I have a 71 year old home. I hired Integrity Roofing for a whole new roof with decking and also taking down our old brick chimney below the roof line. They did a great job. Greg was great with communicating with me and climbing up through the attic to see all that needed to be done. Johnny was also excellent and went an extra mile to do some more things to help us out. The crew was excellent , well behaved and cleaned up the work site very well. Great job to all you guys !

Asked Dillion to come take a look at our 7yr old roof. Dillion is always Professional, Courteous, Punctual and a Pleasure to deal with. Took the time to fix a couple shingles that the wind had raised a little and did a thorough inspection. When it comes time to get any roof work done will definitely contact Dillion to get it fone!

I had one company come out and do a quote but I decided to get a second one just in case. The quotes definitely differed. However, what made the difference for me is Dillon and the gentleman that was with him were punctual, extremely professional, and knowledgeable. They also didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and made sure to let me know what areas I did need to fix eventually in comparison to what was purely cosmetic. They also were open to answering any questions I had. I plan to use them moving forward due to their professionalism, honesty, and knowledge. Highly recommend.

I can not speak highly enough of these guy they were all super professional helped with every step of the process, the crew were fast and efficient and cleaned up like they were never here. If you are on the fence with who to use go with integrity you won't be sorry.

Crew showed up at a random time with no real prior notification, communication was a bit rough as I had to constantly reach out to get times and dates, which were then pushed back due to weather. however as stated earlier, I only knew the rough week the project was suppose to be done, no prior communication from Integrity giving an exact date.

that being said, everything was done in the time they estimated and the final product looked great.

I was in need of a new roof and gutters. I called Integrity Roofing out of Clarksville, TN and I knew from the first phone call I had picked the right company. I was put on contact with Greg who helped me along the way with everything from the quote to the end of the job. When the team arrived they were efficient and did a quality job on the roof. Reached out to this company after discovering some water leaking in from a pipe boot, and some shingles that looked damaged from recent storms. Spoke with Greg who came out and did the inspection and gave a reasonable estimate. They were able to find matching shingles and we scheduled for the work to be done. Johnny and team came out an knocked it out of the park you can't even tell there was a section of the roof repaired with the exception of having much nicer pipe boots. They were super professional and personable, our two rescue pitties really enjoyed the treat and attention they received as well.

We are blown away by the work from the entire team at Integrity for our total roof replacement. Working with Dillon to help us navigate and advocate for ourselves with our insurance company was a game changer. Today the team came out and did our full roof install. The pre work they did to help protect our property, helping give me a safe space to take the dogs out during the install, and the clean up procedures were all top notch. Johnny and Tyler had great communication throughout the install and answered all questions we had, and the special touches Johnny did for us made my day!

I would like to share my experience with this company: Several months ago, the area I live in was hit with a windstorm and the only damage to my home was one (1) shingle was blown off. In my area they're building several homes and apartments. I've often stopped and asked how much they would charge me to replace the one shingle. I was told each time anywhere from $125 to $150, even though I have extra shingles in my garage. I refuse to pay this much money for approximately 5 minute's work. I then ask if they'll be willing to let me use their ladder at a dollar per minute (since I live in a two-story home) and I'll replace it myself. They agreed, but never showed up. Finally, after looking on Google, I ran across this company. I called and explained to the lady on the phone, what I was needing. She made me an appointment and said she would send someone out the next day. The next day a gentleman from the company name Greg, showed up on time. I showed him the area of the missing shingle, and he informed me that a repair job starts at $750. I explained to him that the lady I talked to on the phone did not tell me that. However, I thanked him for coming out and said I could not pay that. He then told me he has some work in this area the next day, and he'll stop by, which he did. He replaced the missing shingle for me for free and refused to take a tip for the work. I can assure you that when the time comes again to replace my roof, I'm calling this company and this company only.

I won a cooler from this company at the Best of Clarksville event. They had one of the most fun, themed, immersive games and Tyler and Dillon were super friendly and nice. If I ever need roofing or repairs, they will definitely be my first call.

Our 20 year old roof needed replacing. Greg Millwee came and did the estimate. Johnny and Diego were on scene during my 1 1/2 day roof replacement. Greg answered all questions, even after the initial consultation. All went according to plan. Workers were on time, careful, and industrious. They cleaned up after each day. Our job included installation of 4 new wind turbines to adequately ventilate the roof, as well as 4 pieces of wood underlayment below the asphalt shingles that were showing signs of previous leakage. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company for your roofing needs.

When I looked for a company to provide work repairing some storm damage, I looked into Integrty and liked what I saw. The process was smooth, and low pressure. Dillon was helpful in providing the estimate and kept me informed throughout the process. The work was performed professionally and correctly, fixing some issues that were not done properly when the home was built. I will use Integrity when it comes time to replace the rest of the roof.

Experience was great, Tyler and Dillon showed. They were professional and personable. They went to work site right away and gave me their recommendation. In the process of selling out home and the house inspector spotted a “mistake” with our gutter system. The workers from Integrity mentioned it wasn’t actually needed and a fix was not necessary. I mentioned concern about the contract and needing to get it fixed. They fixed it on the spot and since it was very quick they would just do it for free. Would highly recommend, would hire again.
