This is why I decided to go with a local company to re-roof our home (J. Adams Roofing) a little after 5 years we developed a small leak in our master bathroom. I called and notified them of the leak and ( Owner) Joe Adams was out promptly to address the leak. He sent out Erik who was amazing, fixed leak from outside first and let me know I would be notified when someone could come out to do repairs inside. Note: All handled under warranty. Approximately 10 days later I was notified that Erik would be back out to do repairs inside. He went out of his way to match the paint and make my wife happy. If you are looking for Customer Service this is a GREAT Company. Keep up the great service!

Had a small leak after a recent rain. Called and someone came out to look at it. They decided it wasn't the roof, but the rotten trim around the window on the second floor. I assumed I'd have to hire someone else, but they sent out a very good carpenter who replaced all the trim. Couldn't even tell it had been replaced, other than no more rotten wood. We've had a few rainstorms since then and no leaks. Would definitely call them again if I needed them.

Ian Thomazin at J. Adams Roofing was very impressive. Out of 7 roofing companies in Saint Augustine I called he is the only one that showed up on time. 3 never showed up at all and the other 3 were late . Adams roofing was the Most competitive on price . Ian Thomazin was the most professional in his appearance and returned all phone calls and texts promptly. Kendra in the office was a pleasure to deal with. She helped with all the paperwork and scheduling. She told me when the new shingles and materials would show up including the work dumpster. They were on time and put exactly where I wanted them.
They both went beyond the call of duty by handing 2 special requests I had after I signed the contract and didn’t charge me more money. I plan on using them again on the next investment property I buy in Saint Augustine and not wasting my time calling anyone else and so should you.

We had a metal roof installed 2 years ago. The guys that did the installation were just amazing, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Yesterday, after 2 years, I had asked them if they had done a wind remediation when they installed the roof. They said they had and emailed me the certificate right away. My insurance company had asked for photos. When I asked Diana if they had the pictures, she said that they no longer had them but they sent someone out to take the photos needed by my insurance company the same day. These guys are just amazing and their customer service is second to none. I would highly recommend J Adams Roofing if you are considering a new roof.

J. Adams roofing just finished our new roof in the World Golf Village. What a fantastic experience from their initial visit to there professional installation. Their crew was organized and did a great job. They removed the old roof and carted the debris off as they worked. There was never a mess. They Installed the underlayment and new roof, including removal of our Satellite dish and replacement with precision. I would highly recommend J. Adams roofing for anyone not sure of who to pick.

Smooth from start to finish - even with Irma showing up in the middle of things! Was the only roofing company I spoke to who would take care of the metal roof, soffits & gutters - other companies only wanted to do the roof & refer me to other people to do the rest. J Adams roofing is an excellent company to interact with. I 1st used them in 2015to install a new roof on my rental property in St. Augustine. I needed roof repairs due to storms in 2016-17 that produced several places on the roof due to huge oak tree falling on top. Joe Adams was very professional and work was fine with proficiency. He handled all underlayment, matched the shingles and once completed the work was transformed to its original new roof quality. He is an asset to this area and region!

From beginning to end they were just excellent! Called the office the day after the hurricane and Dianna was there answering customer calls when most companies weren't even responding - she set a day for the estimate. Ian came out to estimate the damage and was prompt, courteous and professional - and my roof was fixed the next day!
