I am incredibly impressed with this company. After getting many many quotes for gutters, Lance came out and helped color match, talked through where the downspouts should be, and gave me a great price estimate. When the team came out, they were very fast and efficient. I said hello and they started working and were done before I had time to wonder how it was going.

It looks great. Super impressed with the whole start to finish process, it was the least complicated thing I have done to my house so far. Highly Highly recommend!

J & J Gutters is like your very kind brother is doing the work and unbeatable price! Going the extra miles as well. Hurricane damage on gutter and calling estimate from famous hardware starts with $750, then other known ones either still expensive or no marketing skills. I am so glad waiting since hurricane Milton in October till February to get in contact with J & J Gutters to get 100 % client satisfaction!

Great service and the crew that came out did a fantastic job. I had 140 linear ft of gutter installed. Both sides of my home had seamless uninterrupted 70 linear ft of gutter installed. I also had the fascia wrapped in aluminum and the soffit covered with vinyl. It looks like a new house. The price was reasonable and competitive. I would highly recommend J&J gutters. I will definitely use them again in the future.

We had an appointment set up with Lance to give an estimate for new installation of gutters and soffit for our home. Needless to say he was a NO SHOW and not even a phone call to cancel his scheduled visit. I called and left a voicemail for an explanation but never received any response. I even took off of work early to make this appointment.
If their service is no better than this find another provider!!!!

I had the best experience with j & j gutters,from Lance coming out to write estimate for what I needed. When i finally decided to have it installed Joe was a big help in making my decision to have the gutters put on. When the day came to install the gutters Jake and his crew was the best answering any questions and concerns that I had, Jake was not only professional and good at what he does, they were extremely friendly, i would highly recommend them to anyone who are in need of new gutters.

Lance Krupa came on a Friday Nov 4th 10am to look at soffits damage said would get back to me on that Monday Nov 7 for estimate never heard from him since that was after Hurricane Ina Is that the way J&J Gutters do business Tryed to call his cell nothing Lance Krupa is J&J Sales Manager Plus all those stars in front a complete wrong. Revised After writing a View on J&J Gutter Sales & Manager Lance called me on 11/19/22 for new appointment on 11/21 about soffit repair from Hurricane Ian in the mean time we had TROPICA STORM Nicole had to see if any more damage was done from Nicole Make a long story short We made appointment for soffit work to be done second wk in Dec 12 to my surprise the Instater came on 12/8 and all work was done sale manage Lance Krupa was easy to work with He did have a hip cup as storm Nicole came along. Instater for J&J Gutter Jimmy did a great job on the soffit work Both Lance Sales manger and Jimmy were Great to work with

This is a top notch group they are prompt and friendly. Our gutters look fantastic, I would recommend them to my family and friends.

A fantastic job ,i had both sides and the back of my house all new gutters installed by J+J , a terrific job , did exactly how i wanted perfect match in color , very professional and very reasonable price , i couldn't be happier.

Lance and his team are fantastic they go above and beyond and do an excellent job my parents have used them and I will for sure be recommending them!

The gutters that J and J installed are top grade but the leaf guards stink even after I called to have them corrected. They came to the house and said the gutters were at the wrong height and after I told them I ordered the gutters and leaf guards at the same time and they were installed on the same day. So if the gutters are at the wrong height why did they why didn't they install them correctly?

I'll start this off by saying that J&J has done multiple jobs for me installing gutters around my home. The reason they are not getting one star is because they other jobs have held up and they were affordable. However this last install was to replace an existing gutter and swap the downspout to the opposite side. They never re-pitched the gutter for the downspout being on the opposite side just followed the grade of the existing gutter. I discovered this when I was cleaning out the gutter I noticed that I had standing water. I called them and explained this about a week later they sent someone out to look at it. I explained this expecting they would fix there own work. Instead I was told they would get back to me with an estimate... Never herd from them again.... So I would use them with caution because they didn't stand behind the work they did and now with heavy rain I have to either re-pitch the gutter myself or pay someone else to fix their work.

I have only had the best experiences with J & J Gutters over many years on two properties in DeLand. If we ever need new gutters, a repair, or cleaning, this is the only company we call. Lance makes things easy and takes the time to understand what we need. The crew is always professional and courteous, and their work is clean and precise. Great company and great people!

We used J&J Gutters shortly after moving to Palm Coast in April 2020 and we could not have been more pleased with their service and their products. Upon reaching out to them by phone and briefly explaining what we wanted, they immediately were able to book an appointment and came out to our property promptly and on time. Lance walked through our property and listened to our needs. He offered suggestions and expert advice. What was also impressive is their ability to be agile given we were in the middle of a pool construction project which added a layer of complexity and required willingness to work around other contractors. The quote was fair and cost effective considering we wanted larger 6” gutters and desired the leaders to be underground. When the work commenced, the installers were friendly and highly professional. They cleaned up after they were done and did an incredible job. We could not be more pleased with our entire experience from the 1st phone call to completion. We would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone who is seeking a reputable company that does it right the first time and works well with other simultaneous outdoor projects you have going on. A+++ workmanship and interactions all around!

I was ready to pull the trigger on a project when I tried to call. I could not get a hold of anyone and when I finally got through to a, Mr. Lance Krupa I was treated rudely, as if I was calling a personal number instead of an actual business. Needless to say I took my business to killians seamless gutters much nicer and ALLWAYS answers if they don’t pick up to get business they won’t pick up to guarantee their work. Food for thought

J and J Gutters did my gutters, soffit, flashing and several other projects! Their estimators, fabricators and installers are experienced professionals who did a great job. I had an especially challenging job sealing a gap between the house and an outdoor entertainment area and now it is bone dry even with our torrential summer rains. I use them for all of my gutter and soffit work. I highly recommend them. Great Job Guys! Thanks !!!

They came and looked the job over and emailed me a quote. The price was well below other quotes I had gotten, and their BBB rating and reviews were good, so I went with them. Great decision. The installation team showed up a few days later, before we had even scheduled the job with them, but they were enthusiastic and quick and had it done in 50 minutes. It is completely professional and built right on the spot with a truck that forms the gutters from a spool of metal. The work crew were younger guys, but very well trained and very quick and professional. They seemed genuinely happy with their job and were very proud of their work. I would use them again in a heart-beat. Thanks!
