When we started losing shingles we knew it was time to replace the roof. We got several estimates and in the end decided on DeShazo roofing. They weren’t the cheapest but they weren’t much higher than the other guys. They used quality materials and had excellent customer service. Jamie was the guy who took care of us and he was pleasant, proactive, and communicative. The work was done as expected and on time and the yard was spotless when they were done. I would recommend DeShazo any time! And no they didn’t pay me to write this.

I have known Joe since 1973 when we were both young contractors. Deshazo Roofing has NEVER disappointed me. If you are looking for a roofer with attention to detail, knowledge and professionalism you cannot beat them. They have been my roofer of choice for both residential and commercial work. Integrity and quality are their hallmarks.

I requested and received estimates from 10 different roofing companies before deciding to go with DeShazo for a whole roof replacement on my 20+ year old home. Jamie stood out as the most responsive and professional.

He was almost too responsive, actually! He was the first to show up to estimate the job, and the next day, i wanted to include something else. Before I said what it was, he had it on his mind to ask me. This told me that he thinks about and cares about each customer and their unique needs.

I took him up on his offer to "call with any questions " when I saw some other estimates coming back with quotes that included ventilation and his did not. He took time to explain that i already had adequate ventilation and even referred me to the impartial GAF (who certifies roofers) customer service so that i wasn't taking his word for it.

The job itself went smoothly as well. Good communication throughout, especially since we dealt with a weather-related delay. I couldn't be more pleased with the result and the entire process, including the thorough clean up.

Highly recommend! Save yourself the trouble of calling 10 other companies! (Their price was among the lowest, too!)

My husband and I are new to the area, and first time homeowners. We started our contractor research from scratch. As soon as we started speaking with Sean, he made us feel cared for and heard. He answered our many, many questions during working hours and even after! He was quick to respond and gave us incredibly sound advice.

Sean helped us analyze and compare estimates from OTHER roofing companies with his honest opinion. He made it his mission to be our "go to roof guy" and he succeeded! In the end, when we were deciding which company to go with, we chose J King because of the phenomenal customer service and compassion for new homeowners even when other companies quoted the job for less.

We could not be happier with the work that J King did for our home. The fact that we were not charged for two weeks after the job to make sure all held up through torrential downpours, was the added cherry on top of a great experience. When we thought we spotted a leak, Sean was over within the day to inspect and make sure that the roof was doing it's job...which it was!

I will make sure to recommend J King DeShazo Roofing to our friends who are also new homeowners trying to find a trustworthy and professional roofing company.
