I found couple water marks on my garage ceiling. iRoof and Restoration is close to my house and their review is 5 star all the way. I contacted Mike Dunn who happen to be close to my house. He offered me quick inspection for my ceiling even though I did not have an appointment. He went out of his way to make sure my roof does not have serious leaking issue. Mike inspected my roof and found no damage to cause water leak. However, he offered sealing my Static vents and Roof to Wall Intersections to make sure there is no gap for water to leak. He offered these work as customer service as well. Also, he promised to inspect my roof when next hail storm hits so that he can make sure there is roof damage being worsened and possible repair and replacement of roof. Throughout entire process, Mike provided details so that I can understand it. Also, although it was really windy day when this work was done, Mike did repair work to prevent further water leak. This is 1st class customer service.

I contacted iRoof and Restoration to inspect my home after a hail storm. They met with my insurance company got my roof, painting and other items approved to be replaced . IRoof explained all of the insurance paperwork to me and they kept me updated on timelines. IRoof and Restoration overall was very easy to deal with and extremely knowledgeable. My roofing materials were upgraded and they also gave me a very good deal on a lifetime warranty. I ended up getting hailed on again a year later and the company came out again and inspected the roof and found zero damages. It proved to me that they are transparent and also used quality materials the first time. A company that’s trustworthy and does what they say they’re going to do. I will use iroof again and i will always recommend them to anyone who needs a quality roofing company.

I called iRoof and Restoration after I discovered roof damage after a wind storm and asked them if they could come out to my house and meet with my insurance adjuster who was coming out the next day to assess the damage. They said they could and I asked if they could schedule it around 5pm as I wouldn't be home from work before then and they said sure. Mike came out the next day and assured me not to worry and met with my insurance adjuster and within a few days a crew came out and made some repairs and installed a new roof in one day. I was amazed how easy it was for me. Now if anyone asks me if I know a good roofer, I tell them to call iRoof and Restoration.

The team at iRoof was very professional and took care of our project promptly with good service. Would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for roofing and restoration services.

My roof replacement is complete; it looks great and appears to be done well. That said, I have had continual problems with iRoof. From the day they started work on my house it took over four weeks to complete a job they said would take one to two days. On one occasion when they did not show up for days we had a rain storm and found they had not covered the skylight holes. This created damage to our ceiling, insulation and may of the items in the room. When they left I had had large piles of debris and supplies (pickup trucks full) left of the side of my house for weeks. During the work I had to call and send emails daily to get parts ordered, and about crews not showing up. They have a referral program and I referred five different individuals that signed contracts with them and it took almost a year of fighting with them to get them to honor their referral agreement. The labor crew that did my roof did good work (when they showed up) but the company is very difficult to work with. I would not use them again.

One more thing, please note that two of the 5 star reviews are from Dunn. That is the owner.

The roof was installed professionally and has held up very well over the last few months. My husband and I had some concerns about a particular aspect of the process and iRoof and Restoration came through for us, completely correcting the issue and exceeding our expectations. Mike and his team are the best roofing company in Colorado. In the last hail storm my sisters house in Thornton got trashed. They responded immediately and tarped it at night to make sure no further damage would occur. They worked tirelessly on our families behalf and were able to get the insurance company to acknowledge that the gutters, Grill and deck had also been damaged. Iroof was on our side! It can be really intimidating when insurance says they wont cover something. Having a team of professionals to navigate us through the process was amazing.

We received hail damage and I-Roof came to help. This was our first experience with working with a contractor, insurance company, and work crews. I have to admit you have to be patient, but it is worth it at the end. Paulina had to work hard with my insurance company to agreee on the roof, gutters, paint, deck, and windows. It was a long process, but Paulina helped me through it. She answered all of my questions and knew what I expected and meet my needs. I am very pleased with the work we received on our home. The quality is amazing and it looks great. This process taught me a lot, but I am glad Paulina was there with me through it. My advice is to be patient, use I Roof, and you will be very happy with the results.

I was very impressed, Michael came to assess the damage to my roof with in an hour and installed emergency tarping so me roof would not leak. I did not charge me for the service and he immediately got my insurance claim filed. Michael made the insurance restoration process quick and easy. They completed my roof replacement in one day.
