hired Integrity to replace our deck to our house with covered screened-in porch. Working with Ryan was awesome, answered all our questions. Needless to say it was built way beyond our expectations, professional and quality workmanship!!!!

I am very disappointed with my recent experience involving Integrity Construction. After spending several hours detailing and cleaning my motorcycle the day before, I came home for lunch and briefly went upstairs. When I returned, I discovered that my motorcycle was covered in leaves, dirt, and sticky debris.

It turns out that Integrity Construction was on-site to clean the gutters. Unfortunately, they arrived a day early without notifying the property manager or giving any advance notice to residents. What’s most upsetting is the clear lack of concern shown by their employees for other people’s property. Had I been informed, I would have moved my motorcycle into the garage to avoid any potential damage or mess.

This lack of communication led to unnecessary frustration and additional work on my part. I believe the company should take responsibility by either cleaning the motorcycle or reimbursing me for the time and effort it will take to do so. I hope they will address this issue and take steps to improve communication and consideration for other people's property in the future.

The entire Integrity team from initial contact, quote, work and completion was Outstanding! Great communication from Ryan. Professional, fast and courteous service. The craftsmanship of the team is above any I have seen. I will certainly use Integrity again for any future construction projects.
