The quality of the work was great, however, the delays and lack of communication was very frustrating. I tried contacting the owner for a partial refund and absolutely no response. I had to provide door handles, and only one door not two received new hingers per the quote. I have reached out to you — no response and no credit. You have my information to contact me.

Did an amazing job repairing a table they had been damaged in a move. They restored it to better than before and worked quickly and communicated often!

I would highly recommend this company! Thank you, Tim! We used them for some odds and ends repairs at our house and the jobs were done thoroughly, quickly, and the results are excellent! We will definitely use them again as there’s always more to do in home ownership land.

All work was completed competently, on time and under budget. Our handyman listened to what we wanted and if there was a misunderstanding with directions, he did not hesitate to change it so that we got exactly what we wanted.

I am very happy with the kitchen cabinet installation that was recently completed in my home. Gary is very meticulous and conscientious and did a wonderful job with the cabinets. I wish I had kinder things to say about a master's hands LLC. I have to say they did okay work definitely definitely not not the quality of work that I've read about in these reviews. Buti I must say that they responded well when I questioned the quality of the work they performed as well as the invoicing that they generated for that work. With my description of the work as well as the spreadsheet that I generated with the man hours that I suggested it should have taken they lowered the pricing on their invoice. Therefore I must say if anything that they were honest about the quality of their work in this particular case. Personally I would never hire them again

We recently worked with Jon Majerus on our bathroom remodel and I would highly recommend him and a Maser's Hand to any work you need done. The entire team was very easy to work with and extremely flexible. We had a bathroom built in the 1930's and were not sure what to expect as part of the remodel. Jon was able to transform our bathroom seamlessly with no stress. The detail work is perfect and our bathroom looks incredible.
