InterCoastal Inspections

As a Realtor in St Augustine for the past 8 years I have worked with many great home inspectors over the years....but Chris Barnard outshines them all! He always fulfills his promises and over delivers to all my clients. I appreciate his honesty and candor and his downhome friendliness and his willingness and patience to answer all my clients questions and concerns.. This past weekend there was a mixup in the scheduling of a home inspection but he came to the rescue and did an inspection for us on his Saturday off! That is just one demonstration of his willingness to go the extra mile for his clients!

The owner Chris was extremely knowledgeable and thorough. In a process that can be very stressful and place a lot of pressure on a first-time home buyer, he spent time walking my boyfriend and I through each of his concerns as if it were his own investment at stake.
