We called Integrity and engaged them for an estimate. Monte was very responsive and knowledgeable, and he gave us all the information we requested. Even though we ended up going a different route, they were great to deal with.

Andrew and the whole team were great to work with! Very competitive on Price, but what set them apart was the execution and communication!

Did the job in a very reasonable timeframe, and did an incredible job cleaning up. Entire team was very friendly.

We had a small leak in our ceiling coming from an unknown source on our flat roof above. Integrity provided fast, friendly service and they were up front about what they could do (there was no apparent hole or cause of the leak). So far, so good. Ours wasn't a big job, and they still treated us fairly and gave it the attention we needed. Would definitely recommend.

I had a roof leak and reached out to several companies. Integrity was able to get out quickly and was very responsive throughout the entire project. Andrew was also very thorough and determined to find the root cause, although not obvious at first inspection. Price was higher than expected, but that's not a knock on them, that's more my ignorance to the cost of roofing repairs these days. Will definitely use them again for all of my roofing needs.

They were prompt, professional, and took their time to find the problem that I had with a roof leak.They showed me the exact source of the problem and fixed it quickly at a fair price. Had a great experience with Integrity Pro. Rainbow & Monte were amazing. Monte came out because we noticed we had a slipped tile & we’re worried about a few other things. He put the slipped tile back & made sure everything else looked okay. I called at least four other roofing companies & Integrity was the only one with fallow trough. They stayed in contact every step of the way & came & got everything completed in under a week. Highly recommend, it’s nice to have a company still practicing honest & reliable business.

Andrew G helped us with a recover of the area over our garage before building a rooftop deck. He had some key pointers for the deck and its installation. He also came out to do a regular check up on our flat roof which we cant see. Lots of pics, lots of detail about what is going on up there. Monte was amazing. He did some amazing acrobatics to get on my roof, and the inspection was quick and easy!

IPR was great to work with. Benn from sales went the extra mile to come out and take a second look at my roof after someone else from his team had given me a quote months earlier. He suggested some revisions to the initial quote to eliminate line items that he thought were unnecessary and reduce the cost a bit. When it came time to do the work, Eric oversaw the crew (who I think were subcontractors -- not sure if this is normal for IPR or if they just subcontract out certain types of roofing work; mine was a PVC membrane on a flat roof), and did a great job making sure everything ran smoothly. The workmanship was great, the crew was professional and courteous, and as far as I can tell, my flat roof has stopped leaking. I'm happy to recommend Integrity to others; they are honest, affordable, communicative, and do high-quality work.

Jake Gammill was very professional. Even though the firm doesn't handle tile roofs he offered advice and suggestions as to who could help. Speaks highly of the integrity of him and his company.

Amazing work. Driving up to our house, my wife and I still make comments about how good our roof looks. The whole process went very smoothly and we were so happy and impressed to get updates along the way so we always knew what was going on, what the next steps were, and timing estimates.

Benn and his team did an excellent job that was seamless and fast. Working in the winter offers its own challenges as we had to navigate a few wind storms, but the crew was excellent and the roof looks and performs well.

We suspected a leak in our roof and Jake Gammill came out to inspect for us. He was communicative about the timing of the appointment, was earlier than estimated (which never happens!), quick to inspect and diagnose the issue. Very professional, would happily hire again.

Being new homeowners, we were overwhelmed with making a claim after hail damage the summer. Jake G. was our first call and he was able to help us navigate the insurance claim as well as provided a very thorough and professional inspection of our property. Matt was just fantastic. He was here before he was supposed to be and called ahead of time to make sure it was fine to come. He was so respectful and really helped me understand what my roof issue was. I didn't need a new roof but there was a leak where a prior contractor had just done shoddy work. He fixed the leak quickly and asked for nothing. I was just so shocked by that and he reminded me there are still good people in this world that are not trying to screw you over.

Rae scheduled Jake with very little notice from me. Jake was extremely professional, called early to let me know his schedule, arrived on time and was completely honest in his assessment. He was also very personable.
