Terrible customer service. No sense of urgency or empathy. Water was off for close to 24 hours and dispatch just said “they added us to the list” mind you I have a wife and 6 month old baby at home. Tried to blame the situation on the tech but we all know how that goes more times than not…Needless to say if you are going to be without water for any extended period of time, look elsewhere; they will just add you to the bottom of the service list. They don’t care. Roderick was great but good luck getting through the dispatch team.

I called Intech Maintenance Services after a plumbing issue at one of our duplexes, and they had a tech out the same day. Not only did they fix the problem fast, but they also identified and resolved a few smaller issues I didn’t know about. Super impressed!

Intech has saved the day more than once. From emergency water heater replacements to pressure washing and general upkeep, they’ve been quick and reliable. So glad we found them!

Brent came out initially to do the inspection. Came back out with a teammate and got to work!! They found more damage than previously thought, but didn't leave until 7pm because he wanted to get it done and done right! Great job!

We use Intech Maintenance Solutions to handle our property maintenance for our tenants. We are especially impressed by their response time and how multiple tenants reported that they left their homes clean and were very professional. DO NOT CONTRACT WITH THIS COMPANY!! Sub-par work and terrible customer service is what this company demonstrates.

The contractors and subcontractors proved to be disorganized, sloppy, and careless. They did not properly measure or level light fixtures they installed and damaged the ceiling in the process.

Their careless technicians left their urine in our brand new toilets for days and did not bother to flush them. Disgusting!

They also took advantage of us because we trusted them to be in our home when we were away. Instead of honoring that trust, they disrespected our property by throwing trash on the lawn and leaving trash in our house after their shift.

The most egregious thing they did to betray our trust was leave our home unsecured by leaving a back door open for nearly 24 hours!

The other highly unprofessional thing they did was unilaterally cancel/quit the job before all contract items were complete. They did so without our agreement or advanced notice. So essentially, they breached our contract.

There are so many other hardworking and honest contractors out there. Unfortunately, this company doesn't represent other contractors well. If you work with them, you will undoubtedly receive substandard service and you may end up taking them to court.

PLEASE take heed and find another company!

If I could give this company negative stars I would!! Highly suggest for y’all to run!! I have a lease with American Avenue and they outsource major jobs with Intake!! These people are liars!! 1st February a simple back up took over a week to resolve! When even I know and I’m not a plumber the easiest thing to do was snake it. I’m sure American Avenue wasted money with them! They finally did the snake at the end!!

2nd now they suppose to fix counter tops y’all why a done day job probably going be well over 3 days. Can’t use my stove nor sink!! I’m 33 weeks pregnant with a baby!! Tell me why how imma wash or cook for my baby? They don’t know how to communicate, or be professional!

They surprise me and said the job will take another day. Now another company call and said they won’t be here until Thursday! Then that company said they don’t put sinks or stove in so I’m sure that will take another week before I can cook or even clean my baby bottles!

They lie and always say it’s an emergency ain’t that much emergencies at all! They start the job so they can finish the job but take days/weeks to do so!!

Take my advice and RUNNNNN!

Craziest thing is I had like my property management company until I had to deal with Intake!!

David and crew always do a great job for me and I have been using them for over 7 years. I spend thousands remodeling homes every year and Intech always helps me. Thanks guys!

Can't express enough how amazing this company is. Very responsive and on time to each estimate I've requested. Quality work and cleanliness during and after completing a job. If you need any repairs completed or property maintenance company, give them a call.

They came today and cleaned my living room, hallway and master bedroom. They did an amazing job to make my carpet look new again. I will definitely use them again.
