Everything started with hail damage to my shingle roof. I filed an insurance claim and could have had a brand new shingle roof for just my deductible. However, I'd been wanting a metal roof for years so I decided to explore that option. A friend had installed a metal roof a few years ago, talked to several roofing companies, and finally decided on Iron Fortress. Per his recommendation, I contacted Iron Fortress first for an estimate. From the start Brandon was easy to deal with, responsive, one of the most affordable options and even used a heavier gauge metal than the other estimates I received. I’m the type of person to do a lot of research before making a decision and Brandon promptly answered and addressed all my questions along the way.

My project became extra complicated because I was going to add a large patio cover to the back of my house before the roofing install so that the metal roof could be installed seamlessly on the house and onto patio cover. Furthermore, I was also having the house re-sided. Brandon was able to give me an estimate for the roof on the main house as well as the patio cover based off the architectural plans. Once I had the structure built we were able to schedule the installation.

Brandon wasn’t able to get me on the schedule for almost a month and a half. However, he made sure to come out to install the underlayment to protect the patio cover in case it rained before the installation date. Unfortunately, we discovered that the sheathing the framers used when building my patio cover wouldn’t work for the metal roof. It was an incredibly discouraging find but Brandon installed an extra layer of sheathing for me at an incredibly affordable rate to remedy the issue.

The installation took a full week. The workers were always on time, efficient, knowledgeable, and promptly addressed any of my questions and concerns. They worked incredibly well together. I can’t speak highly enough of his team. My siding contractors were a nightmare to deal with but my experience with Iron Fortress is exactly what any homeowner would want from a contractor. I'm a perfectionist and can often find irksome issues with almost any construction project; however, I'm absolutely thrilled with my metal roof.

The roof was installed before the siding was completed. Shortly after the roof was completed, the siders discovered an issue with the house sheathing that ultimately also required a modification to the roof’s drip edge. I called Brandon to see if there’s anything he could do and he came out a couple days later to fix the issue. Again, he was excellent to deal with all around even after the job was completed.

If you’re interested in a metal roof… go for it! It’s pretty much the best roofing product out there. And if you’re looking for someone to install your metal roof, definitely give Brandon at Iron Fortress a call.

They worked for two days in 17 degree weather during a blizzard without complaints and stayed in a hotel in the white mountains for 5 days until the roofing project was completed. Who else does that? We now have the most unique and upscale roof in the entire neighborhood.

I wouldn't use any other roofing company after my experience with Brandon and the others at iron fortress metal roofing company.

Brandon and his team at Iron Fortress Metal Roofing were nothing short of spectacular. We had a very difficult roof, high pitched with multiple dormers, and we were quite particular about who we wanted to hire on this difficult project. They were by far the best priced (saving us $10,000), but not only that, they were using superior/ heavier gauge steel (24) versus other local companies quoting us 26 and 29 gauge steel, and excellent in every way. Every communication was concise, to the point, and answers to our many questions were handled promptly, with a level of detail which demonstrated their expertise. When the crew showed up from Phoenix to our site in Northern , AZ, they arrived at 7 am (must have had to leave at 4am) and worked until about 6 PM that first day. Everyday thereafter they displayed their strong work ethic, kept the worksite clean, got along very well together, and were very conscientious and perfectionists. They would redo an area if it didn't meet their high standards.

They did not skimp on time and/or quality and really aim to ensure complete customer satisfaction. We are delighted with our metal roof, which was such a huge investment, we knew we needed to make sure we did our homework with getting the right company on board. You will not go wrong with Iron Fortress. I must have received well over 50 photos of various other jobs they had completed, as I needed help picking the color of roof and Brandon was super patient and accommodating. The team works well together, they started and finished on time and within budget and quite frankly far exceeded our expectations. It is so refreshing in this day and age to have a company that is so honest, reliable, priced right and follows through on their promise. We couldn't be more pleased! You cannot go wrong with Iron Fortress Metal Roofing!
