a pleasure to do business with. Also, Jean is the best at communicating with insurance companies if they need to approve work and costs due to an insurance claim.

​Decent on construction work, horrible on customer service! We contracted with J Kruzan to fix some rotting boards in our house soffit. Upon completion of the job, and after we paid for the work, we were simply forgotten. We paid for a gallon of exterior stain for the wood to fix the soffit. We were promised the remainder of the stain to be dropped off at our home. 11 months after job completion, still have not seen our gallon of stain. ​In contacting Jean Kruzan, we get no response via email or phone. The one time I reached her by phone, she promised she'd have the stain to us very shortly, but was busy with bigger jobs she was currently doing. So much for the customer service. I would not contract J Kruzan again for any size job, large or small. The talk and promises are big, but the customer service is non-existent.
