I highly recommend Interstate Roofing. My insurance company challenged my hail claim, but Keith and his team got it approved. Their workmanship, clean up, and service was stellar. Keith is a professional to work with from specs, contract, installation, and service. He also contracted my new gutters.

Keith and Interstate replaced the roof on my mother's home in Frisco. I've known Keith for over 20 years, when we met in Bible Study. He's still going to that church, and he still sings in that choir. He's as good a man as I know. My mom's roof was hail damaged, and Keith and Interstate did the job and did it right. He took care of everything, and I'm happy to recommend him to anyone looking for a new roof or repair. You will be glad you chose Interstate!

Ben Laird, one of the superintendents of Interstate Roofing is awesome. Very responsive and helpful. I had some leaks in my garage roof and Ben was able to help diagnose the issue very fast. He was very honest and straightforward with me, which I appreciated. I would use Ben and Interstate again in the future.

Roofing SPRING 2019. Mart Melson at Interstate Roofing LLC did an excellent job replacing/repairing roof and related items. Worked with insurance company to get more claim funds for additional supplemental items. : Always timely and kept his word. Quality materials and workmanship. Completed the roofing shingles in one day. Obtained claims funds for all new gutters/matching paint, all new window screens, power wash and re-stain fence. Set up and competed all the work for these extra items. Spent a lot of time onsite when work being performed. Made sure property completely cleaned up. Highly recommend.

Keith did a very through job helping me through our roof claim after a hail storm in Carrollton. His non-imposing approach and demeanor made it easy to ensure we were aligned on expectations and requests. He assisted working with HOA and insurance to take it off my plate completely. Keith was punctual, responsive, reliable to see that everything was completed as agreed upon. He firmly exhibits strong customer service and I was grateful for it.

Working with Interstate was a good experience. They took care of replacing the entire roof for us and also the rain gutters. Keith was very good to follow up on the minor problems we had with the gutters and get those issues resolved. Would highly recommend Interstate Roofing.

The roof at the house we were remodeling was replaced in July. The personal touch by Keith Clowe was phenomenal. He made sure our tarp was secured on a skylight that had been broken after the insurance adjuster dislodged it and rain was coming that day. He talked us through the insurance process and explained each step. Then a couple of months later when a home inspector stated the chimney flashing required work, Keith had it fixed, provided a photo and document explaining the work to provide to them. I would definitely use Interstate Roofing for our new home...as long as Keith is around. :)

Interstate Roofing was a great company to work with! Keith is absolutely wonderful on his follow up and persistence to get the job done right! Our house had a ton of damage done to it from the McKinney hail storm in March of 2017 and he worked with lots of different vendors to make sure that we had all of it done to our satisfaction. He also handled all of the paperwork that went along with it from our insurance adjuster to the HOA which made it a seamless job for us! He made sure that we had everything taken care of down to the littlest of details and ALWAYS checked in with us to make sure we felt things were going well. He even made suggestions on things that weren't done prior to us owning our house and made sure they were taken care of under his watch. He is a great guy and runs a great business! He truly cares for his clients and works hard the entire time he is working on your house. We would recommend him to anyone who needs repairs done to your roof, house, fence or anything else. My roof was damaged during a past hail storm and I waited to replace it while watching all my neighbors have theirs replaced. Most companies only replaced one roof in the neighborhood while Interstate Roofing Company replaced half a dozen. I made the decision to call and my experience with them was extremely positive from the initial call with Keith Clowe through the final payment. The communication and customer service was fantastic. Keith even made a suggestion to change the color of my roof and my RE Agent was thrilled with recommendation and the final result. I would highly recommend them for your roofing needs.

Keith was great and provided additional assistance to handle my 'Non-Standard Insurance situation'.

Work itself went smoothly and Keith stopped by several times during the work, so at no point did I feel it was unsupervised. He checked the job after it was complete and promptly addressed a few minor issues. Clean up went well.

Highly recommend Keith and Interstate Roofing! From first meeting up to work completion, this has been the easiest contract work ever. Keith is a very genuine person. He's very responsive to calls and emails. The crew completed the majority of the work in 1 day. The second day was really quick to complete. I did not find a roofing nail anywhere when they were done! Two days later, the February downpour started. Not 1 leak or sign of water damage anywhere. I will definitely use Interstate Roofing again AND recommend Keith to anyone needing roof work.

We were referred to this great company by our pool remodeling company and could not have been happier with the result. Interstate coordinated all their work with the renovation of our entire backyard and new windows! The workers were efficient, careful and did great work, leaving the yard, shrubbery and the street/alley spotless! Interstate also referred us to a great gutter company. My wife and I recently had Interstate Roofing replace our roof and gutters. Keith Clowe runs a fantastic crew of guys. Always on time, polite by far the cleanest group of workers I've dealt with. I only found 1 nail after the job was completed. My neighbors used different companies and there was trash in my yard that I had to clean up, even left trash blowing down the street. Keith took care of everything after just a signature- insurance adjuster, HOA we didn't need to do anything.
