From their 1st visit to completion of the install, they have been punctual and professional with all aspects of the job. I don’t normally write reviews, but Franco from Insured Roofs has really impressed me. His roofing crew led by Freddy arrived on time, were courteous, professional, and highly efficient. Looking forward to completing the next phase of my project which is replacing my aluminum siding.

We were contacted by a call center and normally I’m not one to give in to those, but since we recently had a hail storm I said “why the heck not”. Chris Campbell came out for our roof inspection and boy I wasn’t expecting the amount of damage on our roof. He quickly gave us the steps to start the roof replacement process through our insurance. The insurance company brought out a third party and our insurance concurred that we needed a replacement. I think within 10 days we had a new roof with Chris’ help. He made the process so easy and he was great to work with.

Everything went as smooth as possible. Chris was awesome and guided us through the entire process of getting a new roof covered by insurance. Excellent communication and the new roof is great. Highly recommended.
