ISP Roofing & Construction did an amazing job replacing my roof. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. Mollie was incredibly helpful and kept me informed every step of the way. The crew was efficient and cleaned up meticulously after the job was completed. I'm extremely satisfied with the quality of work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

One of the worst experiences ever. Whatever could go wrong did go wrong. Project manager has zero skills or experience in managing large projects. No one ever showed up to check work and multiple aspects of the project had to be completely torn out and redone…one three times! Subcontractors worked with zero supervision. There was never a change order to approve. Bills were incorrect. Final bill was paid and they came back two months later saying they’d made another mistake and wanted thousands more.steer clear of this company. They are complete buffoons.

This company is 100% the worst I've ever dealt with. They get their insurance money and put your file to the side. Took over 6 months to finish a horrible roofing job. Roof didn't pass county inspection. The office manager is rude and has no professionalism what so ever. She is worst person I've ever dealt with. Don't use this company it will be a nightmare. Please read their BBB RATING ITS HORRIBLE AND TRUE

ISP was amazing to work with. My insurance company gave me a hard time with coverage on the claim and Mollie went to bat for us in a big way to help move things along. In my experience not many service providers will spend that much time and energy to work with insurance when they are being difficult. At the end of the day everything was resolved and ISP got our roof done in a few days! The crew was great and left the property like they found it. Wouldn’t even have known they were there. From the first inspection to completion, the ISP team was there the whole way. Can’t recommend them enough.

ISP replaced/repaired my roof, gutters, siding, garage door and exterior paint as a result of an extreme weather event. Very professional and helpful in navigating the insurance claim. Tyler, Mike and Mollie were a joy to work with.

Mike and his team with ISP Roofing have been excellent to work with!! (In regards to the repairs of the rooms downstairs in my home that were damaged on January 2, 2024.) Esmeralda and Mollie have been amazing and always ready to answer my questions and concerns. They have gone above and beyond to get my home put back together. I highly recommend ISP Roofing and Construction!!

Working with this company was an EXCELLENT experience!! The roof they replaced is ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!! Done with knowledge and expertise!! HIGHLY recommend!!

Our homeowners insurance recommended ISP Roofing and Contractor for restoration after a pipe leaked water in the basement. Mike assessed the damage on a Monday. His crew started work Thursday and completed the work Friday! Amazing work ethic! They even put down flooring we had purchased for the closet. Friends visited same weekend and were very comfortable in the room. I can’t say enough good things about Angel and the rest of Mike’s workers. We are so very pleased with the final product.

My initial contact with ISP was with Tyler. He was a friendly guy who listened to my needs and made great suggestions. After the project began I realized he wasn't just a friendly guy but also quite professional. I was in and out of town while ISP worked on my project - knowing Tyler was in control of it completely eased any concerns. I wouldn't hesitate recommending ISP and Tyler to anyone.

We hired Matt to complete the repairs to our home after the hail loss. He was professional and knowledgeable! He walked us through each step/process and guided us throughout the entire repair. I am extremely happy with the customer service pertaining to a few issues that I had on my roof replacement. Mike came out to see what needed to be looked at and sent out his best crew (Anthony) to correct a few items. When you need work done make sure you ask for Anthony because he is the best one there is and is a very consensus and considerate worker that goes out of his way to make everything perfect. I highly recommend and trust him!!!

The job was complete in a very professional way and in two day time frame. The staff and worker knowledgeable and answered any questions that we had all through the job. They cleaned up after the job and everything was as if they had not been there. We would recommend them for a roofing job to anyone.

Needed a 6-foot post fence installed. Mark came out and gave an estimate and all the information to get the job done. Kept in touch via email on time, date, and who would do the installation. Anthony and his team were on point from start to finish. Anthony worked steadily to get the job done in record time. Thank you for an excellent experience.

Mike and his contractors did a great job on my roof replacement and drywall repair. Very easy to communicate with and quick service.

We are very happy with the job and service provided by ISP Roofing & Construction. MIke Galusha was knowledgeable, professional and very helpful working with our insurance company. We will probably be contacting them again in the spring for another building needing a new roof!

Mike and his contractors remodeled the entire exterior of our home and I wouldn’t have trusted anyone else to do it. This is our first home remodel so we were hesitant but Mike eased all of our nerves. We had the roof replaced, seamless gutters added, facia, downspouts, and siding-all redone. Mike has an eye for detail, is incredibly responsive, and patient. We found his suggestions and scheduling of the various crews to be extremely helpful alongside the flexibility he provided. Although the project cost increased (a very small amount due to hidden damages) throughout the process, he always provided valid reasoning for anything that needed to be addressed and answered all questions we had. We highly recommend Mike to anyone looking for a contractor that is genuine in their work and principles as we definitely plan on using him in the future for all projects.

Best professional contractor I dealt with... Price was fair and material was excellent... did not try to pressure sale... nothing hidden...
Crew was top notch...hard workers and clean up was totally complete..
Would use again and highly recommend you contact them, you will not regret it.... oh, insurance company had no issues with ISP either..
