I wish i can put 100 stars , big s/o to Rafael from insterstate roofing , he came to my house in the perfect moment, I was thinking about replacing my roofing for a different color because I paint my home in white and grey and the roof was brown lol , he knock the door and offer us a free inspection, he found some missing shingles and was able to get our insurance to pay for the new roof and I was able to get the color that I was looking for !!! He was so easy to work with and we loved he’s attitude! I recommend him to some of my friends already and I will continue doing that, I can’t thank you enough Rafael this was a great experience

Rick and his team were great to work with! We got a great roof and they took care of all the details. His crew cleaned up everything after tarping over our landscaping. Ricks communication every step of the way was super helpful, and it was seamless. There were a couple of weather delays, but we didn’t mind so the crew would be safe and roof would stay dry in the process. Top notch and quality!

We had our roof replaced a few weeks ago by Interstate Roofing. Our project manager was Rick Lewis. Rick helped us through the whole process including all the insurance questions and any concern we had !! The crew worked very hard and it turned out great !! We had a wonderful experiance. We are very satisfied with our new roof, it looks amazing !! Highly recommend this company and Rick Lewis!

Recently had my roof replaced by Interstate Roofing. It was a pleasure to work with Mauricio. They removed the old roof down to the wood and installed the new roof in a couple of days (House and Garage). The clean up was excellent and we are pleased with the result. Very professional. I noted that one of the turbine vents on the main house was wobbling slightly so I contacted Mauricio and the crew returned and replaced it with a new one - no more wobbling. I would give the an overall 5 star rating.

I got a great roof and it’s beautiful. Rafael Vecchi helped with paperwork, coordinating with the adjuster and workers, as well as staying in touch with the timing and what to expect. He made everything very pleasant. The roofers were fast, professional and cleaned up thoroughly. I would recommend them!

Interstate Roofing has been great! Alex is fantastic to work with!! He is very knowledgeable about the process. Nothing is stressful. Everything is calm and fully explained and not rushed for us. On their end, they are honest and friendly, they work hard and are timely. We had two unexpected bumps in the rode and Alex was immediately on top of it, always communicating to us so we knew there was nothing to worry about. He had us covered. It was as good an experience as you can hope for :)

After the big hailstorm at the end of May 2024 I used my insurance company's recommended contractors and warranty company to repair the damage. After the work was completed I started having problems that I never had in the 36 years I've owned the home. Tried to contact all 3 companies and they would not return my calls or come look at what I described to them. Then a friend put me in touch with a Jennifer Bell with Interstate. My problem was solved after only a few days. Jen was prompt and responsive to my concerns and used her worker network to fix the fault. Appreciate the concern from her and the peace of mind that I won't have the problem again. I will use this company the next time I need home repairs.

Mike Wissler was great to work with. He was always on time. He even showed up to make sure the Adjuster saw the damage he had seen. He was there through the discussions, inspections, install and follow up. And, the quality of work was amazing. Great to see this handled quicker than I expected. We're extremely happy with the result and will be recommending to anyone in need of a new roof.

We had an old roof that experienced some wind damage. Rick Lewis helped us through the process of navigating an insurance claim and ultimately getting our roof replaced. We were also able to add some upgrades out of pocket including new gutters that were all very reasonably priced. The roofing crew was quick and did great work. I would definitely recommend Interstate Roofing for your roofing needs.

I won't work with companies that are not respectful of a NO SOLICITING sign. If you're not respectful of a person's simple request to not be solicited at their door then why would I trust you with a huge project on my house? And saying that it's not soliciting because the insurance might pay for it is just plain stupid. Lastly, solicitors in West Jordan are supposed to have the badge showing they are going door to door legally. Your rep didn't have one.

Kendrik was amazing and very knowledgeable and was able to get my roof re-decked and upgraded my ventilation and got me a new gutter system through my insurance and was super helpful throughout the process and was super easy to work with

When my husband and I first started working with this company, we were not impressed one bit. The guy who came to our house and convinced us to get a new roof seemed great… until he wasn’t. Months went by, and no information was given. Later on, we found out that particular employee had been let go after they realized he had dropped the ball on multiple accounts. The owner of the company (Alex) came personally to our house and took over the entire process for us. He upgraded some things as an apology, and went above and beyond to get our roof done, and done well. While I would not recommend the first guy we worked with… he is no longer a part of the company. The owner himself is a great guy, and I highly recommend him and his company.

Pretty lousy overall experience!!! Completely wore me out! They tried passing off total garbage work repeatedly. Just one example: they didn’t have the right color rain gutter parts one time so they tried spray paint - which came off as soon as it rained. Then they tried telling me they had completed work and replaced the fascia when in fact they had not. I took pictures and showed them and finally they replaced part of the fascia and tried painting the rest. Seriously?!! Did you think I wouldn’t notice? Do you think I’m stupid? (They tried blaming it on their subcontractor. Note: when you are in business YOU ARE YOUR EMPLOYEES AND SUBCONTRACTORS!!! I didn’t hire your subcontractor I hired Interstate Roofing!) Eventually after going back and forth REPEATEDLY they got most of it fixed but one gutter corner on the back still leaks and I just got so worn down I’ll hire someone else to fix it in the spring. All told it took more than FIVE MONTHS to do a simple re-roof! I’d honestly tell anyone to go elsewhere! It was an BAD experience for me. Total cost was more than $29k. Insurance paid the $28k. I paid $1000 and five months of emotional drain. I think insurance got the “less costly” part of that deal.

We had a good experience with interstate roofing especially with our project manager Cayden Davis who helped get the insurance to pay for our new roof! He was in contact with us throughout the whole process and insured that we were completely satisfied. He was great to work with and we love our new roof!!

Cayden was fantastic!! He took charge and let us know next steps all along the way. Really easy to talk to and took care of us from day 1. His level of professionalism is unmatched. I liked how he followed up after the roof was completed to ensure our satisfaction. Besides waiting for our insurance company, he made the experience seamless and painless. Interstate Roofing did an excellent job start to finish! Removing two layers and a swamp cooler plus prep for new shingles done in ONE day, amazing. The communication through the entire process from quote to completion was consistent, spot on and appreciated. New shingles and bringing the roof up to code with ridge vents done the next day. Alex is awesome. He walk us though the entire process with videos of what to expect. They handled our existing solar panels with care. He was able to help replace and modernize our 23 year old roof which now looks amazing.

I recently had Interstate Roofing inspect my roof after a storm. They sent one of their professionals, Cliff, to do a free roof inspection. Cliff arrived promptly, was very professional and very knowledgeable. They determined my roof is in good shape for now, but there are some areas I need to keep an eye on with the strong sustained winds we have in Utah County. I highly recommend Interstate Roofing!
