Isaac Roof Construction came to our rescue after getting ghosted by multiple companies. They came out and gave me a nearly instant quote and could start the job the following week. WOW! Not only were they super easy to communicate, they were thoughtful, respectful, and very clean with when they were on the site. They made sure not to leave any trash or debris around the garage (They re-roofed the garage). They also suggested a larger downspout which will help keep the roof in good shape for longer. Speaking of, they offered a 7 year warranty on the work they did AND their estimate was competitive with the other estimates I had received. When they were up on the roof they noticed that some underlying plywood needed to be replaced so they took photos and text them to me asking if they could proceed. I like this kind of communication. I felt in the loop with everything as they worked. They were in and out in under 2 days and the work looks clean and well done. Jazmin in the office was very responsive and made payment easy online. Hector was also a great communicator. I feel like working with construction on your home communication is one of the most important things, and great work of course, and I can say they showed both to us. So we will be using them again!
