Alberto and the Italian Construction Company came out and gave me a very fair and competitive estimate to replace my roof and gutters with downspouts. After scheduling the project, the work team came and removed, replaced the roof and installed new gutters all in one day of service.
Very professional workmanship and they cleaned up after the completed the project.

Alberto and his team, from the beginning of an entire roof replacement project, to the end was superb! They were professional, honest and just did an amazing job. Various quotes were given for repair versus replacement. Alberto felt like family and did the job in a very honest way where he went up to the roof himself and snapped many pictures gave good explanations of the problems and potential problems without pressure. Some companies fly drones and can sway you with different technology because of presentation but at the end of the day, that did not matter
The job was done in a timely manner. The cleanup was exceptional as there were probably hundreds of nails from a 2500 square foot roof on top of an older roof knocked down. Even wood that was rotted was replaced without any additional cost or issue. I cat say enough about Alberto and his men and women and entire company!!

Alberto the owner of the Italian Construction Company and his crew replaced my old asphalt shingles roof also all the wood soffit, fascia board and wood trim with PVC boards in Needham. Alberto and his work crews are experienced, professional and did a very nice job. The work crew did a good job of protecting my house and the yard. They also did a very nice job cleaning the yard at the end of the day. Alberto was reliable, responsive and easy to work with. Alberto and his team just finished a reroofing project, including work on a brass roofed bay window. He is extremely professional yet with an easy going, easily approachable attitude. He initially inspected my roof and correctly identified the areas of water penetration. He gave me a few options to remedy the issue. No hard sales approach, just open, honest discussion. He was on site with his crew (many of whom have been with him over 10 years). The roof was completed in one day, and the bay window work was completed the following day. Alberto did my roof 12 years ago which came out great. I had another issue with another part of my roof. I remembered my late husband praising his work and always told me to save his contact "just in case". So, years later, I called him and he came out the next day. He remembered our house and my dad. Fortunately, it was just my chimney which needed to be repointed etc. I thought I needed something else repaired, but he assured me it was all good, except for my chimney. My son, lives out of state, and wanted to ask some questions, and he made sure my son's concerns were addressed.

We needed 2 small flat roofs redone. They were very responsible and did all of the work as soon as the weather allowed. After we paid the deposit the weather turned, and I was nervous that they wouldn't show up like so many other contractors, but they stayed in touch, found a good weather window, and get the job done well. Did everything they promised, cleaned up, were quiet and respectful. No problems since.

It is not often that I bother to write a review of a provider of services that comes to my house. Today I feel compelled to add my review for Alberto and his services. If you are lucky enough to have him come to give you an estimate, feel free to hire him. I don’t know what you’re going to ask him to do, but he is a great find. He was recommended to me from someone that was working at my home who told me he didn’t do gutter work, which was I needed done. I had been told that Alberto has done quite a bit of work on churches, and I have an English tudor home with a slate roof, and knew that those skills would be perfect for my home. I was in need of replacing some of my gutters because something had broken off. I had called many companies for an estimate, of which some sounded just fine, but they were not available at a time that worked for me. By the time Alberto finished giving me his estimate, which he was able to do that day on the spot, after reviewing with me the work that was needed, I was convinced that I didn’t want him to leave without taking a check of deposit. He was available to come the next week, and he did. It was an absolute pleasure working with him. Due to the amount of damage that was on a part of my home, not only did it need just the gutter, but some of the woodwork underneath ialso needed repair and replacement. That required part of my slate roof to have to be removed. Just a small part, but he just took care of that with perfection. My house now looks great. He even cleaned the slates for me at no extra charge. He cleaned my gutters and he repaired and replaced the damaged areas. He never added any more cost to the initial estimate without discussing with me any extra work that he uncovered. It was a fair price.
So yes, I can suggest that you hire him without hesitation. I know that if I have any other issues for the rest of my time in my home, I will only call him first.

This is my 2nd time using these guys. They were referred to me by a friend, I had them do my roof over a few years ago and I just had them come back to replace my skylights. The paint was bubbling on the inside of my living room, he said the wood around the skylights were starting to rot, they were over 30 years old. I couldn't believe the fast response, how quick he came to give an estimate then when I let him know I was ready he was here within a week and the job was done in 2 days. When they left. You wouldn't even know they were here, they cleaned up after themselves. Excellent, affordable and very reasonable. Highly recommended!
