Ironwood roofing was great! They came in and did a great job and were very efficient. They cleaned up very well and were very respectful of us as we were moving in and out of the house. We would definitely recommend them to all our friends and family.

Ironwood Roofing did a great job on our new roof. We have solar panels and so our install required coordination with a solar panel installer and the Ironwood office coordinated the whole thing. The staff was timely, professional, and most importantly no issues with our last rain storm. I have recommended Ironwood to others in my neighborhood and they, like me, were long overdue for new roofs. When they saw the Ironwood crew install and finished product, they went and hired Ironwood to put new roofs on their homes as well.

I have known Chris and his crew for the past eight years. They have done roof work on my house as well as many of my friends. They are dependable punctual fair in price and do a fantastic job. Chris is the best you will not be disappointed.

We received many bids to do our house and a rental house in Chandler. Chris Scheffe, the owner, came out and used a drone to take photos and point out particular problem areas. He was very professional and personable. There were many bids much higher. The other bidders said if they had to add sheeting because of rotted wood, there would be extra costs. Chris said his bid would include everything!!!!
The crews that came out arrived when expected and the 8 men on the roof were a well oiled machine!! They each had specific jobs on the roof and were true craftsmen!! They cleaned up each night like they hadn’t been there.
Jermin appeared to be a team leader and was excellent.
Supervisors Angel and Keston Shultz were very professional and very personable and willing to do whatever was needed to make you happy!!
The work was finished sooner than expected.

Justin and the team at Ironwood Roofing did a fantastic job. These are a few things to share.......
They were polite and prompt. They showed up to work early every morning and they even got the job done ahead of schedule. He originally told me it would take 5 days and they completed the job in 3 1/2 days.

He over communicated. He checked in very morning before starting work, several times during the day, and checked in at night before everyone left the job.

Ironwood was priced very reasonable as well. I received 3 bids and Ironwood had a better price by 30% and 20% versus the other 2 bids.

One of the biggest attributes for me was the cleanliness. Each morning they would lay down plastic all around the house. They covered up my entire backyard. Pool and spa included. Every night they would pick up the plastic and lay it back down again in the morning. This allowed us to enjoy our backyard in the evening. Every night before leaving 2-3 guys would walk the perimeter of the house with roller magnets picking up any nails. Then a couple of guys would walk thru again to assure all nails were picked up. Double coverage!

All in all Ironwood did what they said they would do. Professionalism, customer service, and execution gets them a 10/10 in my book.

Ironwood Roofing is a honest and reputable company. I recommend you ask to work with sales leader Matt, who is a super nice and honest guy. He tenaciously worked to get my roof damage covered by insurance, and in the end I was super impressed with the results. I couldn't have been more happy with how everything turned out. Matt and his team really know how treat a customer with kindness, respect, and skillful knowledge.

Ironwood was prompt to get out and do an estimate for our roof, but ultimately moved our project start date 2 times. I hate to give only 4 stars but the start date delays and poor communication forces me to. My husband texted, called, and emailed multiple times, on many different occasions and no one ever responded. We had to constantly reach out to ask if and when our project would start (we wanted to get it done before we moved in) . It was quite literally like pulling teeth to get anyone to respond to us. The roof itself seems to be done well, but the lack of communication and delays ruined the experience.

We needed some work done and these guys were super patient while answering our questions, helped us understand the whole process, and communicated throughout. Grateful for their team, the knowledge of their craft, and follow up.

Needed entire roof addressed, underlayment and wood replaced under tile, and flat surface patched and repainted. They were the best price of three quotes, professional and neat. Five year guarantee and yearly checkups for five years. Absolutely highly recommended.

We had a great experience with Ironwood Roofing. We knew we had some damaged areas around our roof/deck connection and had a few quotes all telling us to replace the whole roof. Angel with Ironwood came out and assessed the situation and recommended they do repairs instead. He said our roof had at least 5-10 years of life and was not necessary. The repairs were made within a few days and took them just a few hours. Very thankful we found Ironwood as it kept $THOUSANDS in our pocket. Looking forward to using them again when we actually need that new roof!

Chris and the team helped me a lot with questions about my roof. These guys were great and they were on time.

Keston and Parker were great…polite, friendly, well-spoken, and competent! They explained what they were going to do (apply some caulk in one place and perform an annual inspection of the roof), did it, and followed up with me afterwards when they finished. We hired them to redo our flat roof nearly 5 years ago and they did a great job. There were a couple small mistakes that a new crew-member made and Chris went out of his way to make things right AND to ensure we were completely satisfied. You learn most about people when things go sideways - and he handled the situation like a pro.
