I was having so much anxiety over needing to have my roof replaced. I did not know the best company to go with or anything about roofing and Michael contacted me immediately after I got his name
through a recommendation we went through shingle options, he checked my roof to make sure there wouldn’t be any surprises and answered all of my questions. The bid came in in an extremely timely fashion signed off, and they got to work that week. The crew could not have been better. I was home the entire day and could see how hard they were working. The cleanup was perfect. The roof is beautiful, I would recommend to absolutely anyone.

Michael and Isaac from Insurance Solutions Services were super friendly and easy to work with! They had great communication every step of the way and dealt with the insurance company, answering any questions they had, to make sure I had received the settlement money before expecting any payment.

ISS did a great job, from the initial analysis of the roof issue, next to advocating my case to the insurance agency to the final installation, they were there and supportive the entire process. Always maintaining communication throughout the process, I was never in the dark as to what the status of my project was. Their approach was professional and smooth. This was a full roof replacement with insulation, gutters and downspouts so there was a lot to coordinate. Isaac managed the project well being responsive, knowledgeable and made sure the job was done right, and was a good complement to Michael (the owner), rounding out his team.

I am a very difficult client and what Isaac Neumann pulled off for me was nothing short of a miracle. Battling a squirrel infestation And a very demanding schedule of mine he and his team worked with me diligently patiently and kindly to replace all my soffits on my home. He communicated with me regularly had excellent workers and amazing follow-through if you have to do anything to your house, these are your guys.

I met the company owner, Michael, when he brought the large dumpster for the old roofing materials. The workers were all awesome, especially Douglas the crew lead. They cleaned up all the debris, and there was a lot from our roof removal! They installed metal gutter covers I had purchased. I really appreciated Douglas' willingness to do that!

I used this company to conduct a roof inspection on my home . I found the company to be very professional in its approach and honest in indicating that my roof was not in need of immediate repair. However a small issue was discovered and repaired quickly. I would recommend this company.
