ICS did a great job on our roof project. Randall was easy to talk to and made walking through the job a breeze. He remained on site both days to ensure the job went smoothly and handled my moments of attitude like a true gentlemen. The project did run into some unforeseen additions but Randall and the crew was quick to address them and come to a solution. The crew was fast and knowledgeable. They left the site as they found it. These folks did a fantastic job replacing my roof! Before I even hired them, Brent spent a great deal of time with me, inspecting my roof, explaining the process and all materials involved. The crew was extremely hard-working and when they left, my yard looked better than it did before they began the job! Brent periodically checked on the progress throughout, then came back out after it was done to thoroughly inspect it. He saw a couple of shingles that didn't look perfect, so he had them replaced. I can't say enough about my experience with ICS, AND their price was lower than two other estimates I got!

Due to the recent storm, a few roof shingles came loose. Spoke with Ms Ceecee who scheduled for inspection and repairs. Mr Dago arrived early inspected the roof. Informed me that 2 shingles had come loose. He immediately replaced them. I definitely will recommend their roof services.

This company did an awesome job on my roof and got it done in about 5 hours, maybe even less. They also cleaned up around the outside of the house really well which I appreciated!!

I really hate to leave these kinds of reviews however I was driving down the interstate when the driver of this truck decided to open his door on the interstate and throw out his plastic container that was completely full of food and proceeded to drive off. Additionally, as I passed him, he was on his phone and had AirPods in his ear, not paying attention to driving. I’m not sure if he works for the company or is the owner of the company, but it was embarrassing to see this on the interstate.

Gave them 5 stars because I couldn't give them 6!! Absolutely phenomenal job on my project and great people to work with. Easy process of inspection and preview, excellent craftsmanship and they stand by their product and workmanship 100%. They were there when they said they would be, which is a big deal in today's market. Care of your property is of the utmost importance to them, and the cleanup effort make it look like they were never there. This company also gives back to the community is large ways while not bragging about it and broadcasting it. Great people doing it the right way with heart, expertise and hard work! Call them today!

This company, ICS, did our roof on the heels of a lot of other unrelated house renovation we had to do because of some burst pipe flooding. We discovered a small leak in our old roof coming from a pipe boot that cracked. After dealing with so many other various contractors, many of whom were less than satisfactory, along came Brenton Smith like a breath of fresh air. He applied a temporary caulk on the crack for free without even asking if we wanted it (of course we did, as rain was forecasted in the next day). As the sales manager, he was never pushy, explained their process in detail, gave an upfront price with no hidden fees, and was personally on site each day to help out his team and oversee the entire project. He returned the day after install and did a final debris check. To have one person take point on the project from start to finish, get upfront pricing, and end up with a high quality product with high quality installation was a salve that my wife and I didn't know we needed, after dealing with so many other contractor headaches. The integrity, the quality, the responsiveness, and speed of work all make this company well worth hiring.

I wish all companies were this good! I needed some roof work so I called ICS. Brent came out the next day to inspect. After agreeing to the work he stayed in contact with me every step of the way and did everything he said he was going to do. The guys came within days to do the work and the completed job looks and preforms amazing. Thanks. ICS for taking the stress out of a stressful situation. 5 stars.

International Construction Services (ICSRoofing) is a great company. I watched them build the roofing and shingles portion of the new homes in my neighborhood. They work very hard and seldom have issues with the roof after the new owner moved in. I had a leak coming down my ceiling fan. I called Mungo, no help. I called ICS and I got someone to look at the issue. It required an attic and roof inspection and they found the problem in 15 mins and fixed it in another 15 mins. Great service. The roofer, Angel, said "we treat your home like it was our home".

I recently had my roof repaired by International Construction Services due to storm damage and I'd recommend them to anyone. They are knowledgeable, professional, prompt and reliable. They did a great job!

First of all, they approached my home and solicited a service when I have a huge “No Soliciting” sign right by my google nest and doorbell. Then they proceeded to comment on the appearance of my property and upset our dog who has anxiety by knocking on the door and constantly taunting him. The final straw for me is when they OPENED my screen door and knocked on the main door. As a shift worker, please train your employees to be more respectful of posted signs on a residence!

Can't say enough about the great experience we had with this company. Brent came out within a day of contacting us. He did a temporary fix on the roof the day of the inspection. The shingles we wanted had to be ordered within a week the shingles were delivered and the next day the crew was on the roof stripping off the old shingles by 7am. The crew we had was great by 3:30pm the roof was on and the men were cleaning up the area. Did a great job on the cleanup. We were waving goodbye by 4:00pm. Brent was foreman on the job and stayed the entire time to supervise. Couldn't have met a more courteous and friendly person. Even sent a drone up to check the roof. This team was awesome! They provided a free roof inspection and assisted me with my insurance claim to have my roof replaced. They did a great job with the replacement and communication throughout the process. I will definitely be calling these guys again for the additional repair work I need done!

These men were so thorough with their work, I had to document it! They moved in union with one accord and a single mindedness that may harken one back to the soldiers of ancient times. They may look ordinary but they were gladiators and I salute them. These skilled craftsmen went above and beyond all my expectations and it would be quite daunting to find another company who could surpass their excellence.

Brent and Frank are outstanding gentlemen that are true to their word and are very professional and ensured the work was completed in a timely manner and their crew is awesome!

I would like to give a big shout out to International Construction Services and their sales manager Frank Pelletier! I was in dire need of a new roof, gutters, fascia board repair and siding installation/repair. Mr Pelletier came out, assessed the situation, provided a detailed and reasonable estimate for repairs and was instrumental in the completion of the large project in a very short time.

International Construction Service Inc. (ICS) did a full replacement of my roof. Frank and Brent are professional, courteous and very easy to work with. They was very friendly, knowledgeable and again very professional. They answered all my questions and concerns. Their crew was diligent, polite and professional. All materials and installation were exactly as detailed in the estimate and contract. The removal and clean up of the roof was amazing. I would definitely recommend ICS and would hire them again if I needed to.

Cannot give 4 or 5 stars due to unprofessional staff. Melissa B has been very rude since the beginning of communicating a roof leak and scheduling an appointment. With something that is out of my control and incompetent work on a brand new 8 month old home - you would not expect to be the third person in a neighborhood with a roof leak and a hole in your bedroom ceiling. Scheduled appointment for a tarp pull since I could not be home for a full examination/guidance. Technicians showed up 4 hours early for the appointment. If this was not a vendor through my warranty, I would not recommend them.

Fernando and his team at top notch! Professional from day #1. I had a brand new home with issues. He and his team were hired to remove the rood and install a brand new one (over 4,000 ft2 home). He made sure the job was done correctly, professionally, and on-time. He knew I had kids, and they went the extra mile to make sure I never had issues with nails on the ground. I never found 1 single nail or trash on the ground. I highly recommend!

Having worked with ICS in the past on another project, Milton and his team continued to exceed my expectations with the level of care and safety. They were very responsive, professional, and informative; especially during these unprecedented times.

As a homeowner, I had many concerns and questions about the process, but everyone was so patient with me. I'm more than satisfied with my roof repair and feel at ease knowing I can sleep well during the next rain/storm.

After purchasing my home, I had an inspection done where damage was visible from weather/storms. International Construction had done repairs from a previous hail storm in 2011. Both warranties for the shingles and the install had long expired. I contacted the shingle provider and they wouldn't even talk to me. I thought I would take a chance and reach out to the installer since they would be familiar with the previous repairs. They were very receptive to help from the beginning. They immediately sent someone to inspect the issues mentioned in the inspection report and said they would be happy to correct the items noted. Even though the warranty no longer existed, they wanted me to know they stood by their work. Both management and the guys who did the work were very professional and showed they really cared. I would recommend them for any roof replacement and/or repairs. I will definitely contact them in the future when it comes time to replace my roof or have any repairs done.

We enjoyed working with International Construction! The pricing was fair and the work was done very well and on time. We have textured walls and they were able to match and blend the paint and texture on the added walls seamlessly- you can’t tell that the walls haven’t always been there. The workers were courteous, clean, and respectful. They knew we have small children in the house and made a point to pick up their tools and supplies every evening before leaving and covered the floors and furniture with plastic to minimize mess. We will definitely use them for any future projects!

ICS was amazing. They were quick careful and clean. They offered the best warranties. They were willing to go the extra mile and assisted us with the insurance claim. Jay, the sales manager was a pleasure to work with he helped us with get our roof replaced, patched the damaged sheeting under the roof, and upgraded out ventilation. ICS... get six stars out of five. They were dependable and safe. The took goods care of our home and belongings. Miguel the safety manager and Fernando the Operations manger were on top of their game. The crew kept us informed of what they were doing and updated while they worked. Way to go ICS

After watching them come through my neighborhood (which has a no soliciting sign) and toss their post cards out the window into yards, I decided I would never use them for any services. Most of the post cards stayed in yards until the next day when a storm came through and washed them away. Thank you for the litter.

After the storm came through Sumter in 2011 they came through town like vultures looking for prey. After only 4 years, we had to call due to our homeowners insurance company was going to cancel our policy due to the poor quality of work. We asked to speak to someone in reference to the warranty of the roof. They kept saying they would call back when they can get to us. They never called and so we called back after 2 days. At this point, we were told that there is nothing they can do, they have no idea of when the owner will be in, the business manager, or anyone who can deal with this issue. As soon as I mentioned having to get an attorney, a miracle happened, Bobby their "quality control guy" was miraculously in the office. He then just repeated the same thing and then just hung up the phone. Issue was never resolved.

7168.85 was my roof cost...now a little over 2 years and its leaking in my home ruining the sheetrock and i call them on monday morning and thursday is the soonest they can look at it...have already had someone take a look and it where the job was not performed properly...only 12 month warranty on a 7k roof...find you a good local company and use them instead
