Integrity Roofing Claim Services

Integrity Roofing was referred to us and was an excellent choice. Marcos came to our house, gave us an estimate and replaced our roof all in one week. The workmanship was outstanding and extremely professional. We would highly recommend them if in need of roof repair.

From start to finish, Marcos made the process easy to understand and was timely in responses. He walked me through the insurance process and picking materials and provided breakdowns of the materials he'd use. He told me when to expect the crew the night before and showed up throughout the day to supervise and inspect his crews progress throughout the day. The crew was also great, being able to manage their own time as well as a few odd requests I had. At the end of the day they cleaned up after themselves and ran a magnet several times to double and triple check nothing was left. After the job, Marcos maintained contact and timely responses to see the job through to completion and came back several times to sweep with a magnet again. I've heard horror stories of other roofers, but Integrity Roofing put me at ease and delivered a great roof in a timely manner.

Integrity Roofing Claims service was referred to me by two of my Physician Assistants who had their roofs replaced. They were so pleased with Integrity that they insisted I give them a call. I contacted Integrity RCS with the intention of just having a couple shingles that had blown off my roof replaced. Marcos, the owner, came out the following day. After he inspected my roof, he informed me that I had more damage than just a couple of shingles missing. He informed me that I had hail damage. He took pictures of the damage and showed me. Initially the insurance company denied the claim but after a re-inspection was requested, they approved the claim. Marcos told me that he would put more hail resistant Category 3 shingles on the roof along with synthetic underlayment instead of the typical felt underlayment. He also said he would replace any wood boards that are bad. He did just that. His crew did a phenomenal job. As I watched his crew work, they were very efficient and professional. Each member had a specific job and they preformed it well. The end result was a beautiful roof, no debris left behind and no damage to my property. The company truly lived up to its name, Integrity. Marcos impressed me with how well he presents himself and how he engages the client. We had a few in depth conversations and I feel that I have a newfound friend. I learned Marcos is a subject matter expert on roofing and that he is honest and trustworthy. He is just a down-to-earth good guy. I would recommend for anyone to use Integrity Roofing Claim Service. Marcos was referred to me by a friend and I certainly wasn’t disappointed! We had to reschedule because of rain, and this was communicated so I knew exactly what was expected and when. The crew did a great job and Marcos followed up with a video of the new roof, and attended to some cosmetic issues per my request. He went above and beyond and I can’t thank him enough. Had hail damage to our roof back in May. Was referred to Integrity by a neighbor. Contacted Marco and he was out same day to inspect the roof and provide me with an estimate. The company is a preferred provider through my insurance company. Marco was very professional and timely with estimates and explaining product specifications and differences in quality. Work crews were very professional and worked quickly to get the old roof removed and new roof installed. I highly recommend Integrity for all your roofing needs!

I had hail damage back in May. I asked several friends of roofing options and they recommended Integrity Roofing. Not only was their team professional, but they were also timely in replacing my roof. After it was done they spent time looking around and picking up extra roofing nails. The quality of their work was great. Roof looks 100 times better than before. A great, reputable company that I’d recommend to anyone.

Integrity Roofing does not deserve the name. They re-roofed our 21-year-old house last April 2021 and dropped a ladder through our front porch window, which they have yet to repair or replace.

The roof they installed leaks and directs water to our front porch. The latest fellow they sent out today (Matthew) told us it was a design defect, but it sure didn’t leak like this before they re-roofed it. We now have mold and mildew in our master bath. We can’t keep a welcome mat on the front porch anymore because every time it rains, the whole porch gets soaked.

We’ve given this company every chance to make it right, but they have failed. Do not recommend. As nice as some of their employees are, they don’t keep their promises. Hard pass!

Very knowledgeable, honest evaluation of the condition of our roof, gave several pricing options, and managed our expectations well so we knew what was happening every step of the way. I found Integrity Roofing by Google search and decided to take a gamble. I was very pleased with this random pick! John contacted me almost immediately introducing himself and his company. I explained that we had shingles missing and needed an inspection. John came out the very next day, exactly at the time he promised. He was very thorough in his roof inspection and took the time to explain his findings with my wife and I. It turned out that we had both wind and hail damage. We filed an insurance claim and John once again surprised us by meeting with the claims adjuster to go over his inspection with the insurance company. When the day came to replace the roofing, again John went out of his way to explain what they were going to do and how they would protect our property during the work. His crew was amazing during the replacement process. They crew foreman knew me by name and talked me through every step of the repair. In one day, I had a new roof that was installed with care and precision and they were meticulous with cleaning the yard to ensure no nails were left behind. The first time I used Integrity roofing was when I couldn’t find anyone willing to come out and replace a Soffit because it was too small of a job. John came out and did it for a fair price. Today he was back again for a small job and again he didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need and he charged a fair price.
