He checked our roof after a recent hail storm and told us there was no damage from that storm - HOWEVER he did find damage from a previous storm and had us call our insurance company. I highly recommend working with Tedd at Integrity First. I replaced my roof in 2022 with Integrity and called Tedd again in March 2025 to replace some shingles that were damaged in the strong winds/hail. Tedd is super responsive to texts and fixed the shingles immediately before the next storm.

When it came time to repair our roof, Jed delivered an exceptional customer experience from start to finish. If integrity comes first, I would hate to see what comes second. My roofing company says you all lied about the Missing shingles on my two-and-a-half-year-old roof and are wasting everyone's time trying to get them to make insurance claims.

Update: Of course, I'm not in your system; I never used you. I called the roofing company that installed my roof to have them check it because your salespeople lied to me, saying I had missing shingles, trying to get me to use your company to fix my undamaged 2 1/2-year-old roof.

This company is very responsive. No job too small for them. I had to seal my water heater pipes that was extended past the roof. Brian and his team came out immediately and did a great job. I will be using this company if I ever need to replace my roof.

Detailed Review:
Integrity First Roofing & Construction does actually have integrity, I can't say the same for all GC's. There are a lot of things to consider about repairing a roof. I have zero experience doing repairs myself, I know a few things, but not really an area I would be an expert in. This makes it hard for me to know one GC from another or trust one GC from another.

For me trustworthiness a huge big deal when it comes to my home. It's the single biggest investment I have, I need someone I can trust to do anything serious on my home and most GC's do not have a reputation for being full of (no pun intended) integrity.

I spoke with about 3-4 GC's a week, almost a new one each day for about 2 or 3 weeks, after the storm rolled through. The one I ended up going with was these folks.

For me the leading criteria in considering who to choose was based on how well they followed through with their work, how accurate their estimates where, and how well they were able to address changes, in real time, without blowing smoke to keep me happy. Most importantly, for me, is communication. If they can't communicate well, there is no point in wasting my time because communication builds trust. And effective communication is critical to knowing what is happening with my home.

These folks where on top of it!

As someone who does consulting for a living, one of the most appreciated attributes that a service can provide (to me) is the ability to be a trusted advisor to the work I needed. I don't mean someone who can tell me what they think I want to hear. I need someone who I can trust will give me verifiable information that I can make decisions from.

They worked with me in literally every conceivable way and what I noticed the most was that they did not shy away from the hard questions or the tough discussions. They stated very clearly that the goal was, the caveats they expected, and helped me get the most for my money and the repairs I needed to get done. It was a very stress-free experience.

It was an amazing experience with a very high degree of considering to me, their customer, and delivering the best value they can for the price. I absolutely did NOT feel like I was settling, at all. They are top notch!

Highly recommend! Worked with Tedd on getting our roof and other repairs done after a hail storm. They took care of the roof, gutters, garage, and fence. It was surprisingly easy. This is our first home, and we were nervous about getting something so large done, but Tedd made it so easy and convenient with quick communication and project completion.

Most people talk about bad companies, but they never talk about how contractors can do. Installers bad as well from personal experience for working for Tedd . He is always taken care of his workers his cruise and his homeowners highly recommend them.

Integrity isn’t just a namesake, these guys mean it. I asked them for a roof inspection, and rather than catastrophizing the condition of the roof in order to sell me a new one, they let me know I still had some good life left on the one I have. As a result, when my roof does go, they’ll be the first crew I call to replace it!

I was fortunate that Jimmy performed the roof inspection and shared honest feedback that the roof's health is still intact. He also mentioned that insurance will only provide the option to fix cosmetic damage, and that shouldn't be ideal. He recommend waiting for another big storm to come through, offering to redo the inspection and comparing the reports. This will help the client and the adjuster.

I am amazed by the fact that still in DFW we have roofers who are doing amazing jobs to provide value to the customer. Keep it up!

I highly recommend Jason with Integrity First. Allstate was taking advantage of my mom and didn't want to approve her roof claim. He assisted me with the tedious job of dealing with Allstate. He made continuous calls to them and was always in contact with me. He explained the process and made sure they did what they were supposed to do. This process took about 6 month and he stuck with us. He was very kind, helpful, and honest. I recommend him and will use him again in the future.

Dealing with Tedd at Integrity First was a pleasure. So many roofing companies say one thing and do something else but the name of the company is Tedd. They came one morning and finished early that afternoon cleanup and everything.

The guys showed up about 7 am ready to work and work they did. By 4pm they were completely cleaned up ready for home. They are fast , professional workers with great customer support. They did all they agreed to do. I highly recommend them . They even covered my pool .

Integrity first construction just finished repairing my house roof. It got the hail damage some time early this year but I did not notice the damage till Chad stopped by and pointed out to me last June 2023. We processed the claim to my insurance co but they refused paying for the repair at first after initial inspection, but Chad from Integrity did mot back down but pursued the task tirelessly with his team till early week of Dec.. The insurance company finally agreed to pay for the roof repair. They came in around 6:00am and completed their job around 4:00pm. It was very fast job completion and did the job flawlessly. Integrity First recently replaced our roofing, gutters, damaged screens; and repaired, power washed and stained our fence due to hail damage. After comparing them with local competitors, we chose Integrity First. Chad and Ray, the project managers, were diligent, thorough, honest and helpful throughout the entire process. When the recent hailstorm destroyed our roof, we gave the repair contract to another firm, but had an unexpected delay. The Integrity First team saw the holes in our roof, and put some tarp material over holes to prevent leaks until the competing company got started. They asked for nothing, just giving back to the community. Bravo!

Our house had storm damage to the roof and fence. I had never made a home claim before. The insurance company inspector gave me three recommendations with Integrity First Construction being the highest recommendation as they can handle the roof, our solar panels, and general construction as needed. Tedd was great to work with! His crew was there on time and worked hard for almost 14 hours. They took off the solar panels , completed the roof and put the solar panels back on. Dean came out to check on them as well and checked on an extra vent that we added. Tedd came out and checked for nails and assured us he would feel comfortable going barefoot. This group took the time to look at a leak I had coming through. They showed me the leak location. Fixed it. Then showed me that I had hail damage.
