Excellent! After a terrible experience with a local countertop company, we reached out to Integrity Stonework. We were impressed, and Integrity Stonework has a fitting name. What a pleasure to work with a company that is fully stocked with authentic professionals. The entire process of selecting stone, working out a tricky custom bracket, and actual installation was transparent and high quality. There was one issue with installation that was solved and we are so happy with the outcome. Pricing was totally reasonable, and MUCH better than the competition. The integrity of the entire team, including personal conversations with the owners, was evident. We will only work with this company from here on out. They serve Bellingham, Skagit, and all of Washington. Do not hesitate, call them!

Everyone that we worked with from showroom to install was great. We even had a chance to visit the stoneware to see the slabs in person and know what we were getting. The fabricator even rejected a slab because it didn't meet their standards. Unfortunately we have already after 2 months chipped an edge. We contacted Integrity and we are scheduling a repair as I type this. Very happy.

Integrity Stonework made and installed new quartz counters in my kitchen. From the beginning they were wonderful to work with. The process worked out exactly as spelled out in the initial contact. Jenna helped me find samples that matched what I was looking for and I was able to bring several nice sized samples home to view in my lighting conditions. She was also happy to quote prices for several different materials. When I decided what I wanted she helped me find a remnant piece to do the top of a pony wall in a different color from the counters. Scheduling installation was simple and on exactly the schedule quoted at the beginning of the process. There was a mistake with one part of the counter and the Integrity team resolved it quickly and efficiently. All the installers were professional, scrupulous about safe COVID practices, and diligent in keeping my house clean. I have been living with my new counters for several months now so this review is overdue, but I can say I am still perfectly happy with my new counters and would recommend Integrity to anyone with no reservations.

They kept in contact with us throughout the process, and even made a (free) second trip out to install the backsplash because there was electrical in the way during the initial install.

We took home a few samples of what we thought we'd like at no success, props to Jenna, she recommended the one we went with. Mike & his help did a great job installing. while we were still in the looking stages of buying our home we stopped in to take a look. Jenna greeted us and she was great and informative and friendly. So once we got our house and knew we wanted to replace the counters we went right back to Jenna. Her communication was on point and answered all the many questions in the process. When Mike came out for the template he even helped with suggestions like a windowsill we never thought of and we loved the idea and he helped answer questions about getting a full height splash which we ending up doing and so glad we did. We had a good feeling about this place from the beginning. There was only 3 appointments first one was the template then about 2 weeks later was the install for counters only then the following week was the windowsill and backsplash. the team worked fast and efficient and were friendly. We highly recommend this place!

Their bid for our kitchen remodel was straight forward and had enough detail to make me feel comfortable that I was getting a fair price. Integrity Stonework was excellent to work with. We went with quartz counters from the Caesarstone manufacturer. Jenna & Mike guided us through the process and answered all questions we had in a timely fashion. They were responsive and provided sound advice. The install was quick, easy, and left no mess (I was expecting lots of construction dust, as seems to come with every project!). Mike did a wonderful job of blending the pattern at the seam on the L-shaped corner of the counters and you would hardly know that there's a seam at all! The counters look great and we're so excited about how our new kitchen has come together with the help of Integrity Stonework.

When we decided we wanted to get new countertops we started looking at the usual places via google. Downtown Seattle and Redmond. Just walking into the showrooms our experiences in those places were just okay. It wasn't until we found Integrity Stonework that we felt taken care of. You immediately walk in to their showroom and feel addressed and like a friend. Jenna answered all of our questions, was super helpful and ultimately helped us pick the right countertops for our home. She didn't try to sell me the most expensive ones because I glanced at it, but rather the ones that were in the middle of our budget and had the best durability. Once installation came Mike and his team were great! They removed the old countertops and installed the new ones in the same day. If you want a 1 stop shop for your countertops, this is the place to go! We cant recommend them enough.

The whole crew at Integrity is great. They really want your project to be realized, and will answer your countless questions and order any samples that you want. They are price competitive, and my thought is that any more you end up paying is worth it for honest-to-goodness genuine customer service.

Mike and Jenna were excellent in the whole process to purchase and install our counter tops. We had a small issue with the material and they were amazing in the follow up to resolve the issue. I would recommend them to anyone that asks and will use them again for our next project.

Awesome experience. I'm not usually one to write an online review, but my experience with Integrity Stonework has been phenomenal. They were on time and workmanship on point. However, their service is what really impressed me. We purchased a lovely faucet for our powder room. When it came time to drill the counter for this faucet, Mike suggested a different style of faucet which would better suit the geometry of the space. He could have just installed the faucet and been done with our project. But, instead he suggested a better solution which ultimately was a superior option. Despite this delaying project completion for him (he had to return later when the new faucet arrived)! What over and above service.

This review is long overdue, I should have sent this out long ago. I would highly recommend using Integrity Stonework (the name says everything), if you don't at least stop by and talk with them you will be missing out. I had spoken to multiple contractors on my kitchen countertops but when I stopped by the Integrity Stonework showroom I walked away feeling this is the type of contractor I was looking for. It took me 6 months to finally make my decision and Jenna was patient and helpful throughout the process always listening to my ideas and giving me suggestions. My final choice was actually one that Jenna suggested and we could not be happier with the final product.Mike is a true professional, he will come in when you have made your final decision with high end laser equipment that allows him to make precise measurements so the counters are a perfect fit.I do not have photos at this time but hope to add them to this review later because along with the new cabinets that were installed the kitchen is amazing. I will be using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking into replacing or adding new countertops.

I was redoing my kitchen on my own and on a verryy tight budget. The only part I knew I couldn’t do by myself was the templating and installing of the counters. I poured over reviews and ratings and eventually found Integrity. We visited the show room and the husband-wife team who own this business are great. We were quickly sold and knew we were going to get quality product and work for a fair price. They were super patient with me - both with my questions and with the few small changes I ended up making. The team who handles the install was awesome - nice, really professional and fast. I will never use another company for counters. Integrity really is the best.

We had another contractor scheduled to do our kitchen counter tops, and they kept delaying the install. We had family scheduled to come over and the previous contractor delayed past our family visit.

We spoke with Integrity Stonework and they were fantastic! Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and most important, very efficient! They were able to measure, cut, and install before our other contractor was even able to start cutting!

The work they did was top notch and it was completed in time for our family visit. We highly recommend Integrity Stonework.

I had a great experience with Integrity Stonework! This was my first ever kitchen remodel, and I didn't even know where to start. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and had no issue getting me up to speed. The price was fair, the work was solid, and we're still loving our new countertops.

Integrity Stoneworks just completed my quartz kitchen counter tops and island. From start to finish it took 14 days. My husband being a contractor himself and I being pretty picky could not be happier with the customer service we received, the product quality, installation and cost. We said it once (reviewed them about a year ago when they did a major install for us) and we will say it again: these are the people you want – do not bother looking or contacting anyone else!

We recently called them again for a small job for our guest bathroom that we were renovating, and they again exceeded our expectations, delivering a beautifully cut piece on time. This was probably not really worth their while to do as it was so small of a job, but no ifs, ands or buts, they came through for us again with flying colors.

In the summer of 2018 we embarked on our kitchen renovation. After visiting the Pental showroom we decided on their Calacatta quartz for our new kitchen countertops and island. The problem was that Pental does not sell directly to consumers - we had to find a stonework contractor who would purchase the slabs and fabricate the countertops for us.

There were several local stonework companies listed on internet. We picked Integrity Stonework because they had excellent reviews on Yelp and we liked what we saw on their website. Especially their promise to give the client an “Exceptional EnCounter”. We are so glad we chose them!

Mike and Jenna Cooper, the owners of Integrity Stonework, made the entire process a breeze and took all the worries out of our hands. It took just one meeting for us to determine Mike and Jenna’s professionalism, knowledge and commitment to excellence. They were very accommodating of our tight schedule, promised to do the measuring on a specific day and a quick turn-around to accommodate the rest of the renovation. And boy did they deliver an outstanding product!

We love, love, love our new countertops! Mike chose the best part of one slab, the one with the most veins, for our island. The second slab went for the L-shaped countertop, which came in one piece. There is a third piece on the other side of the range and that’s it. No extra cuts, no diagonal cuts, just one beautiful surface. Mike’s design makes the veins of the Callcatta quartz flow in one direction. The effect is stunning, it looks like a river!

We spoke with the two installers who came to do the final part. They deem Mike and Jenna Cooper to be the best employers they have ever worked for; fair and generous. Both of them have been with the company for number of years and this speaks volumes in itself. The installers made the tricky part of fitting the countertops seem easy despite the final adjustments that they had to make. They did not rush the job and left us with a great sense of accomplishment.

We have already recommended them to our family and friends. So if you are looking for a countertop contractor please choose INTEGRITY STONEWORK. Do not even bother looking at anybody else. You will not be disappointed! Their Lynwood showroom is beautiful and offers a big selection of materials: granite, marble, quartz etc. in many colors and textures. Jenna rules in the showroom! She will be there for you with advice or suggestions if you need them. She is very knowledgeable of the process and genuinely cares about each and every customer. Lastly, what was also very important to us, the price we paid for their craftsmanship was very reasonable.

For us, working with Integrity Stonework was a truly unique ‘EnCounter’.

I love my countertops!!

I had my kitchen countertops redone by them. I found them to be prompt and efficient (finished on time and in one day).

Just got our new kitchen counter top done by them. Excellent work! My experience with them was very smooth and professional and felt treated with respect from the first day at the store to the end. The 2" hole in the desk wasn't fabricated correctly and I realized it only after I got a 2" desk grommet which didn't fit into the hole. Mike(the owner) responded quickly and well to my request to re-fabricate it. So no issue there in their service, just be aware that they only can come to fix a problem(s) with no charge once after installation and $125 charge from 2nd trip. Jenna, Ruth and their installer were all helpful and attentive as well. Thank you, Mike and his team. I highly recommend Integrity Stonework to all.

Integrity Stonework ROCKS!

We updated the countertops in our kitchen, two bathroom, a bar, and a linen closet that included taking out the old granite, laminate countertops, and sinks.The difference in help choosing our new countertops, information about quartz vs granite, the prompt responses to phone calls and emails, and most especially the workmanship is light years between Home Depot and Integrity Stoneworks. Jenna, Mike and their crew are totally professional, impeccable in their work, well-priced, and just a joy to work with. They were able to remove all the old countertops and sinks and install the new ones in one day. Our new countertops are GORGEOUS!! When cutting the stone, they even matched the pattern on the countertops with the backsplash!! When we get ready to replace the countertop and sinks in our master bath, our first call will be to Integrity Stoneworks -- they live up to their name -- Integrity!!

Mike was responsive, service was good, the counter quality was good, and it was an overall good experience having Integrity do my kitchen (quartz) countertop. I definitely recommend Integrity Stonework if you need to get a countertop.

No issues with their service and our counters look great. The whole process was smooth and took less than a month.

The laser measurement and digital photo layout were really nice so we could see exactly what the counters would look like before they were cut without having to go see cardboard templates taped to the slab or something like that. The one seam we had is barely visible behind the sink and the install team was able to compensate for one poorly leveled cabinet very well. The install team also made sure our freestanding stove was brought up to the correct level with the counters and that everything was clean afterwards.

We had the best experience with Integrity Stonework. Mike the owner was extremely professional, knowledgeable, prompt and affordable. Our counters look amazing and I just cannot say enough good things about this company! I highly recommend Integrity Stonework!!
