I recently had my roof replaced, and I cannot recommend Integrity Solutions enough . From start to finish, the experience was exceptional. Bill, was the opposite of a pushy salesman—his approach was professional, transparent, and genuinely focused on our needs, unlike the high-pressure tactics we experienced with another quote.
The team’s care and responsiveness were outstanding. They kept us in the loop through phone calls, emails, and texts, always addressing our questions promptly and with sincerity. Since we were on vacation during the tear-off and replacement, their frequent updates were a game-changer. They sent photos and texts throughout the day, keeping us informed on the progress and ensuring everything was on track.
The quality of the work was top-notch, and their attention to detail gave us complete peace of mind, even from afar. If you’re looking for a roofing company that combines excellent craftsmanship with genuine customer care, look no further. This team deserves every bit of these five stars!

Bill was easy to work with, made the proposal process as simple as possible and was very competitive in pricing. The crew he sent out was very efficient, friendly and completed quality work. Even though there was a bit of a language barrier, the crew worked with me to install a kitchen vent (thanks Google Translate! ) I would highly recommend Bill’s company. Will revisit this review after 6 months to report back on performance of the roof however I’m confident on the work completed :)

Bill was easy to work with. Came out to look at my roof and gave me a quote promptly as well as sent me shingle colors to choose from. His crew was on time and finished the work all in one day. I don’t recommend people if I don’t trust their work and I’ve gladly passed his info on.

I have worked with Bill for a few years now and hands down i wouldn't trade working with him fir the world. He is very caring for his customers, works with insurance adjusters to get you approved from your home owners insurance, let's you know straight out if someone else is trying to rip you off and is all around A very good person. Always remember to get three estimates and make intergity solutions one

Bill was fantastic from start to finish. Bill did a estimate and stated we had wind and hail damage and he could file a claim with the insurance. The insurance sent a claims adjuster, which Bill met with at our home. The claim was accepted. Once the check was received, Bill sent a crew, that was so professional. They did a fantastic job putting the roof on and cleaning up every last debris. I highly recommend Integrity Solutions for your roofing needs.

Our town was hit with severe hail damage. Bill was so easy to work with and listened to my requests as the customer. He was patient as we waited on insurance and kept his schedule flexible to meet our needs. His crew did an amazing job, both my husband and I were impressed at how quick and efficient they were! I hope to not ever need another roof but I would highly recommend Integrity Solutions!

We had our house roof and our large shed roof done as well as gutters, siding, and window and door trim all done by Integrity Solutions, LLC. Bill was very good working with the insurance company and pleasant and professional with us. There were a few minor delays due to weather and backordered materials, however, in the end we are very pleased with all the work done. His crews were polite and tidy. We are happy to recommend Integrity Solutions.

We came home from out of town to find We had a branch fall and put a hole in our roof. We called integrity solutions, and they were out the same day. Bill contacted our insurance company and had our roof redone, our whole living room gutted down to the studs and everything including furniture, carpeting and drywall were replaced. They did a really good job. The whole process was pretty stress-free. I highly recommend them.
