Great customer service and knowledgeable mechanics! We were passing through from out of state. They took care of our transmission issue and got us on the road again.

We had our GMC Yukon XL in for a suspect wheel bearing failure. After a quick diagnosis it turned out to be a bearing failure in the front 4x4 axle. This was somewhat expensive and covered under warranty. A few other items were found that needed attention and were also covered by the warranty. Thanks to the Integrity Team for thorough and professional service. We will continue to rely on Integrity for our vehicle care.

I can't say enough about my experience with Integrity Auto. 900 miles from home, my truck had transmission issues - Kelly and his team got my family back on the road with a rebuilt transmission in record time and went above and beyond to ensure I won't have issues in the future. Kelly's expertise inspired a high level of confidence, and I was not disappointed. I would recommend Integrity Auto to anyone, especially for diesel service.

Kelly, Gwen and Wendy and their mechanics worked really hard to find the parts to fix our motorhome and even dealt with the annoying service contract people. It took awhile due to parts availability issues that had nothing to do with them. Ultimately I think they did a great job.

They were willing to work with me and used the parts I provided. Solid quote up front. I would use again

Integrity Auto Repair performed a complete timing belt service on our 2011 Honda Pilot. We had a scheduled appointment for the service, they got our vehicle in and complete the same day. They used high quality factory OE parts and the total cost was very reasonable. I am very satisfied with the work and will be using them again in the future.

Not reviewing the work that was completed, because I needed to run to an appointment after paying for my recent “oil change”… which is usually about $50.
After reviewing the receipt last night, I see you all decided to also do an unrequested Air Filter change ($25.87)… had you asked me, I would have told you it wasn’t necessary as I just changed it 6-8 weeks ago.
There was also a 3,000 Mile Maintenance charge of $15????

Please just stick to the work I request and not randomly finding other items to charge me for.

I just want to give a shout out real quick to Integrity Motors for rescuing me in my time of need the other day. I was traveling from Colorado springs to Bennett Colorado and realized that my tire was going flat even though my the tires had just been checked in Colorado springs. I was so worried that I was going to be stuck on the side of the road at night with nowhere to get help but I called Integrity Motors just as they were closing and they waited for me to get there and got me back on the road safely. These guys are awesome! Thanks again.... !

I’m a frequent traveler and had some major car issue and was stranded on the side of a busy highway , everything was closed down for the weekend unfortunately for me but Kelly really was a miracle for me , he towed my vehicle and got me set up in a safe location while AAA wasn’t even able to help me due to weather ! Kelly thank you so much and I’ll recommend Integrity Auto Repair to any of my friends or family that pass through as well .

Kelly Harris and Integrity Auto recently rebuilt my engine. I’m extremely pleased with the results. In today’s auto repair world it’s difficult to find people you can truly trust. I trust Integrity. That’s why I continue to return.

My starter died, leaving me stranded almost two hours from home. Integrity Auto Repair took care of me as soon as they could. I had a ladder on the roof of vehicle and they generously stored it for me while the vehicle was being worked on so it wouldn't get stolen.

If you're looking to find a trustworthy repair shop, look no further. Gwen and Kelly who own the shop are straight shooters and won't upsell you on anything. If they say it needs to be done you can trust it.

They truly take care of you with INTEGRITY! As much as dealing with car issues stinks, Integrity always makes the experience better, and they truly take care of you.

As usual, Kelly and the staff took good care of us. These people have integrity. If you need an honest mechanic that isn’t going to jerk you around, you’ve found it. Don’t forget- they do tires too! This is our go-to auto shop and we refer anyone we know that needs repairs or maintenance.

They’ve done great work on all of my trucks, been the best priced, and most honest people I’ve worked with! Won’t be going anywhere else. Great group of people here!

I had them check the front suspension and they were honest and explained why the wheel hubs will go out so soon. I have them performing the work along with new lower ball joints and Vacuum Pump. They always answer my questions and I feel they are honest and not over priced.
01/27/2025 Update:
I had previous work done with my heater fan but two months later it broke. They took me in and got it fixed which was a bad connector and did not charge me a dime. Very happy with this team of mechanics who are honest.

The front desk staff kept me informed as to what was going on during the entire time I was waiting for my car. She was very pleasant. There was somewhat of a delay in the process which was explained to my satisfaction. I was satisfied with the service I received and will go back.

My wife and I have brought all of our cars here for Checkups or repairs! We have lived in Elizabeth, CO for over 5 years and have always heard good things about Integrity in the community!
