J and M did our roof and gutters and did amazing work! They were easy to work with, knowledgeable and had a quick response time. We had damage to our roof and needed someone fast and they accommodated us.

J & M assessed my roof for replacement and found hail damage on the shingles , trim and screens. They contacted my insurance, met the adjuster at my house and took care of everything to be covered by insurance. Was a smooth process. They used quality materials and craftsmanship. Work was done timely, everything looks and works great! Cleaned up well behind themselves!

I experienced storm damage to the roof of one of my rental properties. J&M was recommended to me by a neighbor. They responded quickly with a very fair estimate.
Despite a weather related delay, the job was quickly and professionally done once started.
I was very pleased with th quality of the roofing materials and how quickly a small issue was resolved after the job was completed. I will definitely use them in the future for my roofing needs.

I was reading a comment a customer left saying the owner was racist well I'm good friends with him and his family he is not racist or no one in his family he's friends with all kind of races so who ever post this is probably hating

If you know the character of the owner of this business, you would NEVER use them he freely throws out racial slurs on Facebook daily useibg the N word often,also brags about beating people up on bars. Not at all the kind of person I’d want in or around my home!

Did exactly what he said he would do while looking out for us and our best interests. Refressing. Completely professional. Great integrity. I'd rate this company A+++ and would, and have, recommended to family, neighbors, and friends.

After several (long and painful) estimates from other companies, my wife and I spoke with J&M about replacing our roof. They were professional and cost efficient, and showed a sincere desire to ensure we had a roof that would not only provide lasting protection, but would also show other homes in our neighborhood the quality and craftsmanship that J and M could offer. Within a week, we had a brand new roof, and they even went above and beyond by addressing a couple of skylight issues we were having! Based on the cost, apparent quality, and overall interaction with J and M, we couldn't be happier and would be happy to recommend to anyone looking for a home improvement job, large or small.

I have been in the process of selling my house due to be being retired, and in order to sell my home I had to do a lot of renovating and repairs to sell it. J and M Contracting, LLC took the stress off of me and eased my fears of being a single retired lady working with contractors.

J and M Contracting, LLC replaced my entire roof due to the damages of a storm, and came in and beautifully renovated the entire house, i.e. new flooring, cabinets, painting of the entire home, installation of new carpets, installed brand new hard wood floors etc. They were very courteous, with exceptional customer service and meeting my needs and strict timelines to have the show room ready. So much so I wish I didn't have to sell it!

This company is just horrible. I should have known something was wrong when they requested a $8,000 deposit for a $ 10,000. job. It took over 5 months to replace a roof and ceiling damage. They kept using the rain as an excuse, but that got old after a month. Did not replace or repair ceiling damage only painted it. Did not even go in the attic where we later found insulation damage. Did a quick half job, and dropped a paint tray. Had to have carpet steamed and oriental carpet professionally cleaned. They tried to clean a doily and put a hole in it, couch only 6 months old so still can get yard of material to replace. A month later agreed ceiling looks bad and repainted it.
Damaged blacktop with dumpster even after they agreed to use boards under. I called several times stating, no boards were put under. They started roof anyway 4 months later, ruining screens and hedges throwing down shingles. Bent metal facings, findlay admitting it looks bad and replacing a 4 ft piece. J & M insisting we sign off to insurance company forms for last payment. I said NO WAY, I want reimbursement in carpet cleaning and material for new doily.
Ironically, material comes from UK and takes 3 to 4 weeks to receive so WHO WILL WAIT NOW.
Up date, J & M not happy with review, reminded me I initialed by small print Co. not responsible for several things like vents, satellite, solar panels and driveway damage.etc. I reminded them, I was clearly told, boards would be put under the dumpster before work began. My driveway is dented and
scratched down 8 feet.
Company's answer, that was VERBAL. In others words prove it.
Job totally paid for and complete 9 months later, still NO warranties or any paperwork.
THINK TWICE BEFORE YOU LET THIS COMPANY ON YOUR PROPERTY.
