I am an Independent Interior Designer who was contracted to work on a new construction build of a 4 story modern/luxury home along side the I.S. Enterprises team. I have worked with many different construction teams, and I must say this team did a phenomenal job. They are very punctual, dedicated to their work and they run projects smoothly. Many of the materials were very delicate and not easily applied. This team made sure to properly prepare by doing research before executing installations. From the initial phase of construction to the final finish details, the project manager , general contractor and each tradesmen were professional, patient, and efficient in their approach. My favorite part .. they cleaned almost everyday to prepare the construction work for the next day! Its the small things... The Investment in this team will truly pay off and I cannot wait work with them in the future!

We had a great experience with IS Enterprises! Eddie prioritizes his clients and quality of his work. He is extremely communicative and was very accommodating and flexible about the work based on our timeline and preferences. He and his team did a large project replacing all of the pipes in our house, many of the windows, and a few other items. Overall, a very positive experience and I would recommend IS Entrrprises to everyone.

Eddie and his team did an excellent job on my home. They installed two new high sitting toilets, hand rails inside and outside my shower/tub, and a stair lift with remote controls on both levels. My ceiling and wall had to be cut open to do the electrical work for the stair lift and there is no evidence that it was done. They also installed a new door, roof and siding on the shed attached to my house. I am so pleased with the work that Eddie and his team did. I highly recommend them.

IS construction did a wonderful job of my home, they painted both bedrooms, put ceiling fans in both room, installed a handrail coming out of my back door and repaired the steps. My roof had been a wreck for a very very long time.

My Mom had a gentlemen who had referred to her by a member of her church.

My Mom thought the gentleman had done a good job, but it would be 30 years later that we'd discover how bad a job this gentleman had done.

His terrible work 30 years ago created wholesale water damage on all the rooms on the second floor of my house.

Enter I S Enterprise who came in my home and did a massive rebuild of my long damaged roof.

It was a 3 day project and the crew came in and took care of serious business.

All the wood in the roof that suffered 30 years of water damaged was replaced. I'm being mild, my roof had to be completely gutted and rebuilt and I S Enterprises did a perfect job.

I have a house built in 1900 and had a skylight on the roof that I never really enjoyed. It was there, but you really could not look out and see the sky.

Now, with my new roof, I can see the night sky and get more sunlight in my house via the new skylight.

The I S Enterprises team is professional and knows how to do their job. I am a living example of how good a job I S Enterprises know how to do.

Now that I have a perfect new roof, I'm bringing I S Enterprises back to rebuild my damaged second floor and well as they rebuilt my roof.

We recently purchased a home built by Italo and his team at I S Enterprises. We feel so fortunate to have found and purchased such a wonderful home with such high quality construction! We contacted IS Enterprises to replace old metal handrails in our townhouse, and also rehang a door and do some lead paint mitigation in our baby's room. Planning this type of work in the middle of a pandemic is no easy feat. But Eddie and his team were easy to communicate with during the planning phases, and kept us updated frequently as to the timeline and status. Once on site, they were prompt, impeccably clean, and detail-oriented. They also facilitated last minute lead testing so that we could return home as soon as possible. We had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend IS Enterprises and Eddie's team.

Had a long road towards getting our porch built working with pre-existing DC zoning issues. Eddie stuck with us through the process and helped move things along through the shutdown and everything. When we finally got that cleared they delivered a great product. Eddie was there pretty much every day checking on the progress and making sure everything went to plan. Would recommend.

Eddie and his team recently completed a number of small projects on our row home on Capitol Hill. They did a great job repairing exterior brick mortar, window trim, an attic fan, and other miscellaneous repair work that was much needed (no more birds in the attic!). I would recommend IS enterprises and plan to use them to renovate our bathroom soon.

I.S. Enterprises was one of four contractors that bid on a large-scale overhaul renovation of my parents' old house. Out of the four contractors I.S. Enterprises' bid had actually come in the highest, and I was leaning towards another contractor who I didn't feel as good about, but whose price had come in lower. However, owner Eddie's transparency, great communication, and follow up set I.S. Enterprises' customer service apart from the other companies, and made me reconsider using them for the renovation. When Eddie followed up with me about his bid he didn't beat around the bush, or try to sell me a dream. He was direct, honest, and transparent in explaining that his prices matched the quality of materials he uses and the guaranteed quality of craftsmanship that went into his work. His honesty and confidence set us on a great path from the onset, and I was so pleased with the peace of mind I had throughout the entire process of the renovation.
As promised, I received an almost new-like renovated home done to professional quality with added little touches of things that I would have never thought about. I am very please that I went with my gut feeling, weighed the cost of quality over quantity, and went with I.S. Enterprises to handle my remodel. If you're on the fence about hiring a contractor, do yourself a favor and start with I.S. Enterprises.

My experience with IS enterprises was the best. My husband and I met with several contractor before making a decision for our home improvement. Mr. Eddie Migues was one of them. We talk with him about what we wanted he explained everything what would happen how much it would cost. The work begin his crew was excellent worker knowing what to do clean behind themselves cover thing up to protect my furniture. Wow it was amazing I got so much done to my house and very very pleased with everything. If you need work this is the company to call. Eddie is a caring person he care about what his customers want. He check behind his worker making sure everything was going well and if we were happy with the work even before thing were finished. That’s what I call care about your customer and not just about getting money. He was always available if we needed to ask questions or change things.

Eddie is a true professional, and provided excellent commutation and customer service. IS enterprises demolished our old shed, poured a new slab and foundation, and built a beautiful two car garage.

I S Enterprises just finished renovations on our house in DC and did a great job. There were lots of larger and smaller things that needed to be done throughout the house after our tenants left and we wanted to make sure that everything was up to standard before new people move in.

Italo and Eddie have always been responsive, clear, professional and friendly in their communications, which was especially great because we do not live in the area so had to manage everything long distance. It also helped that they are aware of rental legislation so know what needs to be done (and what not needs to be done) to qualify for a rental permit. During the renovations some additional defects came up that needed to be addressed and this work and costing was all discussed and agreed before they went ahead. All in all we are very satisfied with the quality of work of I S Enterprises and would be happy to refer them and work with them again.

Italo, Eddie, and the IS Enterprises team did a major kitchen and bedroom remodel for us last year. Though there were a few minor issues along the way, I expect that to be the case in any major home project, and overall, we were very happy with the communication and quality of work we received. We would happily work with them again.

Eddie and his team helped me with a very complex situation at my elderly father's home. After decades of deferred maintenance, my father finally let me manage some major repairs when he was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. Eddie advised me and managed multiple projects over the course of 6 months, from a hole in the roof to the drain pipes beneath the concrete basement floor, including electrical work, window replacement, painting, pipe replacement, bathroom upgrades and installing hard-wired fire/carbon monoxide detectors. He worked with me to do enough necessary to keep my dad safe in his home, while keeping in mind that this was not a remodel for the long term. He and his team were communicative with me and caring with my father who remained at home through 95% of the work being done. Eddie saved me from so many headaches and having to figure out what to do on my own, and gave me peace of mind that my father's home is a safe place for him to live as long as he wants to stay there.

I recently used IS Enterprises construction to remodel my outdated home. The team were very professional and patient through out the project. It turned out beautifully!!! I'm very happy with the end result. Getting compliments from my friends when they come to visit me. They did a terrific job of keeping me updated during the renovation. Enterprise went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with how things were progressing. I cannot say enough good things about these guys. They are exceptional!

They did a FANTASTIC job! I was in a hurry to fix repairs to my condo so I could get top dollar when sold. The estimate and timeframe for the job were provided quickly after the initial call. Though a little on the pricier side, the money was well spent simy for the peace of mind. I was contacted as new developments occurred and the results exceeded my expectations.
